@bt_uk Been without landline and internet for over 2 weeks now and I’ve had 4 engineer appointments booked and not 1 has showed up! The service is a disgrace and I keep phoning through every day and end up talking to different call centres and given empty promises and lies every time!

@bt_uk I had signed up to join BT but cancelled 2 days later. The guy on the phone assured me the engineer had been cancelled but it's 3 weeks later & I'm receiving emails saying an engineer is coming out tomorrow. Your website is awful to find the right contact option. Plz help

@bt_uk as a BT Broadband customer can you confirm how many devices are supported on Norton Security. I appear to be restricted to two devices, I previously thought it was 15.

@bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

@Ofcom how can I complain about @bt_uk? We closed & settled an account a year ago but they are sending letters about debt collection. We have an open complaint with them for months and have asked for our data to be deleted but the letters keep coming

Obviously what happens next is @OpenreachHelp and @bt_uk will reach out to apologise and offer to assist me. This will result in me spending another hour on the phone whilst someone fills out a form to register my issue. Then will come another month of no updates.
