Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk hi there, I had already paid my bill for this month on my debit card, yet a direct debit has also come out meaning I have paid twice and it will leave me really short for the month. Any chance of refunding the over payment as it’s a duplicate??? Hope you can help.

@bt_uk Moreover, even if she did withhold her number and we had unticked that box surely that would simply mean that we didn't receive calls form withheld numbers? The problem is that her number (and no other numbers) keeps getting added to our blacklist.

@bt_uk Got to be honest, that isn’t a great deal of comfort. Being without service for a week is massively inconvenient. I’m an existing customer moving to a property with an existing line. It is ridiculous it takes that long.

@bt_uk @ChrisMaslanka I have made multiple reports to the support team about my account being banned and nothing came out of it till i got to know about Unitask_assist on Instagram through a friend. I decided to give it a try and everything came out positive, I’m sure he’ll be of help to you

@bt_uk so, I'm still waiting for BT to call me ref my fault & complaint. This was made on the 14th with further notes on the 17th,18th and now today, all without reply.Don't know what everyone else makes of this but I'd think very carefully before going with BT over Sky or Virgin

Ok @bt_uk We've been together for over a year, had connection drop outs at least 5 times a week. Had BT/ Open reach engineers... Found nothing wrong. Tonight the internet has gone out 6 times in the space of 3 hours. Why are we paying for this dogshit service?

@DannyJohnJules @F1 Didn’t hear the commentating on Btsport myself but given Max’s engine penalty finish second was huge damage limitations for him and the team so maybe the commentator meant 2Nd place yesterday was as good as a win any other day given the circumstances.
