Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@c_pitchford @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp They might as well have gaffa taped that turf down. Go ee if you can change I've never had a problem with them. Plus if you ring up and cry when it's about to go live you sometimes get a discount

@bt_uk @duncancbaker Internet is terrible in Cromer. Apparently its because we are 1km away from the exchange. Neighbours have issues too. Why can't something be done about this? Top speed could be 12mbps. Bodham reaches 50! 2 kids at home remote learning. #northnorfolk #internet

@bt_uk Just spoke to them, gotta wait for an engineer to come tomorrow, should have been sorted with the 2 weeks before activation, then you've sent me a bill for this month, a bill for a service I'm not receiving
