    Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

    @bt_uk @BTGroup @OpenreachHelp what the hell is going on , we have fibre to the door, you send people out to install copper. Still no broadband, no one can help always 24 hours to close a job and 72 hours to switch us on. This is utter BS. I’m sure if you wanted you could get us

    Just found out that last week, the @EE shop in Wembley conned my 79-year-old dad into buying broadband he didn’t want. He went in to talk to someone about his phone not working as he saw the @bt_uk sign. Luckily my brother & his partner sorted it. Disgusting behaviour from EE!

    @bt_uk Had my internet back for 2 months since it was out for 10 days straight and my whole internet has just cut out completely again. Extremely disappointed.

    @bt_uk If thats the earliest it can be fixed, that is such poor service. Furthermore, during a cost of living crisis, I will be losing days of pay. How will we be compensated for such?
