Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

@bt_uk I know but I stream everything anyways. Also, my Pro box is a nightmare and I’m constantly having issues with the remote not controlling the TV. I don’t have need for record either. The mini would be ideal for us due to size also. If it is possible to swap them out we’d love to.

@virginmedia choose any other provider which has systems to resolve issues - wish I had gone with BT or Sky or anyone else. I have lost over 20 hours in customer service calls alone - horrendous service. @virginmedia @bt_uk #skybroadband #virginmedia

@bt_uk She’s had an update, several. Each time it’s ‘next Friday’, which comes and goes, then another week is added. Pretty awful service - and your agent tried to sell her a mobile phone contract 😡

@bt_uk I beg to differ ... It's a BT failure that the minihub hasn't been delivered. There's a serious flaw in the thinking that it's our issue to chase DPD. Also 'comms' - what's happening about restoration of service for us and several neighbours?
