Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk As new customers your openreach engineer has made a mess of our installation to the front of our home & damage on 30th April 2021 trying to get BT to get the engineer back to put things right is a complete nightmare & is now making me feel very ill!

@bt_uk hey. Having issues with FTTH at the moment, are there known issues in Newcastle? Getting less than 100Mbps, when it’s usually consistently 960Mbps.

@bt_uk ok well i've done that but as i said already reported via phone which went off to do a line test and logged a fault against landline with problem of no send/receive calls BUT my landline is working just fine...anyway rolled the dice, see what it does this time

@bt_uk James, looks like the router got its connection back about 5 mins ago. Curious as to any root cause on my line or was this part of work on the network?

@bt_uk haha replied with "START" as instructed and immediately got txt back "I'm afraid we're closed...bla bla bla"...for a communications company its pretty poor service, had fault line go off on one, website giving me 404s and the usual run around, and of course no human on phone :(

@bt_uk 3rd visit by engineer - no contact or information - still getting outages, so are neighbours. Mini hub does not work. BT unreliable since October. Threatening my business. Please communicate with your customers. Please resolve the service we pay for.
