@bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

@bt_uk Ordered a broadband package on Thursday, never recieved a confirmation. Last night was texted by the order management team saying they'd cancelled it due to an error. I called this morning to check the status, and was told I needed to re-order, which I did over the phone.

@bt_uk can you explain why your billing it’s ridiculously poor?! Trying to pay a bill online, it’s not showing up, it’s constantly asking to log in when we’re logged in and the app constantly saying error. My husband now going to lose his lunch break speaking to you!

@bt_uk Why private message. People deserve to know what an awful company BT are. 1.5 on trustpilot last time I looked. Truly awful

@bt_uk After 3 months of total crap service I finally speak to a human. Give Masood a pay rise. Not only dealing with my problem but also being the most apologetic customer service call handler I have ever had to deal with.

@bt_uk shocking. You get told you have 14 days on your products to change your mind then when you try and cancel something you get told you want £380 to do so! Robin Hood springs to mind

@bt_uk Hi, it’s just me, so I either take another day off or it doesn’t happen. If I can’t get the day off, it’ll be yet more delays and then who’s to say it won’t get cancelled again? I’m just sick and tired of being messed around, the service here is already dire.

@ElmslieEnder @btsport @eddiemacbawa Now that would be good Mark! Enjoyed the show but can’t believe it jumped from Bolton to Sunderland with no explanation of how we went from almost dropping down to the third division to the top end of the first division?

@bt_uk how is it ok for you to book an appt on 11/3 for 29/3, so I book a day off, then you confirm again this morning only to text this eve to say it’s been changed without any discussion? Literally a law unto yourselves, zero ‘customer service’ it seems?!
