Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

Sorry all, internet died like usual. 😔 @bt_uk how many more engineers will it take for me to have a stable connection? I haven't gone a single day in the year I've been with you without my internet dying. 6 engineers in 8 weeks and my internet is still up and down like a yoyo.

£70 for full fiber internet from @bt_uk and the speed for the last month has been below 30mbs. To think you want to keep me a customer, awful way to go about it. Don't bother responding with stupid excuses. #avoid

@bt_uk They switched the residential off nine days ago, the worst of it is the equipment fibre is all installed but I am still waiting until the 8 Dec for activation
