Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

A simple case of changing the account holder after completing a contract has resulted in Two disabled customers being left without broadband or phone line! We were told there would be no loss of service! Shambolic treatment of vulnerable adults!

They say they can’t use phones to speak to openreach, only fill in a form which can take 7 days!!!! Absolute joke. No customer care
