Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

20mins into a phone call to cancel my broadband with @bt_uk and still yet to speak to someone. Contract has run out. No notification of this. Been charged significantly more this month. AND a phone call is the only way to cancel the contract? Money grabbers 😡

@bt_uk I didn't say I was happy with the service @bt_uk as it is very expensive for what it is. I'm under contract for another year and certainly do not feel inclined to commit any longer than that.
