@anetevt @bt_uk I need to get something straight. I have spent the whole of my life in my career helping people and I can't get out of the habit. I don't mention these issues only on a personal level.

@bt_uk Dee. Thanks for swift reply. They won’t call back as they never do. And no one will follow up. So, let me have the name of the most senior complaints manager in the organisation and let me have their direct contact details and ask them to call before 10am

@Cilvrnum @bt_uk You can insist on a bank transfer they will then cancel the cheque. Can take a while but it is doable

@bt_uk @MarcusRashford At least they are trying to make a difference. Doing nothing and ignoring the issue hasn’t worked, indeed it appears to be getting worse so we should all support these initiatives

@bt_uk Sorry guys the way to tackle the problem is stop giving it air time #stopfuellingthefire. Sticks and stones may break my bones but names will never hurt me is what I was taught in school it didn't do me bad over the years.
