@bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

@bt_uk having issues with home broadband. Keeps going off around 2pm nearly every day. Have a feeling there's a problem with when your DLM reboots my line or there's probably REIN affecting it. I don't know if there's an outage in BT3 area, but your service status says issues

@bt_uk Been without landline and internet for over 2 weeks now and I’ve had 4 engineer appointments booked and not 1 has showed up! The service is a disgrace and I keep phoning through every day and end up talking to different call centres and given empty promises and lies every time!

@bt_uk Signed up on Monday with agreed activation date of Friday, got a text yesterday to say that's pushed back to 27th Oct - really not impressed! 3 weeks delay is ridiculous and I'm ready to Cancel unless this gets sorted! I'll go with a competitor who honours their agreement!
