    @bt_uk I had signed up to join BT but cancelled 2 days later. The guy on the phone assured me the engineer had been cancelled but it's 3 weeks later & I'm receiving emails saying an engineer is coming out tomorrow. Your website is awful to find the right contact option. Plz help

    @virginmedia is it possible to make available the bt sports channels on your subscription if you already have bt sport directly through BT? Or is there an app etc you can sign into #Help #VirginMedia #BTSport

    @bt_uk Been without landline and internet for over 2 weeks now and I’ve had 4 engineer appointments booked and not 1 has showed up! The service is a disgrace and I keep phoning through every day and end up talking to different call centres and given empty promises and lies every time!

    @bt_uk Are you kidding me? How about you send a message to whoever runs the website to fix the bug, that way i aint got to spend 5 hours on the phone trying to cancel a subscription i pay £25 a month for, which i dont need anymore.
