@bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk hi BT. I've been trying to switch phone, broadband and TV to you since 29th May. Placed the order 4 times, each time it got cancelled. Spoken to 7 of your colleagues in the last 10 days but still no closer to a solution. Don't get why this is so difficult.

@AngharadHafod @bt_uk There’s a useful website called ‘Who Calls Me’, and I’m sure a few others, where you can search for unknown numbers (landline and mobile). I never answer either phone to an unknown, and do a quick search before calling back... if it shows as a scam, it gets blocked!

@MickCondon @DanHesketh3 @btsport I hate football and when it’s released how many billion £ they pay for the rights, then charge a fortune for that **** I won’t watch it pisses me right off. Wish they’d do a channel with no football for 1/10th the price!
