@bt_uk Hi. When we got FTTP, we fought for 5 years with our MP involved. When the Openreach engineer came to install, he said the fibre provision had been in the road outside for 2 years, so wasn’t sure why we’d had such problems. So excuse me if I don’t believe what I’m being told...🙃

  • DeadWintersNigh Bild @ Dead Winter's Night (@DeadWintersNigh) reported

@bt_uk What good does reporting do when you can't even get on to BT's website because the connection is that bad. Been trying to do a food order since 9am this morning and can't get pages to load. You need to investigate the connections around the Chesterfield area. It's been rubbish -

  • DeadWintersNigh Bild @ Dead Winter's Night (@DeadWintersNigh) reported

@bt_uk How can you justify the fees you charge for broadband and wi-fi when for the last three days they have not worked properly? Slow internet speeds and frequent interruptions in service occurs on a regular basis and is inexcusable when it prevents clinically vulnerable people
