The service is a disgrace and I keep phoning through every day and end up talking to different call centres and given empty promises and lies every time!

The guy on the phone assured me the engineer had been cancelled but it's 3 weeks later & I'm receiving emails saying an engineer is coming out tomorrow. Large Vodka (@mizmuggle) reported@bt_uk have had no broadband since 25/8. fault tracker says it’s fixed but running a check on it says network fault and the expected resolve date keeps getting pushed back. Can’t get anything other than a bot on phone or text. I work from home and this is not good enough
