  • paddyr650 Paddy R (@paddyr650) reported from Portaferry, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

  • robbielowey Robbie Lowey💙💛 (@robbielowey) reported from Ballynahinch, Northern Ireland

@btsportfootball @btsport @YouTube the streams are crap.... I have the bt sport app with my mobile contract and there all ******* shite

  • StokieNI Rick (@StokieNI) reported from Newcastle, Northern Ireland

Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@ripplescrafts @bt_uk You thought the quote for an electricity supply was bad ! It was always going to be a paper exercise for B.T. simply because of the word 'Obligation' in the acronym!

  • kate__matos Kate Matos (@kate__matos) reported

@bt_uk Hi Alannah, to be clear, I have no issue with the delay, these things happen. My issue is that you sent a person to do work while you knew that the place is not ready, as the previous work was not finished. And you won't pay him for his time. This is what I'm not happy with.

  • jamiej23uk Galaxyjam24 (@jamiej23uk) reported

@bt_uk Its fine ive emailed the CEO of both yours and there company as i think attitudes are very poor, have a nice day

@bt_uk Hello, I am extremely disappointed with my recent contacts with your customer service centres regarding change of products.

  • Humphiebackit humphiebackit (@Humphiebackit) reported

@bt_uk Broadband down after weeks of poor quality. Made an appointment for engineer to call waited in for 5 hours never appeared, no call to explain why. Second appointment another fruitless 5 hour non appearance. Absolutely disgraceful way to treat a customer. Shambles.

  • martynkelly Martyn Kelly (@martynkelly) reported

@bt_uk As a BT customer, if I log into My BT, it says I can't get any broadband upgrades past 67mbps copper, but if I visit your site and say I'm not a BT customer, I'm offered up to 900mbps fttp. Why is this, out of interest? What do I have to do to get fttp? Cancel and sign up?

  • keekflo Eliza Beth (@keekflo) reported

@bt_uk Hi, is there a reason the backup hub as part of Halo doesn't stay with customer? After all, it's needed if no connection, not wait for another to be sent?

  • lipmarty75 Phil #BlackLivesStillMatter 🇺🇦🇵🇸🇾🇪 (@lipmarty75) reported

@natashashafai @natalie_17 @bt_uk Or better still, carry on taking his money but cut off his signal every time he watches football.

  • JoDonaldson17 Jo Donaldson (@JoDonaldson17) reported

@bt_uk I’ve tried emailing but never get the right dept. With your internet social tariffs, can you still be capped on speed if you have FTTP??

  • Uberseehandel Robin St.Clair (@Uberseehandel) reported

@bt_uk I think that BT got a response from the DWP database and decided there wasn't a 100% match on the surname, BT doesn't have my NI number or DOB, which I filled in, so reported that the surname was "wrong". I'm used to this problem, but not all computer systems can cope.
