Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

Dear @bt_uk - why don't you offer a call back option instead of keeping a customer holding on for half an hour with no reply? (Shouldn't be too hard for a phone company to do..)

@bt_uk Once more you're appalling telephone options force me to do this. I have just had fibre installed by Openreach but no hub or phone has arrived. I need these urgently as you may stop the current service tomorrow. Please contact me urgently.

@bt_uk Internet went down last night and am stuck with solid orange light now. Have tried 0800800150 but can't check the line because we got rid of our land-line and I don't have a phone number to give for the fault check. Have tried reset/unplug & wait/factory reset etc... Help?

It's amazing that between March and May @skytv put my bill up by £12.47 a month without even a notification! Over 14% increase for no change in service at all - odd behaviour considering I am out of contract. Hey there @bt_uk and @VirginMedia_TV
