@bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

@bt_uk The service with EE but we’ve been told that it’s a BT phone line therefore they’re the ones that will be fixing it as it’s an external fault. We’ve been told nearly every day since 24/11/22 that an engineer would be out but they keep postponing to the next day.

@bt_uk absolute disgrace. About to move to you on 10/12 for a full fibre line for business but you’ve told plusnet to cease service 6/12. So no service for 5 days and I’m a business customer. 2 hours wasted and manager will call in 48 hours - how as won’t have a service?

@bt_uk worst service I’ve experienced with a company. I’ve spent over a month being passed between departments and promised multiple callbacks from managers. Over 6 hours of calls explaining the same thing over and over again and still no closer to resolving the issue. #useless

@OpenreachHelp Right, but @bt_uk have lied to us about fix dates for three weeks - they’ve also lied continuously about your engineers being on location to fix the issue. So surely you’re able to see when your engineers are scheduled to be on site to finally sort this out?
