The service is a disgrace and I keep phoning through every day and end up talking to different call centres and given empty promises and lies every time!

The guy on the phone assured me the engineer had been cancelled but it's 3 weeks later & I'm receiving emails saying an engineer is coming out tomorrow. Emma (@Emma_coyne73) reported@bt_uk My issue is not that there’s a fault it’s just the complete lack of communication to your customers considering you are a communications company. Uk power & affinity water notify us instantly if there’s an issue but we’ve not heard a thing from BT.
