@bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

@bt_uk are there problems with BT email? I can't seem to get logged in.

Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

Listening to @bt_uk CTO Howard Watson at #connectedbritain BT is sadly still talking about the long-obsolete concept of “seamless” blending of cellular, WiFi etc That’s entirely the wrong sort of network convergence Also mentioned edge for compute + also storage

  • DebellTracey Tracey Debell (@DebellTracey) reported

@bt_uk none of you are looking back to see the thread - Sunday's upload speed was superb I don't need a fraction of that to be able to use twitter - 1 Mb is more than enough😎 The trouble is, is that in the week (and this week even on Saturday) upload was 0 - twitter just timed out
