    @bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

    Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

    @bt_uk - outage in ox29 area has been going on since 1pm yesterday and there is still no estimated fix time. Can you please look into this as it is causing problems.

    @_MissieBee @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk My parents pay over £100 monthly for Sky (no idea how - I assume because they just left it being more elderly). Their internet is terrible (only decent in one room & catch-up takes forever to download). I pay half that with Virgin Media. Looking into for them as not impressed.

    @bt_uk so you stopped my service Fri 12/08 as @SkyHelpTeam took over my service, but this morning you've created a phone account which I don't need. Multiple emails/texts confirming I was leaving you so why the sneak new account?

    Hello @HyperopticCS , I am tweeting this using @bt_uk broadband, Coz your’s which unfortunately I am a customer never works when its required. What would it take to work again after numerous fixes done as claimed by you ? Does this tweet downloads at ur place ?

    @bt_uk I've got access to it when I connected to the WiFi in my work. I've never had any issues with using 5G to access my account.

    @bt_uk 20 Kepplestone Gds AB154DH trying to get Fibre went on to Open Reach web site and it says it’s available then BT tell me no it’s not it’s a crap service
