The service is a disgrace and I keep phoning through every day and end up talking to different call centres and given empty promises and lies every time!

The guy on the phone assured me the engineer had been cancelled but it's 3 weeks later & I'm receiving emails saying an engineer is coming out tomorrow. Today my mum was passed between 5 people, blaming either billing or a copper wire switch. No fix, no warning, despite paying hundreds each month. Awful service.

And surprise surprise, OpenReach failed to turn up again (3rd failure)
