Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

To then be told by the third party company that you never submitted my reward card claim. Pathetic to say the least. Not even sorted yet.

We have switched the service off but they still want to charge us for a service not in use for months. I do not use bt business broadband
