  • StokieNI Rick (@StokieNI) reported from Newcastle, Northern Ireland

Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

  • Meelar69 Andrew Millar (@Meelar69) reported from Glastry, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk are there problems with BT email? I can't seem to get logged in.

  • paddyr650 Paddy R (@paddyr650) reported from Portaferry, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

@bt_uk @LeahClareLennon Also that's absolute bollocks it runs tests on the line into the house, for many the issue is after this point and the poor distribution in WiFi. BT are a con and I would and will be trying to move my services ASAP

  • RebeccaAnneByr1 Rebecca Anne Byrne (@RebeccaAnneByr1) reported

@bt_uk No it's to do with external work. The engineer checked if any of our household had displayed covid symptoms and came in wearing his mask. I have now been on hold for 10 minutes trying to speak to someone. This isn't the excellent customer service I was led to believe you provided

  • 1337u53r Praise Mathew Johnson (Mat) (@1337u53r) reported

@doddsie @elonmusk @bt_uk I think Starlink makes a lot more sense in terms of scalability (for service improvements). Traditional ISPs could be out of business soon when Starlink achieves their 10Gbps target and economies of scale (leading to significant cost declines in the service).

  • isaolinat ooo (@isaolinat) reported

@bt_uk Yes it’s is bad. How do I am DM you ?

@bt_uk Thank you your reply. We want to cancel the contract. Not start afresh with you. She has done this with her other utilities.

  • JamesLee_97 Jlee (@JamesLee_97) reported

@btsport I have been charged twice for the UFC PPV and tried to contact you through email as well as the online help chat. I have had no response. Please advise how I can get a refund for the additional payment

  • robmaxey1 robert maxey (@robmaxey1) reported

@bt_uk hi there. I went for the fibre upgrade a year ago, with the “Guaranteed 46mbs”. I have never got near that. Generally around 27-30. I think I once saw 37. NG13 8TR postcode. Pls advise ? I would have called or emailed rather than tweeting, but not listed on your web page

  • princess_j86 Jazz (@princess_j86) reported

@bt_uk Hi Sian, I have done. Really hope you or someone can fix this mess. Thank you!

  • pwel11 Paul Welham (@pwel11) reported

@bt_uk what's happened to your online chat service? Doesn't seem to be an option on any of the Contact Us queries. It's sometimes difficult to sit on hold or talk in an enclosed space
