@bt_uk honestly hope all ur calls are recorded. going to ofcom , since i was told by the last person i spoke to, that no engineer will be brought out again, since nothing seems to be the problem on their side, yet 5 phones and nothing works this is what @bt_uk want me to pay for

@bt_uk I had signed up to join BT but cancelled 2 days later. The guy on the phone assured me the engineer had been cancelled but it's 3 weeks later & I'm receiving emails saying an engineer is coming out tomorrow. Your website is awful to find the right contact option. Plz help

@bt_uk going on nearly two weeks no internet. failed appointments, being lied to etc. i defo would NEVER recommend these absolute idiots! now they switched the mini hub off, that barely works. lost my job because of them btw. defo going to watchdog and the papers

@bt_uk Please help I have had issues with my broadband now for a month since joining you. I have waited in today for a Tech Expert who was going to fix my problem, but Openreach turned up. We have already had Openreach tell us the line is fine. Is the Tech Expert coming or not?
