The service is a disgrace and I keep phoning through every day and end up talking to different call centres and given empty promises and lies every time!

The guy on the phone assured me the engineer had been cancelled but it's 3 weeks later & I'm receiving emails saying an engineer is coming out tomorrow. Catherine (@teacherCate1) reported@bt_uk It’s not an issue of him not being on top of bills and it definitely needs looking into - he’s over £800 in credit yet he’s still having more money taken from him every month. There is no need for any phone provider to be charging such a huge amount for calls etc.
