    Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

    @bt_uk Please read complaints: C10001233999-1 and C10002182447. Aswell, the apparent complaints officer, had not investigated the complaint. Just wanted it closed. Then to top of off, when I ask to cancel the service - I get an email to say they are sorry for my loss! Nobody died !!!!

    @bt_uk what exactly does 'Unable to validate the information provided,' mean? If you can't provide an explanation along with the message, it's not much use. I see this is a general issue. & why do you employ people whose English is so poor they can't understand or be understood?

    Terrible experience again from BT Business. Without Landline now for 5 days and counting. Can’t receive calls from customers or make calls. Why is it so difficult? @btbusinesscare @BTBusiness

    @bt_uk so after 21 days of "service" I've had justv6 days of tv working without Internet dropping. That's really, really poor. If you don't cover Hurst Green then don't sell your service here

    @bt_uk I've tried calling and it doesn't connected and hangs up after a second. I am using a USA e SIM right now, could that be the price problem?

    @bt_uk 10am this morning Internet down apparently a fault on my line earliest engineer appt Monday? 4pm this afternoon the Internet is still down, according to your line checks.....No Fault on my line. Internet however still not working. Make up your mind... Fault/No Fault?

    @bt_uk thanks for the great service. Almost two months on, still no fibre connection and now you have cancelled my contract right in the middle of our daughter's GCSE exams revision. Well done everybody. Come on #BT get cracking
