Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk I cannot put into words how disgraceful the service has been from BT. Back and forth for 2 days and still no resolution, just the same reply over and over again. I'm beyond upset and stressed.

After we initiated contact with @bt_uk we discovered the complaint had been closed ? Despite being a priority client since January& highlighting this again on Twitter they have only just flagged them on the system. Been told to wait for an update on Monday!Still no safety plan 😢

@bt_uk Are all your overseas online customer contact staff unhelpful & rude. The 3 I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with today certainly were. They even tried to say that the BT engineer and engineer from TSG were wrong in the diagnosis of the problems I am having with my TV.

In the new award for worst customer services, I telephoned @bt_uk, agreed a new 24 months contract. When the email came through the agreed price was for 3 months only. I ring back to cancel and apparently have to wait for the contract to actually start before they will cancel it.

@bt_uk Why is BT customer service so dreadful?? I was hopeful it would improve when they re-shored to UK. Does BT have too many customers and are subtly trying to reduce numbers? They’ve certainly succeeded in this with the next generation. My teenage children LOATHE BT!

@bt_uk Hi there yes please! However the problem is . Finally we have got our @bt_uk hotspot, it worked fine on the internet and our two phones were connected. Then after about 45 mins it just stopped working and won’t connect to the server. I’ve reset it, and done everything!? Help?

@bt_uk hi, I'm very disappointed that my broadband price has gone up to £31+ per month, I didn't sign up for that price, is there any way I can cancel my contract, as it's not feasible for me in the long run? Thanks.
