@bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

What is going on @bt_uk. Phone line cancelled in May and then received an invoice for a service not signed up for. Spoke to @bt_uk who assured me it was an error and I should not have to pay. 2 hours later received a phone call saying I must pay immediately. @bt comments please
