Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk Hi Michaela. There was no mention of this is in the signup process? The service is still not active and I’ve missed half of the game I signed up for. Unsure as to why it could possibly take 48 hours.
