    Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

    @bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

    @bt_uk Honestly it’s a joke for a communication company bt are the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with . I get fobbed off every time I ring now 12months is just a joke.

    @bt_uk This is bollocks.. I am an elderly, disabled customer of BT. I use my own equipment, and said so before joining, meaning I can not use digital voice. BT have cut my landline off, and refuse to reinstate it. They do not care, and are sending a deadlock letter for the Ombudsman

    @O2 Your network in Manchester city centre is SO bad even your network checker app won’t work. I had to connect to @bt_uk WiFi to use the O2 network checker app, which is the only advice you’ve given. I want to cancel my contract for failure to provide the service I pay for.
