    Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

    @celemaistre @bt_uk Also, speak to her care alarm company, they do SIM card models that will use the mobile network as a back up if the land line goes down.

    Missed the first 14 minutes of qualifying because my stupid @bt_uk TV box, which relies on having an internet connection for Sky Sport channels, can't connect to WiFi when every other single device in the house has no issue keeping a connection...

    @bt_uk what would you say was an acceptable time limit to receive an answer from a complaint? And if I wanted a full investigation completed, how long would that take with a full report to myself?

    @bt_uk Finally received a call, failed to fix fault and told it was the router so sent new router. This didn’t work so contacted BT again and as I said it was not the router. So an engineer has to come but first avail appt not until 15th! Not good.

    @bt_uk NOT HAPPY with bt, elderly, vulnerable, disabled parents left without phoneline after upgrading their bt two weeks ago, can't receive or make calls,bt say they will try to fix by next Wednesday but can't guarantee this!?@
