  • phillipkerr79 phillip kerr (@phillipkerr79) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk how come you can’t move billing date for a customer who has been loyal for nearly four years, something EE did in second Guess that’s made my decision to switch providers in July easier 🤔🤔

  • phillipkerr79 phillip kerr (@phillipkerr79) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

  • 1607WestEgg Daniel Ruiz Tizon (@1607WestEgg) reported

@bt_uk @samgwentucker The same here. I've checked the service status. Says no known issues but I've also got no WiFi in the last 20 mins, a dead landline and just an orange glow from the router. Please advise.

  • Kreestoph274639 Kristophe (@Kreestoph274639) reported

    @btsport I will never pay £25 for a 5am fight.

  • gilleyrackz OperationRackz (@gilleyrackz) reported

  • PointElectrical PointElectrical (@PointElectrical) reported

@btbusinesscare @BTBusiness We have had our Telephones and Internet down for around 46 days and you aren't even willing to offer us your automatic compensation pay! Thanks once again for NOT support British Businesses

  • cats_got_cream Cats Got The Cream (@cats_got_cream) reported

Shocking service from @bt_uk business. I’ve been trying to swap broadband providers for months. First BT try and lure you in with a very cheap offer, then once you accept, something goes wrong, and that offer is no longer available. This has happened to me twice in 2 years.

  • 7dl___ d🏝 (@7dl___) reported

@bt_uk lads I am really starting to get sick and ******* tired of you sitting on your arse doing **** all whilst money is getting thrown at you every month, got covid so my life is already **** enough and it doesn’t help when your WiFi is literally a pile of ****, your all pricks

  • michellejmorgan Michelle Morgan (@michellejmorgan) reported

@bt_uk OK, then point me to the bit where it explains the difference between basic and premium. The bit where it says I may as well send a text because I won’t be able to include gifs or videos. As per your customer service advisor. Or maybe they were trying to get me to pay the £10.

  • BrontySauruz 𝕾𝖍𝖆𝖉𝖔𝖜𝕭𝖆𝖓𝖓𝖊𝖉 (@BrontySauruz) reported

@btsport Dont think i will. Identical to the 2nd fight. Wilder cant box and hes got skinny legs with awful movement. Youtube 3 hours after for this one 👍

  • CarbonRobot Julian Whitfield (@CarbonRobot) reported

@mark_lj @bt_uk There is no question that BT is, by some distance, the worst company in the UK. They really should be broken up into smaller companies that can actually serve their very long suffering and overcharged customers.

  • 1607WestEgg Daniel Ruiz Tizon (@1607WestEgg) reported

@burridge5593 @samgwentucker @bt_uk Though at the moment according to the BT link, when you put in your landline details, it doesn't say there's a local issue. That's clearly wrong.
