Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk why is complaining about the broadband dropping out never easy - yes I’ve gone through troubleshoot- yes I’ve reset my hub, at least 3 times oh it’s ok.... NO it isn’t dropped out 4 times in 3 hours AWFUL!!!
