    @bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

    Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

    @bt_uk We have been waiting over 4 years and still no plans to give us fibre. The box is just down the road it has super fast broadband in it. But you won’t change our old copper wires it’s a small hamlet it won’t take long or cost much but we get ignored and neglected @BorisJohnson why

    @bt_uk My parents have received automated landline messages apologising for not having fixed the problem with broadband. Does BT do this? Yes their account is with and they have not reported anything.

    @bt_uk an elderly relative just moved nearby. She is frail, has care issues and after 2 weeks BT haven't been able to connect her. Terrible service.
