@Hundreddude @denkmit @marcmarquez93 No.... Someone falling for a bit of media fishing 🎣 I ignore it. There are guilty fans on both sides thankfully I’m a racing fan and try not to get dragged in when the media try a bit of shit stirring. Simon not so much but BTSport words fail me.

@bt_uk wifi keeps cutting out intermittently, for no apparent reason. Online help says to text HELP + your landline # for support - we don't have a landline. Other option is to call 0800 800 150. Number is not recognised from my mobile. Utterly shocking customer service.

@bt_uk I am disappointed in your service, I signed up to an NHS discounted deal with you that I could afford and then you put up the cost not keeping to what I signed up for only a mth or so after. Bad customer service, no resolution and now Im out of pocket.

@BBCRoryCJ do you cover @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk stories? They damaged my internet connection 5 weeks ago, and have refused to fix it so far. Latest update today is that they don't consider the issue "brand damaging" enough to be escalated...

Oh hey @bt_uk! I was meant to have my broadband activated yesterday. An hour on the phone today and apparently I might get internet again in 24 hours (they weren’t too sure what the issue was)? Any chance you know what the issue might be?

Another day and another failure by @bt_uk Waiting since September for full fibre, existing service turned off ‘accidentally’, now temporary hub has a fault. 2021 and no internet. #FullFibreFailure #donotswitch

@btbusinesscare @BTBusiness It’s not, over a week now and still no diversion active. Lost count of how many advisors I have spoke with and a complaint marked as fixed which is not the case. Constantly told 4 hours for a resolution which never happens. Horrific customer service!
