@bt_uk I don't need help with a workaround, I've switched to using Google's DNS, as described in the first tweet. You may want to raise an internal ticket though because whoever runs your DNS servers has a problem to fix.

@Ofcom @bt_uk closed my complaint without actually getting in touch? Still haven't fixed the problem with my landline after 3 weeks. No engineer available until 20/9. £60+ for what equates to dial up internet and no calls.

@btsport once again the audio on your app is out of sync. Tried to reload many times with no luck. This happens way to often. At this point something needs sorting or let me cancel.

@bt_uk My first tweet shows the Google DNS servers resolving it and the two BT DNS servers I'm presented with not resolving it, it's been like this for at least two weeks. So it's a problem with BT's DNS Servers. I don't mind if you fix it, but it is a problem at your end.

@bt_uk @dexter1dog warning if you are going to sign up to btbroadband - they will sign you up for 2 years - and when you need to cancel for life reasons, like leaving the country or moving to somewhere - they pretty much charge you the remainder of the contract! in my case £650!
