They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

Josh (@Jsm0445) reported@bt_uk i had my bt email account hacked after putting my login details into a spurious email. I regained access to my email by changing the password but I don’t seem to receive emails and emails that say they have been sent don’t get received. How can I rectify this?

Openreach damaged my property, this happened over a month ago and BT palmed me off to Openreach who palmed me off to Keoghs. None of them take responsibilty I am an OAP with Heart failure please help.

Andy Packer (@Devondeac) reported@btbusinesscare I've been 'reaching out' to BT Business since 28th November (that's OVER FOUR Weeks) and I Still have no Internet. Customer Care has been non existent. I've been passed from dept to dept. Promises to call me back never happen. Star grading 2 out of 10 (and I'm feeling generous)
