    Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

    @bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

    Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

    @MarcAllera @Rylan @bt_uk Ha haaaa! Connect????😣😞🤔 BT moved me to to EE it’s crap😖 I would like to be moved back to BT ASAP. No connection. Took over a week for my old number to transfer. Phone freezing and acting oddly. I’m NOT happy. I had no problems when n BT for many years.
