@bt_uk Been without landline and internet for over 2 weeks now and I’ve had 4 engineer appointments booked and not 1 has showed up! The service is a disgrace and I keep phoning through every day and end up talking to different call centres and given empty promises and lies every time!

@Hundreddude @denkmit @marcmarquez93 No.... Someone falling for a bit of media fishing 🎣 I ignore it. There are guilty fans on both sides thankfully I’m a racing fan and try not to get dragged in when the media try a bit of shit stirring. Simon not so much but BTSport words fail me.

@1lowmill @bt_uk You should be able to get call divert put on. At least then you’d get them to your mobile, providing you get a signal there.

@bt_uk is there a problem with apps on You View box? When I go to Netflix, prime or any other app, it goes back to the app listing and does not load. I have reset and this fixed the issue for a short while.

@kelfielddegsy @bt_uk Ive tried another phone system before i called @bt_uk they ran a check+ said it was an external problem, was promised a call back today but of course didnt get one..fuming, customer service is so poor
