  Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

  @bt_uk - worst possible onboard in experience. Broadband still not activated and the min hub delivered is not activated. Even after multiple follow-ups no ETA is being provided.

  @bt_uk Hello, re: the above an engineer this morning has identified a broken cable in the building, he will raise a request for someone else fix the cable but may take some time. Wondering if possible for bt to arrange delivery of something like a temporary 4g / mini hub in interim?

  Hi @bt_uk how can I get help with regards to a 10 week ongoing internet issue which has now resulted in us having no internet. 10 failed orders, over 30 phone calls and the latest resulting in a manager not responding to our phone calls? Thank you

  @bt_uk Tried to get my line checked as I'm having problems with my Infinity 2 unlimited broadband. Every thing keeps dropping off, including my CCTV Cameras. The operator said don't hang up the phone, then said they couldn't check the line because it was busy. What's that about ?
