@bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk Nope, solid blue light as normal. Nothing changed in our set up since our fibre service started with you months ago. Performance previously good, this past week terrible.
