Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

@bt_uk #Fradswell since 27/11 no phone line broadband & some no TV A tiny rural village- no shop pub or call box Totally #isolated We have elderly, vulnerable, disabled, business users, babies. No way to contact 999 In town there’d be outrage-for us no fix before Xmas #help

@bt_uk Hi BT. I have been a customer for cant remember how long, never a problem. Now then, City Fibre are digging up the streets here. They tell me they wont sell to BT Internet. Does that mean I will never be able to have FTP with BT Internet?
