@Hundreddude @denkmit @marcmarquez93 No.... Someone falling for a bit of media fishing 🎣 I ignore it. There are guilty fans on both sides thankfully I’m a racing fan and try not to get dragged in when the media try a bit of shit stirring. Simon not so much but BTSport words fail me.

@bt_uk why is it every time I contact BT with a small issue I end up with a bigger issue? Thanks BT for leaving me without a mobile phone signal. Due to RM strike it could be next week before it’s resolved It has been investigated but it should never have happened.

@bt_uk what a complete joke, switched to you waited 3 weeks for install, engineer does not show and now you said I will get a “rushed” install in 2 weeks! This will be the first time I cancel a service that never even got installed! Appalling

Emma M. (@EMewe) reported
@bt_uk You must know about it because it's one of your things that's been put on it. They keep sending people to pick it up again but never fix it.
-
Jacqui Jefferys (@Pixie1969) reported
@bt_uk internet and phone lines down in WD6. Are there any reported problems? Whole office unable to work
-

@BTSportBoxing @btsport They all know it’s a bad fight. Then to ask people to pay as much as they are in the current climate. Are they socially blind? It will do awful numbers (as it should). Fair play for staying active but maybe a “free” fight on @btsport would have been a more socially aware move..

Tim Jones (@Tonkertim) reported
@bt_uk bought the BT Home WiFi disc pack of 3. Now experiencing the worst WiFi coverage ever. Difficult to install and continuously drops devices. Not worth £200 #fail

Hi @bt_uk, I moved in my new house two weeks today and I still have no internet and your doing nothing to fix it. I have had to cancel Sky twice and they are booked this Friday. I would like this sorted with an engineer visit tomorrow.

Anyone know the best way to get in touch with @bt_uk regarding a fallen line?My Granny, who’s 94 & solely relies on her phone, has been left without it now for a few days with no sign of any engineers coming to fix it. She’s becoming quite distressed over the whole thing. #bthelp

Crazy there is no simple way to check any broadband issues in your area with @bt_uk unless you input your landline number. It’s not 1995.

K Grimsley (@KazzaGrims) reported
@OpenreachHelp They have contacted you every day for the last 4 weeks, apparently it has been escalated 4 times and no one from @OpenreachHelp has even attempted to get this fixed. Why don’t you actually look into the complaint @bt_uk have raised and let me know when you are scheduled to fix
