The service is a disgrace and I keep phoning through every day and end up talking to different call centres and given empty promises and lies every time!

The guy on the phone assured me the engineer had been cancelled but it's 3 weeks later & I'm receiving emails saying an engineer is coming out tomorrow. Trying to help a very elderly medically vulnerable customer whose land line and broadband have been cancelled. Hours and hours spent on the phone to no avail.
