  Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

  @bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

  Appalling service by BT Openreach. Internet cable down for 8 days. 2 visits.....no repair, no communication. Mother being cared for with Alzheimers. Come on BT sort it out! Anyone else received this level of "non service". #poorservice #bt @bt_uk @openreachhelp

  @bt_uk I really don’t have the time or inclination to waste on another 2 hour phone call. Absolutely appalling customer service and I had been a prospective customer. That says it all. Anyone out there know how BT survives?

  @bt_uk What's the point in this? This can't be looked into any further, a team leader is looking into this and has submitted an expedite form, its standard fibre it was meant to be fibre 100. But I'll drop you my details so you can read ALL of the complaint and have a little laugh.

  Today, it appears I'm going to be spending most of my time trying to sort out the megaproblems caused by #btcloud not working properly, like I did on Friday. grrrr. So annoying when something that used to Just Work stops working completely @bt_uk

  @bt_uk BT is the worst organisation when it comes to service either to customers or staffs. I left BT on 7th Dec 2020 and now it's been 70 days and I have' received my experience letter and settelment amout. I am chasing them since 25th Jan 2021 and they have not yet provided any update
