@bt_uk our internet has been cutting out multiple times a day for the last week (four times so far this morning) and can sometimes take 10 minutes or more to re-connect. I work from home and I need more reliable service than this. Can you please advise?

@bt_uk Phones (and an engineer visit) have been ordered today but that does not replicate what she currently has and is used to using. Also leaves her without a usable landline for at least 3 days. The best solution for her is to reverse the change.

@bt_uk Yes, fault reported. But BT never meets the promised fix date based on my experience in last 3 months. Do you want the fault number?

@bt_uk The structure of the house is a natural blocker to WiFi The router (and inbound line) are at in a porch at the opposite end of the house to where it needs to be. There was no notification (that I can find) for the service being activated. I had already requested an order stop.
