    Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

    @bt_uk We have since been told the fault is outside of the property so I wont hold my breath for normal service to be resumed.

    @bt_uk ....because our router is in the hallway. Our daughter watches a lot of stuff streamed from the internet and experiences the same issue. We’ve had full fibre fitted in the last 6 months and the issues we used to have are still present...it’s just rubbish

    @bt_uk Done. Let’s hope something gets done. Should of cancelled BT a long time ago as the service is terrible!! 😡😡 There were much better deals but I decided to stay, what a mistake!!

    Had appalling internet service from @EE for about two months. Despite new router and engineer visit - absolutely useless. Switched to @BTGroup @bt_uk yesterday and game changer. Congratulations to BT and shame on EE.

    Thanks to an error on the part of @bt_uk I’ve just lost my dream house as an issue they told me was sorted and not to worry about left me with 6months of arrears on my credit file 🙃🙃🙃🙃 just had a good sob and they’ve hung up on me 3 times so far I haven’t even spoke to anyone

    @btbusinesscare Sadly they’re not helping. I’m being charged £85 for overspend on data. We no longer have a business premises and your dongle is so slow I cannot WFH... Please escalate and help. Small businesses can’t survive like this.

    @bt_uk No I had done nothing wrong, you had forgot to cancel an add on with our package when we cancelled. The whole error has been on your part not mine.

    @bt_uk Hi there - now that I've got all the kids at home we've got a huge black spot in the house for wifi. Having 2 of the kids in the same room working is not working. Can we get another disc as part of your connection commitment?
