@bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

@bt_uk going on nearly two weeks no internet. failed appointments, being lied to etc. i defo would NEVER recommend these absolute idiots! now they switched the mini hub off, that barely works. lost my job because of them btw. defo going to watchdog and the papers

@bt_uk I had signed up to join BT but cancelled 2 days later. The guy on the phone assured me the engineer had been cancelled but it's 3 weeks later & I'm receiving emails saying an engineer is coming out tomorrow. Your website is awful to find the right contact option. Plz help

@bt_uk I can log-in ok, but there are 3 accounts linked & I can’t see products/services for my main account (it doesn’t appear on the drop-down accs list) & to get the billing for this account, I have to go into another account, then billing, then select this acc from the billing menu.
