Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk Hi, we have an engineer booked for Tuesday but our fault is more than “slow broadband” as the email states. Our entire junction box has fallen apart and the wires are corroded. How can we report this damage before our appointment as we’re without phone and internet!

Shocking service from @bt_uk this morning. Trying to report my 86 yr old mothers phone line faulty for the umpteenth time and when I finally get answered they hung up before I could grab the handset and say hello. Literally fuming right now!!

@bt_uk No landline and no broadband for up to two weeks for an elderly couple. Unacceptable. Service outage apparently means you can’t put call divert on! Unbelievable!

Congrats @bt_uk who, despite promising to fix on Friday, have left my 86 dad with Alzheimer’s and reliant on Lifeline linked to WiFi, without any phone service.

@bt_uk My parents have now made 30 calls to you since mid December and the problem with their landline isn’t sorted. First you got rid of their number and then once you restored it they can’t receive calls from other landlines. They are getting very frustrated. Please sort asap

Issue with @SkyUK in York. It seems everyone needs to register this so that @SkyHelpTeam can log visits from @bt_uk and then BT Openreach may action doing something. Sky Tech tel no to follow
