Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk I have been waiting since Sunday for someone to come out and fix my aerial, 1st person put it through wrong. I have been phoning every day and still no from the company has sorted it. I am already looking else were when my contact is up.

@bt_uk broadband price is being raised from £42 to £48. Extortionate! It’s just me and my partner in a one bedroom flat, we don’t even use a landline. Stuck in a contract and no help from customer service. Will not be renewing in the future

@btbusinesscare Is there someone technical that could look at our account beyond a basic lookup? We've spent 3 hours on the phone to you today and all BT staff say our account isn't with you, but every other provider says it is. We need someone beyond "computer says no". Help!

@bt_uk Move away from BT as they do not know what you are doing, rang them Sunday they messed up. Got to wait till Monday, do not use BT or leave them very poor company. If I had the money to pay them off I would be gone.

@FairlyCatTTV @TalkTalk & sky are the two I’ve had the worst experiences with. So far @bt_uk haven’t let me down yet and will refund you if there is any interruption to your service. They are a tad pricy tho.
