Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@LeicesterTigers We desperately want to watch it in TV in the meantime, but @btsport only show it in crap vision on the red button - as they think German football is more important to paying customers. Disgraceful, the teams need to complain.

@bt_uk No, I'm not a customer. I had an email from my bank. I spoke to someone earlier and he said the account has been marked as fraudulent, so cancelled the DD. I hope they get to the bottom of it though, I don't like the idea that this person is using my bank details!

Not long left of my @bt_uk broadband contract to go. Shame their third party company cheated me out of £120 reward card so leaving a sour taste. Like the service but dont like been treated like dirt.
