Absolutely fuming. Intermittent WiFi for over 3 weeks, 2day no service for over 2 hours, to be told by @virginmedia it could take another 3 weeks to fix. No offer of compensation. Now moving to @bt_uk

@bt_uk hey, my mum and dad have two of you BT HD voice phones. They stopped working yesterday but things were fixed this morning - however, they’ve lost all their contacts. Is there anyway to get them back? Will this happen every time they go down?

@bt_uk But why are people still getting scam calls from India, where they knew, in the latest instance, that the customer had upgraded to Fibre Broadband, their DOB, bill amount... when the customer called BT to complain the call was answered in India.

@bt_uk Are all your technical support people on Broadband or Fibre always so rude and condescending to customers who have issues with games not working properly. And are they trained to talk back and talk down to a customer? Please explain how that works!

@bt_uk Having a nightmare with service from BT. No landline or broadband for nearly 5 wks. Case keeps being closed, despite acknowledgment of a fault. Ringing call centre 3/4 a wk. Engineers have missed 5 appts now. Poor communication. Not sure how to get this resolved now.

@bt_uk So what your saying I will have to cancel my order so you will then be able to arrange to move my master socket.
