@bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk Absolute joke. Purchase broadband and phone for my business and using your own speed test I've got 0 mbps upload and you tell me I have to pay a termination fee. Appalling customer service

Tired of the service from @bt_uk - I can't remember the last time BT TV - on laptop or TV - worked for a whole day without problems. Oh for the days of aerials and four channels - at least they all worked, and for a lot less than a grand a year.

@bt_uk hey you guys. Can you tell me why, when my husband has struggled to use the phone to change our DD date you don’t bother and then decide to charge us £22 for it? There’s a reason we are in the essentials package! Not long til we can cancel with the worst service e we!
-
Alex (@PragmaticAlex) reported
Experiencing an utterly abysmal level of service from @bt_uk. A poor quality connection, dropping every few minutes, and taking a long time to reconnect. This is their _business_ product. We’re supposed to be getting FTTP on Friday… will that also be garbage?
-
Tim Carr (@TimothyDRCarr) reported
@btbusinesscare to Ethernet talk about going back years!! Why do you release a service knowing your hardware so t handle it. There’s a nice long discussion in your community forum about this. So straight answer please. Your discs not you SH2 can handle 900mbps….
