Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk Don’t worry Mark, I’ve gone through all avenues to gain the help I need, you’ve sold me a fibre package that emits 80% less MBPS across our house than what the package is. Engineer visit found there was an issue but now you want me to upgrade my package because you can’t fix it.

@Old__Crusty @BTGroup @bt_uk BT retail/business sell you a service, within their parts of BT group they have people that deal with faults. If they think the issue is network related rather than within their home or exchange equipment, they request that Openreach investigate (from exchange to your home).

@bt_uk BT has done nothing but take my money and repeatedly fail to provide a service. How is this anything other than a scam? Why should I believe any of your engineers will ever show up when they’ve no-showed twice? And why can no one tell me anything about why?

@bt_uk Thank you Elaine. I am so peeved that I have waited 253 days and it took the OpenReach engineer no more than 1 and a half hours. I have got myself so stressed & mentally unwell over this situation!! And feel BT executive complaints team have not listened/heard my complaint

@bt_uk hybrid connect not working. Done several testings but doesn’t work. TMC promised a callback but didn’t and they are unreachable. Customer centre not helping. Don’t understand why I’m switching to BT
