    @ChampionsCup @UlsterRugby horrible statement. You’re so in hock to tv companies. It’ll be 13c on Sunday, raining, thaws the pitch. Match played Sunday evening or Monday. But of course won’t suit @btsport will it.

    @bt_uk your customer service from multiple team members has been nothing but disgraceful from 24/06/21. Your staff promise the world but never deliver. Do they whisper sweet nothings to get rid? 10+ calls, no answers and hours wasted

    @bt_uk I had signed up to join BT but cancelled 2 days later. The guy on the phone assured me the engineer had been cancelled but it's 3 weeks later & I'm receiving emails saying an engineer is coming out tomorrow. Your website is awful to find the right contact option. Plz help

    @bt_uk going on nearly two weeks no internet. failed appointments, being lied to etc. i defo would NEVER recommend these absolute idiots! now they switched the mini hub off, that barely works. lost my job because of them btw. defo going to watchdog and the papers

    @bt_uk he was of no help. you ppl never are. will be going to the ombudsman. i want my loss of wages. how do you ppl expect me to feed so many kids without a wage? we are in the middle of a living crisis! not acceptable at all

    @bt_uk as a BT Broadband customer can you confirm how many devices are supported on Norton Security. I appear to be restricted to two devices, I previously thought it was 15.

    @bt_uk honestly hope all ur calls are recorded. going to ofcom , since i was told by the last person i spoke to, that no engineer will be brought out again, since nothing seems to be the problem on their side, yet 5 phones and nothing works this is what @bt_uk want me to pay for

    @virginmedia is it possible to make available the bt sports channels on your subscription if you already have bt sport directly through BT? Or is there an app etc you can sign into #Help #VirginMedia #BTSport

    @bt_uk 08 Mar -First broadband outage - raised fault 09 Mar -Afternoon engineer visit, fixed line 11Mar -Fault raised low broadband speed 12 Mar -Engineer visit, temporary fixed. Other neighbours in same block faced outages. Major fault of duct &cable replacement raised on another flat

    @bt_uk I keep getting phone calls from an 0845 number that when I search, claims to be a BT text messaging service. Is this genuine? I don't want to answer in case it's a scam but the calls are so frequent, it's becoming annoying! Any advice please?

    @bt_uk I honestly do appreciate the help Dee but unfortunately all Openreach keep doing is moving the date, thats what my complaint is. Its the 2nd, then the 10th, then the 15th, then the 16th and now the 30th....and I guarantee when we get to the 30th the date will move again 😭

    @KloppMeister19 @bt_uk No. Every so often I ring up and have a moan and they put the price down. All part of the game. I assume they make a bit of extra margin in the period between. Keep your eye on it.

    @bt_uk 13 Mar : Raised fault again as our account fault showed problem was resolved while we were still experiencing broadband outages 16?Mar : Engineer visit, no contact with us. No problem resolution

    @bt_uk Contractors turned up announced to dig up my garden to replace my landline. Pipe & cabling has been left, I've not heard about an engineer coming out yet to connect my internet.... just bad communication

    @bt_uk An engineer has turned up unannounced this morning to pull through the cabling & then leave it. I didn't know. I managed to soak to him b4 he left & now he knows im in he's coming back after another job? Crazy waste of time & poor communication

    @bt_uk Well no it’s nothing to do with the extension that’s a plug. But I was highlighting how bad my wifi has always been to ahve to do this but for the past couple of days it’s even worse... calls cannot connect and I now on my phone I’m using my mobile data?
