Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

@bt_uk I recently had a problem with my WiFi and you told me to disconnect one of the cables that went to the modem part. This worked, however for the last month or so, my Internet is constantly disconnecting, several times a day, most days. Is there anything you can do?

@bt_uk I will try that tomorrow and see if my Wi-Fi improves but my main problem is with wired connections - Ethernet connected Sky doesn’t work, did before - firmware doesn’t like networks by the feel of it

@bt_uk My TV, which is HDMI connected to my PC, keeps telling me that the connection has been lost from my router. My router tells me, through the symbol, that I'm connected. It's a mystery. Solution please, what is going on?

My family has received absolutely appalling customer service from @bt_uk. In the wake of a loss of our loved one, this has been an added upset and stress which has cost us a lot of time and is yet to be resolved. I’ve never been so disappointed in a company.
