    Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

    @bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

    @bt_uk Been waiting 9 MONTHS for landline from BT! Blamed Openreach but poor follow up by BT. Taken so long case automatically closed by BT so have to start again. 😫 Avoid if you can. Poor customer service - lip service not action.

    @bt_uk beyond ridiculous. 3 months, about 8 engineer visits, fibre connection I’m still paying a fortune for STILL broken. No one seems to know what’s going on. Then you disconnect the mini hub you provided to help us a bit. What on earth is going on?

    @bt_uk Very intermittent despite turning off / taking plug out etc for few minutes. But your link says there’s no problem with the line.

    ...now we know why - it’s never been activated on my account even though I only took out this contract for the free BTSport. Can’t get hold of customer support, but that looks like standard by the reviews...
