The service is a disgrace and I keep phoning through every day and end up talking to different call centres and given empty promises and lies every time!

The guy on the phone assured me the engineer had been cancelled but it's 3 weeks later & I'm receiving emails saying an engineer is coming out tomorrow. They've set a password a dozen times, and they can log into their BT emails on a browser without any issues, but trying to log into the BT app flags an incorrect password error. Is their any guidance for this?

lee davenport (@leedvnprt) reported@bt_uk I can't phone any bt number because the automated service doesn't put me through to an actual person, it just says that my service has been restricted and I need to pay. I will not be paying because it was supposed to have been. Cancelled on the 8th of June!
