@virginmedia is it possible to make available the bt sports channels on your subscription if you already have bt sport directly through BT? Or is there an app etc you can sign into #Help #VirginMedia #BTSport

@bt_uk Been without landline and internet for over 2 weeks now and I’ve had 4 engineer appointments booked and not 1 has showed up! The service is a disgrace and I keep phoning through every day and end up talking to different call centres and given empty promises and lies every time!

@Hundreddude @denkmit @marcmarquez93 No.... Someone falling for a bit of media fishing 🎣 I ignore it. There are guilty fans on both sides thankfully I’m a racing fan and try not to get dragged in when the media try a bit of shit stirring. Simon not so much but BTSport words fail me.

@btbusinesscare business broadband down 4th Aug - app noted fix by 6th, then 7th, then 8th, then 11th, then 13th now its the 18th!!! Will this nightmare every end… total crap service and will cancelling as soon as fixed - openreach are to blame as its a service issue

Can someone from @bt_uk @BTCare please explain how the scammers, especially those based overseas, can access 'inoperative' or 'not in- service' landline and UK mobile numbers, and so many of them, to make their fake calls? I receive at least one a week.

@btbusinesscare how did i speak to someone about a complaint that isnt being dealt with by your front line team? They seem incapable of sorting it or offering any solutions, and the sales team who made me sign the contract are now ignoring emails. Its bordering on harrasment

@btbusinesscare No I have no phone line working. Have a look at my account and see how many issues I have had. BT is the worst provider EVER!!
