  Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

  @bt_uk Hi, still huge problems with BTID and BT email. This has been going on for weeks. Endless phone calls, nothing ever gets fixed. What is going on? Who do I speak to to get this fixed?

  @omotforest @bt_uk @openreach Fully accept your point. However, you are missing out. 1 gigabit+ speeds really are worth it. 2.5 gigabit is next. You will never get that over copper or satellite. Copper is being phased out.

  @bt_uk I have been passed around for 2 hours between different teams to get a new hub. I get a different answer every time. I have a message from the first one saying a new hub will be sent he just needs to put me through to the tech team. Please can someone HELP
