@bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk There was neither a delivery nor notification about lack of same, nor any notification that the visit was cancelled. Very poor customer service, & I'm not inclined to reorder only to be treated in a similar fashion next time I'm afraid.

@bt_uk I could understand if the appointment had to be rescheduled through lack of equipment and/or staff, but to simply cancel it and not bother notifying me is not on.

@bt_uk Any chance of BT resolving the Broadband outage in the ME12 area? Was told it would be fixed by 15:30 hours on 04/12/22. Now you’re not giving an estimate.
