    @bt_uk We were lied to in order to get us to sign up for BT broadband; BT are reneging on the promise of a £70 Amazon voucher. Despicably deceitful company, never again! Do not believe a word they say. Plus, BT’s Internal communication is pitiful.

    @bt_uk @newcastleguy48 Same with your hubs and the internet dropping out but you know......its my hub thats the problem not the fault on your line (even though your own engineers said theres a fault on the line) maybe i should pay a fraction of the m/cost and blame your computers see how that works!

    @bt_uk @Michael75545709 I messaged yesterday but this still hasn’t been sorted! I’ve received a bill today and we are being charged for BT Sport even though I phoned to cancel it on 31st January and my order timeline confirms this. Please can you tell me who I need to contact to sort this out.
