Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk To even seriously suggest my Wifi wasn’t logged in with the correct password is utterly insulting and shows a complete lack of understanding of my issue. As if my Wifi logged out and changed passwords during the game, FFS. Just give me a refund please.

@bt_uk can you tell me why all your PS5’s have sold out this evening despite them not supposed to be released until tomorrow? I’ve been a BT customer for years and am seeing reports that lots of non-customers have purchased them. I’m very disappointed!

@bt_uk I applied for Fibre Broadband. Was told the application was pending and someone would be in touch.I’ve tried several times to call customer service.The £29.99 fee has been refunded. I assume it was unsuccessful and will not be connected by date supplied upon application?
