Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

@GEvansRugby @bt_uk Did you ever fix the issue. I'm going through the same. Bt say I'm all up to date. Ring xbox and they have know idea what I'm talking about. Xbox have open up a case for me and I've sent over screen shots about payments etc. Absolute shambles of a partnership between them

@bt_uk very disappointed I am being charged a fee to cancel broadband when i was assured at the time of purchasing i wouldn't be. Was put on hold and then told there was no managers available to speak to me currently. @MoneyTelegraph

@bt_uk We're going round in circles. I can't send you a DM. I also don't have a BT account number - the account is with another provider which uses Openreach. All other houses in the area are down and am just looking for any estimate on when it'll be fixed. Another week? 2 weeks? More?
