    @bt_uk your customer service from multiple team members has been nothing but disgraceful from 24/06/21. Your staff promise the world but never deliver. Do they whisper sweet nothings to get rid? 10+ calls, no answers and hours wasted

    @bt_uk as a BT Broadband customer can you confirm how many devices are supported on Norton Security. I appear to be restricted to two devices, I previously thought it was 15.

    @bt_uk going on nearly two weeks no internet. failed appointments, being lied to etc. i defo would NEVER recommend these absolute idiots! now they switched the mini hub off, that barely works. lost my job because of them btw. defo going to watchdog and the papers

    @bt_uk he was of no help. you ppl never are. will be going to the ombudsman. i want my loss of wages. how do you ppl expect me to feed so many kids without a wage? we are in the middle of a living crisis! not acceptable at all

    @bt_uk honestly hope all ur calls are recorded. going to ofcom , since i was told by the last person i spoke to, that no engineer will be brought out again, since nothing seems to be the problem on their side, yet 5 phones and nothing works this is what @bt_uk want me to pay for

    @bt_uk It's an intermittent problem, so I've tested & it's come back up and running only to drop off again 2 seconds later, run the tests again and it works... landline has no signal and then signal.... hub is blue I've reset it, my phone won't even join it at all but the pc on and off

    @BTCare a week of no service and empty promises to repair the damage caused by one of your engineers. Now to discover you may not fix this till the 12th! Not just an inconvenience— we are unable to work from home!

    @bt_uk Unbelievable! now fibre team is blaming Openreach for their incompetence. 3 days ago, fibre team ASSURED me that they got green light from Openreach. But now suddenly, waiting for Openreach reply. How convenient? @MarcAllera @ketanhindocha12 is this the help you promising?
