  @bt_uk BT have been doing work at the end of the road, all of a sudden we loose internet and phoneline, the engineers left and the next appointment is on the 29th! Cant contact any family members over christmas and my nan cant even phone in an emergency! Thanks!

  Thank you to @bt_uk for ensuring we have no internet this Christmas. So nice of you. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Clearly taking ownership of a customer’s problem or keeping promises is something they don’t believe in.
