@bt_uk Yes it’s brilliant news - maybe I am confused - There is no Superfibre Broadband being offered to my area - yet I can receive it directly into my individual home - maybe 3 to 4 months - could you confirm that - would be over the moon. Thanks for your help.

@bt_uk having issues with home broadband. Keeps going off around 2pm nearly every day. Have a feeling there's a problem with when your DLM reboots my line or there's probably REIN affecting it. I don't know if there's an outage in BT3 area, but your service status says issues

@A1GOY @bt_uk I remember looking at a bill as a favour for elderly neighbours, they where paying £81 a month for stuff they never used as they were in their 70's. Got it down to £29 a month.

@bt_uk how come you can’t move billing date for a customer who has been loyal for nearly four years, something EE did in second Guess that’s made my decision to switch providers in July easier 🤔🤔

To make matters worse I’ve just received a call intended from @bt_uk for “Mr Ray Moreland” commiserating with me on my divorce and credit problems, but asking me for £86. Consistent lies and incompetence, now a GDPR breach. P.S Sorry to hear Ray 👍

@bt_uk Took a day off work yesterday for engineer to connect my broadband. No show. When I phoned customer services to complain I was told there was an issue and someone would call to update me today. Just got a text to say I won't hear anything until tomorrow. Not good enough.

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport Granted, it will bring in a “Global Audience”. But no offence to Dorking, if I’m in america i bet 99.9% of people have never even heard of dorking as a place. Same goes for other teams in our division. So again, other than wrexham, that point doesn’t stand in great stead. 5/?

@DjDuOne @bt_uk I’ve just found that engineers are on strike but the issue has been on going since 3rdAugust and I keep getting told they cannot forward me to a manager. Why not? The engineer has told me the issue and I want to speak to a manager to resolve. Customer services are no help!

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport Less fans will turn up to all these matches, no money spent on tickets, or in the club shop, or local community/ bars. And half the “streamers” will find illegal streams. Football is not a TV show, go to the ground and SUPPORT your club. I drive 180 miles a week to watch my club

@Vanarama @TheVanaramaNL @btsport Could you also bring up the stupid embargo that’s placed on clubs stopping us sharing any form of match footage until something like 34 hours after a games finished?! That’ll really benefit ALL clubs

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport I agree that Domestic streaming of games needs to be controlled to keep gate receipts high as possible unless there is a streaming revenue for clubs that will benefit them. International streaming I feel should not be a problem. Will just expand the interest in the pyramid system

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport If you think having your league on TV will stop people from going to the stadium? Put down your typewriter and hook up your dial up Internet to recieve a fax that it’s completely short sighted.
