The service is a disgrace and I keep phoning through every day and end up talking to different call centres and given empty promises and lies every time!

The guy on the phone assured me the engineer had been cancelled but it's 3 weeks later & I'm receiving emails saying an engineer is coming out tomorrow. Require a permit to work, cancelled the order to fix - with no communication - I’ve called and rebooked and you move the completion date and still sat paying for a service I am not receiving - absolute shambles!!! I called to terminate the contract but I have been asked to pay until 16th August. Also, you charged a £18 disconnection fee. Why do I need to pay after contract?

Over the phone you then said ‘there’s none in your area, what a mess we’ve made’ & now it’s another 2wks to wait.

Catherine (@teacherCate1) reported@bt_uk It’s not an issue of him not being on top of bills and it definitely needs looking into - he’s over £800 in credit yet he’s still having more money taken from him every month. There is no need for any phone provider to be charging such a huge amount for calls etc.
