Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

@btsport I’m having significant video quality variation while using the BT Sport app on Apple TV. It’s likely not a connection/bandwidth issue as other streaming apps on the same TV work fine and in UHD quality. Any suggestions?

@bt_uk Ive been logged out of my BT sport account and now you don’t recognise my login details o matter how many times I change them. Spoke to 6 people ( including one time when you tried to palm me off to a guy at EE.) nobody knows what they are doing
