@bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@SkyNews If you want to send them a message then you need to hit them where it hurts. Cut up your season tickets and cancel your @skysports and @btsport subscriptions and stop buying their merchandise is a start. Problem is none of you will and that is why this is happening

This should be the start. @UEFA dont give a fig about fans. A final with capacity 69,000 clubs get 16,000 each. The rest to sponsors. @SkySports @btsport kick off times changed, both with different packages but subscriptions increasing. Fans should cancel. 50.1% fan ownership.

@bt_uk been trying to call since yesterday. Web chat have helped but can’t do what’s needed, they have added notes to my account. Have moved house and the 4G mini hub has not been sent, I need ASAP to get us and running as you can’t connect my new house until May 7th! Please help
