Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk 1/5 Complaint-VOL013-612582541921 : Broadband install booked for the 1/9. You did a survey in Aug. 1/9 rolls round and you cancel ON THE DAY. I call support,they say I’m not entitled to any compensation despite working from home…and you don’t know when it can be fitted!

@bt_uk And the issues I’m having is paying you for the fastest broadband service and having my router lose connection multiple times daily, had an engineer out a week ago scratching his head, did something at the sub which lasted 5 days now since yesterday multiple disconnects in 24hrs.

@bt_uk 5/5 The funny thing is that I was warned by friends and family about BT’s reputation for terrible customer service and broken promises and thought surely you can’t be this bad. You’re not-you’re FAR worse!!

@bt_uk hello I and thousands of others are having an issue because you have blocked video game servers such as warzone so people are unable to play them. Please revert this change I literally only have bt because I need fast Internet to game. Please revert or give me the option.
