Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

Told by @BT_UK my landline was moving to digital voice. At no point was it clear that my existing phone wouldn't work in the Hub2 without an adaptor. Very poor migration information. Now left without a landline for days

@bt_uk your service is beyond appalling. I am shocked at the number of errors that have been made and the untruths I have been told by your advisors. 7 days (so far) without an internet connection and I work from home. I have never experienced such poor service from a company.

@bt_uk This was a move connection to new property over a week ago and now the 4th engineer has failed to turn up. Now I have to phone BT to be met with poor customer service and no results

@bt_uk why is it going to take you 3 days to fix something that you caused in the first place!! Not acceptable 3 days with no internet or landline. Your engineers caused the problem when they came to the telephone pole. Would’ve be prudent for them to check all ok before leaving

@bt_uk shocking customer service. Switched from another provider last week and now been without internet for a week with lots of false information and failed promises! How can we work from home with no internet with no option to return to an office!

@bt_uk I go to log into "MYBT" to view my telephone and broadband settings. and it sends me to my email account. i manually click bt and try again and it keeps forwarding me back to my email. is there a problem ?
