Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk Hi BT. Can you let me know how to speak to a human on online chat please regarding our broadband service? One of the security questions is asking for a landline number but we do not have one. Not having any luck over the phone either. Very frustrating.

@bt_uk 2 engineer visits booked, 2 no shows without explanation or apology until I call to find out. Today's farce, bt service checker-no faults but still orange light on hub and no internet. All anyone can say is "it's due to be fixed by 18.11 on 20th"....no update, no broadbsnd

@bt_uk Again my bband is dropping in and out and speed is so slow. I wfh 2 mornings a week. My landline is crackling it is only used my my elderly parents to contact me, dad is needy atm as mum in hospital, he rings I can barely hear him. Gets resolved & reoccurs approx evry 8 weeks.

@openreach & @bt_uk customer service is having me on. Trying to run an online business for two weeks without internet is impossible. Our leased business line is laying in a farmers field with a snapped in half pole. Can’t even get an update on when it will be fixed 🫠🫠🫠
