  @bt_uk Been without landline and internet for over 2 weeks now and I’ve had 4 engineer appointments booked and not 1 has showed up! The service is a disgrace and I keep phoning through every day and end up talking to different call centres and given empty promises and lies every time!

  @bt_uk Rita, yes I still need help, my broadband is literally non existent. Engineer bookings don't arrive, then alternative bookings are made without my consent when I have to be at work, FED UP!!!!!!!!
