    Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

    @bt_uk hi.. yeah they checked the line in & it’s fine.. i think it’s the router itself.. it keeps dropping signal and the speed fluctuates a lot.

    @Bass_Wakil @bt_uk Actually, it couldnt be. They told me over the phone they couldn't turn **** back on - so I had to do with this mobile hot spot hub that ******* sucks. :/

    @Bonzodogg1 @BTCare Similar problems over the years. Always trying to fob me off with must be the ‘Wi-Fi in the house’ bla bla bla and sending me links for advice to children. It’s always outside and always found, eventually, in their creaking infrastructure.

    .@bt_uk are you aware of situations today where scamming calls cause Broadband to go down? Have received two today and both times, caused loss of connection.

    @btsport you make it very hard to canceI. I cancelled my DD in Dec to order via Sky. I’m now told I should have phoned as well and have to pay a further months notice. Over £72 for a service I’m not using. I’m also told by billing there’s NO complaint service! Help please

    @bt_uk it is being taken for fibre broadband, for an account that i believe is a now deceased customer of yours who you have registered as living at my address and have my bank details on his account.
