    Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

    @bt_uk hi, I recently rejoined BT after moving house, I used my previous email address to set up my bt account, and now whenever I try to log into my account it’s just showing me my previous bt account… can you help at all?

    @btbusinesscare Openreach keys to successfully business. 1. Monopolise. 2. No customer service, that would cost money 3. Just blame the supplier if anything goes wrong, so it's them that get all the complaints and investigations. 4. Don't bother meeting appointments or working. 5. Profit.

    @bt_uk I'm not a BT customer now which is why I tagged EE too. Though it is since BT has put the fibre broadband in.

    @bt_uk An hour on the phone with James (very patient) this morning resulted in me being told there is nothing that can be done until OR do something. I am now out of contract on my old service so being billed the higher price. Updates in app say work will be completed "today". Will DM.
