Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk Probably the worst customer service to date, tried calling to discuss enforced changeover, no agents, called to cancel service. No agents, billing closed, customer service closed, account closed shocking level of "service"
