  Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

  So while everyone is complaining they can't watch Netflix etc... my elderly mum and others in the street are without phones as they don't use mobiles. This is why no-one should depend on the Internet and the fancy technology. Landlines never fail @virginmedia @BTCare

Since 22 April. 9 orders pending! 9 orders cancelled! 3 emails & letters telling us we have stopped our service! 4 hours waiting for complaints to call us! Emails ignored. After reading your issues I think the communication ombudsman is next!

  @btbusinesscare @bt_uk @BTBusiness We called yesterday to tell you our business is closing on 25th June yet you pulled the plug immediately, leaving us without internet and a working till today. Sheer incompetence on your part, complaint initiated, ombudsman next. Don’t use BT!

  @bt_uk we've had no WiFi for nearly two weeks now! Cancelled last minute sending out an engineer last Wednesday. Then the engineer comes out yesterday, says the issue was diagnosed wrong and we need to wait 24-36 hours for Openreach... LIES! Now they say Saturday @BTCare

  @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare If I'm not next to the router, no internet access at all. If I'm less than 1M, it's gone. Why are you providing rather ****** mobile data for a business account? I'd wish up a cute for cancer faster than you'd give customer service

  @bt_uk @BTCare @EE wow I've never dealt with such awful companies. It's been a total farce. All recorded for shock value how bad the journey has been. Def worthy of a CG bt creator comforts. Am un funny joke. I'm lost for words. :( so so bad. Nightmare.
