Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk I’ve been told by an open reach engineer that he has done all he can and I need a bit engineer! This is like pulling teeth with your staff trying to get a bit engineer to my house! Plus Wi-Fi in 1 room in house, I’ve waited in 4 times for a hometech engineer who NEVER shows.

After over 10 years, I just cancelled my contract with @bt_uk and even if they make me pay for the cancellation, I feel relieved. The most unapologetically incompetent service. Good bye.

@bt_uk But your guy couldn't even book me an engineer! And no-one has explained to me what has caused the fault when it was working fine until 10 mins after I renewed. You've clearly basically turned my service off until my new contract starts, which is ridiculous.

@bt_uk I rang to cancel 3 weeks ago. The service stops friday with Sky taking over. They need the line reinstating to take over but your company (3 advisors & managers I spoke to) 0 have refused which is against Ofcom rules according to Sky. I need the line reinstated urgently please.
