@bt_uk I had signed up to join BT but cancelled 2 days later. The guy on the phone assured me the engineer had been cancelled but it's 3 weeks later & I'm receiving emails saying an engineer is coming out tomorrow. Your website is awful to find the right contact option. Plz help

@bt_uk Been without landline and internet for over 2 weeks now and I’ve had 4 engineer appointments booked and not 1 has showed up! The service is a disgrace and I keep phoning through every day and end up talking to different call centres and given empty promises and lies every time!

@btsport @btsportfootball does the B in BT Sport still stand for British as Darrell Currie seems to skip past the Scottish scores only reading the ones out from England. As a BT sports subscriber this is not good enough and looks like i will be joining the queue to cancel.

@bt_uk Unbelievable! Not only did renewing my 90 year old mother’s account result in you disconnecting the landline she depends on - your so called “solution” of supplying a new router resulted in her number being changed so nobody (including her Lifeline service) can call her

After over 8.years of loyalty, @bt_uk has closed our account. No warning, no reason. After hours on web, phone and many broken promises to call back - no action. Told we have to set up again as new user which could take weeks. Really?! Come on @bt_uk
