    Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

    @TylerSheekz1 @bt_uk It’s terrible for me at the moment I’ll be playing warzone and then all of a sudden it’s 300+ ping but only for a couple of seconds and I’ll maybe get 10 of these spikes over the space of a 2 minutes or so. You using those disks? I’ve got my PS5 wired through Ethernet into it

    @123_shibby @btsport My account is locked, Support is not doing anything over 30+ days since first reported.All access denied I couldn’t access it, I was so confused not until someone referred me to Multitask_support on Instagram who help me to reactivate it so of course they can help

    Total in competence by @bt_uk no broadband since our move on 18th and despite raising a complaint and promise of phone calls nothing has happened, rang today and was told by agent that manager would not speak to customers. Totally unimpressed
