    @btsport @bt_uk BT Sport 1 is constantly showing "No Information Available" in the TV Guide. I've retuned the channels, restarted the box AND restarted the router. Any idea what the problem is?

    @bt_uk if we’re getting fibre installed in the village does that make the connection worse than it usually is for the internet? (which is bad already lol) asking for a mate x

    @btsport my monthly ‘subscription’ is one where you fail to take my direct debit, cancel my subscription, tell me my #btsport has been stopped and then I pay with the card details that you should be using to take the direct debit from... Since Jan?! 5 months of this. Incompetent

    @bt_uk How can you claim to be giving the best service when we can't actually speak to anyone? I've tried to call with my fault, and you say you're sending a text to me (which I cant respond to). I try online chat and they wont speak to me because I'm an existing customer...

    @bt_uk @DrJohnCosgrove I get exactly the same problem I.e. iPlayer kills the LTE connection but I am using a BT SIM card in a TP Link Archer router. So I suspect this is some sort of BT/ EE network issue ?

    Openreach engineer Leon for BT today a star! Swiftly sorted the external fault on line that caused broadband outtage and Anna outrage for a month+. Promised I'd never have to moan about BT again nor leave for rival the minute existing contract ends. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻 @bt_uk
