  @bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

  Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

  @WolfSkullJack @bt_uk Tbh all the big ISPs seem to have spotty engineering coverage. When I first moved to Virgin, it took them ~3 weeks to fix constant service drops. At least it's been perfect since then.

  So @OpenreachHelp we finally found out your field engineers put my parent's port to the wrong house number in the system. @BT_UK can't activate. They are elderley in a new build, in rural area with zero means of contacting anyone (mobile poor). What if something happens?!

  Raised a complaint with @btsport the other day. They replied saying it's been resolved but haven't told me the outcome. Spent ages now trying to find out as advisors just keep transferring me. **** you, BT. Do I now need to make a complaint about...trying to resolve a complaint?
