    @bt_uk Hi, still huge problems with BTID and BT email. This has been going on for weeks. Endless phone calls, nothing ever gets fixed. What is going on? Who do I speak to to get this fixed?

    @bt_uk So I have filed a complaint its number is N150511-151190. And guess what you are now threatening to disconnect us when in fact we dont have a service with you and haven't since March. So what are you going to disconnect! You are a JOKE

    @bt_uk That number was unhelpful and still required a login, so wouldn't let me proceed. I just need to find out if there is an already reported error in my area or if it needs to be reported. That should be public information.

    @bt_uk why do you not effectively deal with complaints? I made a complaint on 10th May, on 11th May it was closed with no resolution. On the same day it was reopened and escalated to a manager. I have heard NOTHING!! Can someone please call me with a resolution??

    @bt_uk I see other people are having problems logging into BT email. The status is "We’ll be right back. Sorry, but we’re doing some maintenance on the site at the moment. It should be back...in a short while." How can you be doing "maintenance" in the middle of a working day?

    @bt_uk I cannot use the service checker, as I said I can barely get any 4 or 5g and am using what little I have to tweet. I have messaged the helpline but is this just going straight through to AI and how long until I get replies?

    Dad's just retired from @bt_uk due to ill health 38 years service. Not a single thank you, good luck or all the best Nothing at all Zero communication regarding help or advice getting his pension sorted and organised Just a random DPD driver turned up for his laptop Shambles
