Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

@Argos_Online @bt_uk my baby monitor has broken within its warranty, and you are both telling me to deal with the other to sort it! It’s broken. Can you get your heads together and send me a new one? I use it to check my son is still alive so quite important! @MartinSLewis

@bt_uk I've had fibre installed in my home yesterday but it still isnt online yet, the engineer said it would be a hour until its on that was yesterday , any help?

@bt_uk tried to watch football last night on Samsung tv on BT TV app. Got the error code SP955, and advised to ring BT on a number. Rang BT who said they'd never heard of the error code. They advised deleting and reinstalling app. Did this, and still no joy. Really frustrated
