  Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

  The only good thing about a BT sport broadcast of the cricket is to listen to the lugubrious tones of Aussie commentators when they lose. As it rarely happens, it remains the worst broadcast of cricket ever. No effort put in at all. #bbccricket @btsport

  @btsport was Ben Kay aware of the fact that there were 2 teams playing at the Rev yesterday? Anyone would have thought that Bath won and the non-Bath team were anonymous. We have had to tolerate Kay’s poor one-eyed commentating for too long. Time to move on.

  @bt_uk 1) You say that Lesley but this fix date has moved 5 times, and only once have you contacted me to tell me. Every other time I've had to call. I've been promised multiple call backs and they haven't happened. I've been promised text alerts from openreach and that hasn't happened

  @roseatkinson @bt_uk I was promised a new, updated service on the 23rd of August, I've spent over 7 hours on the phone since and received nothing but mixed messages and overcharges for the account we already had.
