@Hundreddude @denkmit @marcmarquez93 No.... Someone falling for a bit of media fishing 🎣 I ignore it. There are guilty fans on both sides thankfully I’m a racing fan and try not to get dragged in when the media try a bit of shit stirring. Simon not so much but BTSport words fail me.

@bt_uk Is that even after your customer had arranged for a third party 2speak on their behalf as they were going abroad for a month? The issue had been discussed & just requires a resolution so it would seem you pull up irrelevant security issues 2mask your inadequate technical support.

@bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach got a diagnosed BB fault causing unstable BB service & 2 sons doing online exams - told database mismatch, literally missing a word from address prevents openreach fixing fault - BT not correcting the database & complaints team not doing anything - pls help

@virginmedia I’ve done all that multiple times, including the technician checking over the phone & saying the router was faulty… I lost more money waiting in for the 2 days for a router that never arrived than paying any exit fees, I’d rather just pay any fee & move to @SkyUK or @bt_uk

@bt_uk any help as to why our monitor is no longer recognising sound? If the baby cries the monitor isn’t flashing up, so we are sleeping through them crying!!
