    Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

    @bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

    @bt_uk Not bloody likely they use COVID as an excuse to not fix there faults we’re paying loads of money for service that keeps breaking down and is not fit for purpose so take advice stay away from this inept crowd

    @bt_uk we also can’t use BT’s wifi hotspot network because it requires a BT ID to use which we can’t set up because we have yet to receive an account number which we’ve read can only be found on statements in the post

    @bt_uk It has been , sadly , the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company , second only to a few years ago when. BT accidentally overcharged me via direct debit by £1200 and took 18 months to return it .

    @bt_uk hi, is there an issue accessing subscription internet channels on BT TV. I have VIP package on 2 MyView boxes, both are showing status as connected to internet, however I cannot access any subscription channels (I.e. Now TV, BT Sports) on either box. Help?

    @bt_uk 1hr later still on 500 ping, I’ll be cancelling my contract Monday never again will I use this ******* awful company absolute shambles
