Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk @btsport What an awful company . My widowed 74 year old mother has been left with no phone until the middle of January. Great Xmas she will have . Which other industry would allow a company to hold an old lady to a contract while not being able to provide any services. Cheers bt .

I've had a lot of ISPs but I've never had one drop as many times as @bt_uk I've never had a day when the internet hasn't gone out multiple times it's absolutely ridiculous.
