Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

@bt_uk I have just finished a 42min conversation with BT. Some telesales at the weekend cancelled my phone line,15 year loyalty bonus.I have lost line, discounts, broadband and worse my home number. My history with BT gone. Please help me ASAP, I can DM you details.

@bt_uk it's the recorder box - basically it records one out of five on the planner (very annoying) This is my second box with same issues since February. BT can find nothing wrong with it. Is it just my recorder or is there a wider issue with the software?

Lets balance out the negativity on this account for the past few weeks. Much thanks to @bt_uk - same day as my net being cancelled incorrectly they get a new account up and a few days later waive the wrong cancellation charges. Outstanding service IMO

@bt_uk we are still offline and without landline since November 8th. Several dates for resolution later we are told the big day will be 18th December. Our business is being affected at a time we can ill afford for this to happen. Disabled parents cannot contact us. Come on BT!

Day 23 of no service @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp playing ping pong with responsibility for delay in restoration of service. @OpenreachHelp to serve with resourcing a “skills” engineer and naming a day work can start. Allegedly.

Hey @EastSuffolk your contractors repairing potholes in Locks Rd Westhall have severed a @bt_uk cable that has taken out half of village. Hope you have given them permission to replace it as it's down to you.

@btbusinesscare Hi Sean @btbusinesscare , unless you can stop me paying +£70 a month for WiFi that was 'guaranteed' to cover the house but is so poor that I have had to install an alternative network I don't suppose there is.
