@bt_uk Been without landline and internet for over 2 weeks now and I’ve had 4 engineer appointments booked and not 1 has showed up! The service is a disgrace and I keep phoning through every day and end up talking to different call centres and given empty promises and lies every time!

@bt_uk Yes and will claim it. It is unacceptable you can't track who is coming and where they are. Why book anyone on Sunday when apparently the people who manage the technicians are themselves not working on Sunday? You're going to lose our custom after many years.

@bt_uk Ok so a week ago we were put on Digital Voice and Since then we’ve no landline service, our phone number we’ve had since 1986 May or may not be available and Open Reach are arguing with BT about whether the number we’ve had starting 01423 is allowed in 2022 worked 10 days

@bt_uk are shocking. Problem after problem engineer after engineer. Temporary fixes then you just wait for the next 4-5 day spell of issues and repeat.
