The service is a disgrace and I keep phoning through every day and end up talking to different call centres and given empty promises and lies every time!

The guy on the phone assured me the engineer had been cancelled but it's 3 weeks later & I'm receiving emails saying an engineer is coming out tomorrow. I thought there was a problem with my hub, so performed a reset and unknowingly lost all my contacts. I assumed that the numbers where stored in the handset. My fault for not reading the instructions - but because I didn't know about the broadband outage, I thought the fault was the equipment. Have now added my contacts back to the phone, which are stored in the hub.

Roibeard Mhuiris (@RMhuiris) reported@JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk Important to add, and what makes it even more crazy, I personally contacted their Chief Executive because the BT brand I buy my broadband service from (my contractual partner) had their complaints rejected and told me to do so. There was nothing further they could/would do.
