The guy on the phone assured me the engineer had been cancelled but it's 3 weeks later & I'm receiving emails saying an engineer is coming out tomorrow. Your website is awful to find the right contact option. Plz help

The service is a disgrace and I keep phoning through every day and end up talking to different call centres and given empty promises and lies every time!

There are guilty fans on both sides thankfully I’m a racing fan and try not to get dragged in when the media try a bit of shit stirring. Simon not so much but BTSport words fail me.

I've calIed 150 several times now about this issue and no resolution. I have asked for a paper bill and 7 days on and I'm still waiting.

I think the scale of it can be tracked by how many calls last less that a few seconds (due to dead air) or how many pin numbers are requested but not used. (as they are not supplied in time)
