Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

Hello @bt_uk I have been without internet and landline use since Friday 11 February. This has been reported and being treated as an MSO. However despite speaking with various operatives and informing them of such, no one else on the area is experiencing problems.

@bt_uk I am so fed up in the past month I have had 4 engineers out to "fix" my broadband and suppose surprise, it's down AGAIN what am I actually paying for?

Hey @bt_uk I have no idea who to contact. But be sure what’s happening with my internet installation now ?! I have no signal etc because of @ee and now I have no idea what you are doing. It’s meant to be live tomorrow. Not happy one bit as I’ve been left not know what’s going on!

50 days since @bt_uk internet stopped working. 2500% of the 2 working day fix time, as a result I'm owed £403.20 in compensation. Now up to 6 resolution dates missed. @WeAreOpenreach SSKMD MSO ongoing for 104 days. #stilloffline

@bt_uk But a £11 monthly price hike is more than a 10% increase! I’ve been very loyal to BT for 10+ years but after a series of appalling customer service blunders this is very definitely the last straw.

@bt_uk really disappointing that the broadband I was told would be installed on 20 Feb won't be until 21 Mar... and that I had to find out by calling myself when no engineer showed. I have made a complaint, but customer service has been surprisingly poor on all levels.
