    Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

    @bt_uk Any updates on the broadband outage in Charvil, Berkshire? We logged a claim on Monday last week, it shows fixed but we still don’t have any broadband. Most concerning given online schooling tomorrow and working from home for us all in this area!

    @ProfEdSweeney @bt_uk We had 9 BT visits to fix our dropping broadband. Most were due to notes from previous visits being routinely ignored e.g. eqmt needed. In the end, I complained to CEO Gavin Patterson. He wrote back saying Openreach was at arms length so couldn’t help, but next day, it was fixed
