    Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

    @bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

    This is all just awful, but I won't accept @SkySports and @btsport taking the sanctimonious high ground that this has killed football for fans. You might not be the executioner, but you helped build the gallows.

    @SkySports and @btsport are basically doing there best to protect there own TV right and keep charging big fee on views per match.. Also I see I have been able to see some of your videos concerning this issue but I was never allowed to see those before..
