Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

@bt_uk £6 odd increase when you're already way out compared to competition is a joke. I'll be cancelling my contract as soon as I am able. You're welcome to email me with regards to this complaint.

@bt_uk Well eventually I got to speak to BT and the first person could not help as he couldn’t see the deal I could see on the BT website, so transferred to another BT person called Dan who was an absolute star and if I was BT I would making sure he stays for life!

@WeAreOpenreach Day 42 of total loss of broadband service due to an openreach MSO at the SSKMD exchange. 5 missed resolution dates. £41.38 spent in services not rendered. £336.00 owed in compensation by @bt_uk

@bt_uk Never had such a bad experience dealing with a company, now 3 weeks later with no clear resolution to a recently widowed 83 year old man with no phone access. The bereavement team cancelled his number (after taking his money) and now been with out a phone for 3 weeks. Shambles

As soon as I renew my contract with BT for my broadband they hit me with nearly a stealth 20% increase! BEWARE when renewing! @bt_uk can I cancel my contract as it’s been under 14 days?
