    Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

    @bt_uk I’ve been waiting for 8 weeks now for you to connect my internet service. second failed appointment by openreach working on your behalf. @MartinSLewis I would love to talk about the absolute poor customer service and the loss of income not working as waiting at home for bt

    @bt_uk Strange business model....giving service away free to newcomers. Whilst long term customers are leaving en-mass due to sky high bills subsidising the former..👋👋

    @bt_uk I will NEVER use BT again. I move home. I return my equipment to you and have an email thanking me for doing so. Now you are billing me £89 for non return of said equipment. I have another account with you. When that finishes, so are we.

    @bt_uk I have a BT hub 6 that's no longer required. Please Could you advise me where I can recycle this. Also I'm £30 in credit with yourselves but no longer a customer How can I claim this back.

    @bt_uk I spoke to really lovely call centre operative gor over an hour thus morning. Maria has worked fir you since she was 16 us now 60. Matia was patient and dud everything she could to help. As you are aware @VodafoneUK incompetence and poor infrastructure means my no of 25ys
