Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk Hi, an engineer visited on Wednesday and fixed what problems we were having with our broadband, we've just received a text saying an engineer is coming on Monday but we didn't book this appointment ourselves. Any clue what might have happened?

@bt_uk Does the bt hub 2 support speeds for your full fibre 900 package?

@bt_uk So you personally believe that over the 10 years I have used BT the answer would be to expect speeds to slow down over time due to the amount of new accounts..... 25meg to stream games....... Had no issues but pretty sure that could change if I agree to those terms.

@bt_uk No. I went to the pub. The internet service here just sucks. Super fast broadband! Drops multiple times every day. I’ve given up trying to get you to fix it. Openreach are at the cabinet virtually every day. It’s rubbish

@bt_uk changed from EE to BT yesterday and no internet ever since. Was told something wasn’t “switching” and it is a national problem and then nothing. I have tried ‘fix’ but it says I don’t have an account. Already regretting this

@bt_uk Hey, so a week ago I went on vacation, average ping on most applications was always roughly 15-20ms. Come back to 50+ ping, packet loss and DNS errors and tried different DNS servers, factory reboot, restarts etc. Running out of fixes, any help would be appreciated.
