Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

1/3 @e_emobile disgusting companies. I signed up through @bt_uk. Immediately cancel the contract the next day when realised I would have a second bill. Spke to both BT & EE and confirmed cancellation. Today received a Bill. EE refusing to cancel bill

@bt_uk @JBKid7 Despite doing all of this and speaking to someone I have now been charged again for a service which was cancelled on 4th April. Can someone please sort this out as I've now paid for 3 months!

**** off @bt_uk. My first paid work in 2½ months, purely through video conferencing for the whole day, & 30 mins before it starts, my router keeps rebooting. Don't bother messaging me back. I've got to find another, more reliable way of doing my work. Your broadband is ****.

@bt_uk my smart hub 2 WiFi has been flashing purple since Friday, I’ve got no internet access at all. All cables are connected and tried resetting it all, please help!
