Rick (@StokieNI) reported from Newcastle, Northern IrelandWtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.
-
Paddy R (@paddyr650) reported from Portaferry, Northern Ireland@bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

Large Vodka (@mizmuggle) reported@bt_uk I’ve already done this. It’s says network fault and the date for resolution keeps getting pushed back. It’s not acceptable and can’t get through to an actual person on the phone.
-
Warren Peters (@wizza_wozza) reportedHad a most frustrating experiences trying to help an elderly friend with their broadband and wi-fi through @bt_uk - BTs support systems are designed to hamper rather than help. My friend has poor mobile signal and relies on BT for phone/internet, difficult to speak to a human.
-
GG (@G1NG3R_N1NJA_13) reported@bt_uk I’ve done all that. It’s not working. Apparently it’s now a fault.
-
dannnehhh (@dannnehhh) reportedHi @bt_uk I’ve not been a customer of yours for some time now, however received an SMS and email this morning from yourselves stating my speed trial is ending for my broadband is ending in 7 days. Was this an error?
-
Sparky (@oftheVotadini) reported@bt_uk @tringgooner I hate corporate replies like this. Instead of taking ownership of the problem, they palm you off to another department who will fob you off with a desultory offer
-
Chris (@tringgooner) reported@bt_uk I think anyone would be unhappy don’t you? Messed around, then asked for a £20 deposit to that you will hold onto for up to 6 months. It’s a bloody disgrace. That is no way to treat any customer. And you know it.
-
RichNotRich (@sideangleballs) reported@bt_uk @btbusinesscare @BTBusiness Broadband down all morning. Constantly being told there are no faults is not helping me get online. Help please 🙏
-
Choppaloppadingdong (@ScottWi28968286) reported@bt_uk want to remove landline from package, told on BT chat Ok but I have to pay £9.99 for a “Hybrid Connect” device which I don’t want or need, as a new broadband package has to be created and they must send this thing out?! I only want to cancel landline!! Anyone else had this
-
Gari MacColl (@JGMacColl) reportedDear @bt_uk You replied once to my posts, your customer service has an average waiting time of 45 minutes. Please, let me leave you without waiting on the phone. You've taken so much money for a terrible service, please, let me go. Over to you, AI Bot
