Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk Do your engineers ever bother to turn up? X2 missed open reach engineers have let us down in November and Dec. No telephone call or text to tell us you will not be attending, awful customer service! So you just expect your customers to sit in all day? Sort your service out

@thespursweb @btsport As you look ahead to expiring contracts, I think he'd be an interesting one to see if we could court back here at all? I know he's getting on in age but hasn't lost his pace yet and has the experience Conte is looking for. As Sanchez's contract winds down, could replace there

@bt_uk Broadband issue solved today ! Excellent service all round from all the customer service team. New Hub fitted ( my old one was faulty and not a BT Hub) and working so I have to give credit where it’s due! Thank you muchly !!

Bloody hell, first it was @Dominos_UK that left me hanging all evening with no delivery and today it’s @WaterRower & @bt_uk that we’re no shows. I must be invisible lol one thing in common no phone calls just to tell me they were having issues, all it takes 👍🏼

@BTCare @bt_uk Interested how on the fault ticket. No broadband connectivity = slow broadband But that aside not being able to fix it for 5 days seems like a excessive amount of time for an internal network problem
