@Lets_getcycling @bt_uk @ManCityCouncil Theyre doing it for the cash. Theyve got to account for years and years of bad decisions. Maybe if they stopped spaffing money on vanity fountains.

  • SketchLisa Lisa Harding (@SketchLisa) reported

@bt_uk I’m busy at work. I don’t have the time to take out of my day to keep calling you. Please just do your job and fix this. Your records will show this has been an issue for months

  • Pridders22 andy p (@Pridders22) reported

@bt_uk brilliant. Booked a home move, but had to change the date- no problem you said and date moved. Woke up today- you’ve switched my broadband off on the date of the original move. Genius. Oh and you don’t open til 8am

  • shaftoflame Roger Proud to be Snowflake Woke. (@shaftoflame) reported

@btsport changes in eligibility. Should be different going T2 to T1 than T1 to T2? Allowing players seek to play for T1 nations is good but excluding those who drop away is not so great? Any changes should be seeking more T 1 nations so support T2 to grow (ditto T3/T2)

@bt_uk recently told by by sales person that fibre to home is available in my area and the same price 29.99 as my 70mb package. Only then to be told the offer is only available for new customers. As a loyal customer this is disappointing and I would appreciate an explanation

  • NickBradshaw_UK Nick Bradshaw (@NickBradshaw_UK) reported

@bt_uk Hi, didn’t receive email until next day. I did phone customer service and they transferred old details to a new email address for me. The person I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. Thank you for a great service 👍

  • taffrogers Mark Rogers (@taffrogers) reported

@bt_uk New router sent to me to replace landline is absolute rubbish...poor speeds and now not working at all !!!😡

  • sandtreader Paul Clark (@sandtreader) reported

@andysc @BTCare I always had a problem with noon being am/pm too - since it’s neither ante nor post, it really should just be ‘m’ Also, arguably ‘between 10-12’ is a half-closed interval and hence any viable arrival times will indeed be ‘am’ (this would carry more weight if they said 10-12am…)

  • StuRowls Stuart Rowlands (@StuRowls) reported

@bt_uk hi, KA5 area, internet really intermittent tonight. Nightmare trying to watch netflix. Light on hub keeps flashing orange every 5 or so minutes! Do you know of any issues?
