BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • KaiBondSin Kai Bond Sin (@KaiBondSin) reported

@bt_uk Hello! I've recently upgraded my broadband contract (beginning of December) and received also my bag to return my old hub as it came with a new one. I've been unable to get to a post office and it's looking like I won't get to one until Jan 2022, will that be an issue?

  • Lanternfish5 Lanternfish (@Lanternfish5) reported

@bt_uk What a surprise, another new date (and just for an update). Stop lying to us! You've done nothing whatsoever and it's totally unacceptable @ofcom @DailyMirror Please explain what exactly the engineers have done to fix it.

  • robert_gracie Robert Gracie (@robert_gracie) reported

@bt_uk Can I ask why is the Internet out in Edinburgh it went down at 00:30 last night and it hasnt returned yet and I have reset my router once and still no internet

  • Fermion_Alpha FermionAlpha (@Fermion_Alpha) reported

We made our @bt_uk broadband order on 21st June (!!) and we're still no closer to being connected. @WeAreOpenreach were tasked almost 6 months ago to install a new pole but all we've had is broken promises and missed deadlines. 1/2

  • Steveplfc SteveP LFC 💙 (@Steveplfc) reported

@SketchLisa @bt_uk I’ve had BT broadband for years and have literally never had a problem with it anywhere in the house or in the garden. It must be solvable.

  • scott_isles Scott Isles (@scott_isles) reported

@SketchLisa @bt_uk ... if new router doesn't solve issue, call LOYALTY again and ask to have complaint escalated to manager, your account should have caller notes from previous conversations and should show you've had a long standing issue that has yet to be resolved...

  • LDdex LDdex (@LDdex) reported

@bt_uk no faults listed, but when I do check on my broadband it says there may be a fault and it runs tests and turns of my hub but when it powers up, I have to start the problem solving from the start.

  • liambutcher Liam ⚡️ (@liambutcher) reported

@bt_uk hey, one of your customers mistakenly put my email address in, and I’ve been receiving all of their details, address, etc. I called and reported last week, but it’s still happening. Can you remove my email from that customer? Seems like a data protection issue!

  • cccammy1 Mr Calder (@cccammy1) reported

Now 12 days without office telephone lines or broadband. @btbusinesscare @BTBusiness really know how to treat paying customers. Example - Sat appointment between 8 and 1pm with the engineer. Sat in work all morning, they never showed. Great customer relations they have.

  • JovialMark Tyree Cooper, The Producer, turn it up! (@JovialMark) reported

@btbusinesscare Customers can, at least, get in touch this way. But good gracious me what a faff getting past the virtual assistant! Very slow, time consuming way to resolve a billing mistake made by BT. Human interaction super slow too...
