    @bt_uk No I am not, that is an extra £30 a month on top of my current £100 bill. I had bought Whole Home Wifi. But it not working and all you suggested was to get the retailer (who is closed) to exchange it. Disappointing lack of empathy

    @bt_uk you lost my custom today before it had even started.Such a shocking service for a #Telecommunications company. Why can’t you and every other #Telecommunications company actually communicate?

    @bt_uk mistakes can happen but *******, arranged a home move for 12th April and the BB at my current address gets cut off. Speak to BT, and I have to wait to tomorrow until the home move team are in 👍🏻 cheers, disconnecting someone when they have to work from home

    @England @bt_uk Got to say I thought Mount was very good. Lingard was ok overall but, given the amount of ball he had, his final ball and shooting was consistently poor.

    @bt_uk The irony that a communications company can’t even communicate to let me know you will fail to deliver is rather pathetic really. Made even worse by your constant texting to make sure I’m in and be there to let him in.
