Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

@DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

I need another broadband provider as my current provider @bt_uk are not providing a good service at all. My mini hub struggles to play YouTube let alone allow me to work and the customer service i have received is shocking.

@bt_uk Hi Sharon, It does not appear to be a bandwidth/quality issue; H+ (on another network) is adequate. The whole connection drops after watching iPlayer for over 1 min. YouTube and Netflix work fine.
