@bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

  • Meelar69 Andrew Millar (@Meelar69) reported from Glastry, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk are there problems with BT email? I can't seem to get logged in.

  • StokieNI Rick (@StokieNI) reported from Newcastle, Northern Ireland

Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk Hi, I signed up for a broadband & phone contract with you but it's only showing broadband in the My Products section on the app. Also saying there's a problem with the incoming calls on my Digital Voice any updates on that?

  • JacobGough20 Jacob Gough (@JacobGough20) reported

@bt_uk I did open a complaint but they seem to have closed that and passed me back to sales to start all over again

  • pjcs Peter John Cowling (@pjcs) reported

@Dominiclangan @BTCare Hi Dom. Sad to hear you're still experiencing poor customer service from BT. We're BT customers and have good service throughout. Glad that you treat your customers with more respect than your experience with BT. Hope you get somewhere with them soon, or alternative supplier.

  • C00KY Tony Cook (@C00KY) reported

@bt_uk Why am I able to get FTTP from EE (owned by BT) but can’t get it from BT? Should I cancel BT and go to EE?

  • devils_refugee Charlie C (@devils_refugee) reported

@bt_uk had enough of bt tv can’t wait for my contract to end Why do I keep getting a pop I have to cancel just to tell me my tv signal is low?!! Its fine!!!!

  • CamilaCSCaiado Camila Caiado (@CamilaCSCaiado) reported

Day 5 without broadband: turns out the problem wasn't with OpenReach but BT wholesale. They don't seem to be able to click a button to authorize broadband activation! I get to receive a review call on April's Fool (the irony) but no assurance that it'll be fixed! Thanks @bt_uk!

  • wes_mathew Wesley Mathew (@wes_mathew) reported

@bt_uk Hi there, I really don’t have the time to wait on hold for hours on end. Surely there is some other way I can indicate to your team that I’d like to cancel my subscription?

  • phillipcarter63 Phil (@phillipcarter63) reported

@bt_uk @merseymale Your Smart Hub 2 routers with complete Wifi are totally unreliable for home working. Replaced with mesh Wifi and you have no solution for this.

  • JSD7_ Jack (@JSD7_) reported

@bt_uk No help at all, just tells me that my connection is running at 1mbps rather then the 20+ I’m used to be getting

  • 2WB10 2WB (@2WB10) reported

@bt_uk It’s not just my opinion no, it’s been the opinion of ofcom on many occasions. And no, I’m dealing with your ELC office but they’re just as useless. I’m quite tempted to screenshot and show some of the replies I’ve had from them. They’re comically bad.
