    @bt_uk Been without landline and internet for over 2 weeks now and I’ve had 4 engineer appointments booked and not 1 has showed up! The service is a disgrace and I keep phoning through every day and end up talking to different call centres and given empty promises and lies every time!

    @bt_uk your customer service from multiple team members has been nothing but disgraceful from 24/06/21. Your staff promise the world but never deliver. Do they whisper sweet nothings to get rid? 10+ calls, no answers and hours wasted

    @bt_uk I had signed up to join BT but cancelled 2 days later. The guy on the phone assured me the engineer had been cancelled but it's 3 weeks later & I'm receiving emails saying an engineer is coming out tomorrow. Your website is awful to find the right contact option. Plz help

    @bt_uk so as an nhs worker who has been a loyal bt customer for 4 years I have been hit with charges of nearly 500 for terminating a contract as I have to move in with my partner(who has bt) great way to treat a loyal customer who has had to move home whilst working during

    @bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

    @bt_uk as a BT Broadband customer can you confirm how many devices are supported on Norton Security. I appear to be restricted to two devices, I previously thought it was 15.

    @bt_uk It’s fine I understand there obviously is no loyalty with bt to customers or common sense used Regret advising my partner took out a bt contract and will cancel as soon as it is possible The same applies for my ee contract Have a good day

    @bt_uk My mother is self employed and can't connect to the internet so losing money on that, I stream gaming and can't even connect to a game server because of the terrible connection! When I do I have 1100 ping and ridiculous packet loss which makes anything unplayable.

    @bt_uk Saw an Openreach van working over the road this morning. 10 mins later my landline and broadband had gone. BT say they'll do something by Tuesday. I train on Zoom, and my data charges are already going through the roof. Really upset at this level of service.

    Changing to @BTCare BT Full Fibre in the hope of getting better service. Planned to be here in a 5 hour window waiting for an Engineer. Already one hour past due time, no call from anyone and no awareness of whether it will get done today. Disappointing start

    @bt_uk I had a problem with my BT Broadband billing today. I called BT call centre and the call was immediately answered and I was put through to the right department who quickly sorted it out. Fantastic service given the pandemic

    @bt_uk I am forced to move home but being told I’ll incur a £280 fee to cancel the line even though my new property has one! This is obscene and frustrating in the midst of a pandemic.
