  • Northeastred Nigel Malone * (@Northeastred) reported

Seeing as @bt_uk @BTCare offer to provide a strong broadband signal throughout your home, maybe time to give @SkyHelpTeam the elbow. WiFi signal to upstairs is awful, to the point where it is affecting my kids schooling from home. Just wondering if there is any issue with sky Q?

  • MMCGO3 MMCGO (@MMCGO3) reported

@lollujo @bt_uk I’m not sure if it will be of any use as it’s an expensive fix but in our house we were dropping connection everywhere so what we ordered were these things called DECOS. You’ve probably already seen them, they work really well, we have one deco placed on each floor of the house
