@bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@btsport Liverpool brought a new signing on but your commentators didn't mention how much he cost, also we haven't been told how much the bench is worth. As a #ManCity fan I have come to expect this information and am disappointed that you don't provide this service for all teams

@jkdarchy @bt_uk I'm only trying to offer help voluntarily to help the situation in getting the voice service working and giving you facts on why this change is happening and what you need to do. Re care line you need to speak to your adult social care and care alarm supplier

Lucy Ward was brilliant commentating tonight. Doesn't obfuscate the action on the field nor patronise the viewer at home. The bloke wasn't bad either... x. #BTSport #INTLIV #LucyWard

Hey @bt_uk what's up with the services? No internet more than 15 mins, and serveral router restarts. Even your mobile app doesn't work to report the issue.

@bt_uk had an engineer out today to fix a broadband issue. Since its been "fixed" the hub has lost internet access EIGHT times! How is anyone supposed to run a business, or use @HiveHomeUK or @ring systems with a totally unreliable WiFi service? Not acceptable! #fail

(@jamclarkey) reported
@jkdarchy @bt_uk No, it means it's completely closed by 2025 & a nationwide stop sell of any new voice services via the current analogue network we have today by 2023. I.e any new 📞 service will need to be via internet by that 2023 date. Everyone needs to be off current network well before 2025.
