Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

@bt_uk As part of the HALO service I currently need to have a more reliable service as I'm currently carrying out important work for a business that is time sensitive I will send a DM as I'll need to use mobile data to keep the disruption to a minimum.

@btbusinesscare We have already spent most of Friday and Saturday on the phone to your engineers, the most recent call has been the most useful but still not fixed! I fixed the router myself!! So much for 24/7 service apparently I had to wait until Monday for a call back from a senior engineer.
