    @bt_uk Took a day off work yesterday for engineer to connect my broadband. No show. When I phoned customer services to complain I was told there was an issue and someone would call to update me today. Just got a text to say I won't hear anything until tomorrow. Not good enough.

    @bt_uk It’s fine I understand there obviously is no loyalty with bt to customers or common sense used Regret advising my partner took out a bt contract and will cancel as soon as it is possible The same applies for my ee contract Have a good day

    @bt_uk so as an nhs worker who has been a loyal bt customer for 4 years I have been hit with charges of nearly 500 for terminating a contract as I have to move in with my partner(who has bt) great way to treat a loyal customer who has had to move home whilst working during

    @MarcAllera @bt_uk Shame you charge an existing bt and ee customer working for the nhs 400 to terminate a contract due to house move. The house I’m moving to has bt Cannot wait to change provider ASAP

    @bt_uk I’ve read the terms just a shocking way to treat customers who have been loyal for years and moving to an address with bt As I say great service

    @bt_uk having issues with home broadband. Keeps going off around 2pm nearly every day. Have a feeling there's a problem with when your DLM reboots my line or there's probably REIN affecting it. I don't know if there's an outage in BT3 area, but your service status says issues

    @A1GOY @bt_uk I remember looking at a bill as a favour for elderly neighbours, they where paying £81 a month for stuff they never used as they were in their 70's. Got it down to £29 a month.

    @bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

    @bt_uk how come you can’t move billing date for a customer who has been loyal for nearly four years,something EE did in second Guess that’s made my decision to switch providers in July easier 🤔🤔

    @bt_uk On Sunday I told BT we were out of contact and had just moved house. We negotiated a new deal. The 1st available appointment for an engineer visit was 10th Jan, so a mini hub was going to be sent. Still no mini hub by Wednesday, phoned back up, turned out it was never ordered.

    @bt_uk 'we connect for good' LIE! Your service is appalling. Reported a fault mid Novemebr, its still not sorted! I've been lied to multiple times by your call centres, engineers haven't been fixing a fault in the area!

    @bt_uk still no fix for my broken callerID display. Not worked for over a year! Open Reach we’re at my house last week saying it’s your problem . You answer is to ask me to book an engineer !😡😡😡 Bloody fuming!
