    @bt_uk been a bt broadband customer since 2006, my contract is up. My fibre costs twice a new customer? Mobile costs far more than similar deals with same GB, tried to get “My Offers” but it’s not working ?

    @bt_uk Erm, we're on BT, our connection appalling. a town of 60,000 people, and we don't even have FTC, we can't get a stable connection above 1mb down.

    @MarcAllera @bt_uk Help. Appointment today for Full Fibre to be fitted. Items received, email confirmation and update for fitment today. No one turned up no one called. On with customer service for 30 mins no answer. Someone pls DM me to get this resolved. Just so poor.

    @bt_uk Yes @bt_uk you answer calls but still can’t get your customers connect!!! You really have the worst customer service and set up so disappointing. Wish I had chosen another company.
