Rick (@StokieNI) reported from Newcastle, Northern IrelandWtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? Changeling64 (@64outsider) reported@bt_uk upgraded my elderly relatives (in their 90s)telephone line & now their telephone isn't ringing properly. How exactly is that 'improving' their service? Ironically their phones are BT ones. Spent a few hours talking to customer services (not a free number 2 contact) #POOR

Warren Peters (@wizza_wozza) reported@bt_uk The options you’ve suggested don’t cater for someone who has very poor mobile signal and no WiFi, your auto tech checks say it’s working fine, but it isn’t. You’ve been contacted a few times during the week, several times today and still no resolution.

Roibeard Mhuiris (@RMhuiris) reported@JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk My complaint was escalated directly to their Chief Executive who delegated it accordingly. Instead of resolving the problem, they actually compounded it.

caroline jones (@11cemetarygates) reported@WolfofX There is no back up in an emergency now. @bt_uk ripped out the copper wire so no one’s landlines work in a power cut now. Motivated by greed. Love this story.
-
Professor Bu’Ger De Fino ™️🥶 (@maskcempt) reported@maisiethetortie @NLeespeaking We (@bt_uk) have to ‘send a text’ to the 3rd party mobile phone that IS working, so we can continue this conversation about the actual BT landline not working. We’ll spend the next 15 mins sending silly codes to the only WORKING telephone !

Carl Meah (@MeahCarl) reported@WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk @EE your service is absolutely pathetic 👍
-
World of Wonder (@brazenchart) reported@bt_uk Ridiculous , 0330 123 4150 rings and then just cuts off. Switching due to being overcharged and slow network but cannot get hold of anyone.
-
Warren Peters (@wizza_wozza) reported@bt_uk Why can’t you @bt_uk send an engineer out to sort it out? Surely if you’re getting multiple requests over a period of days about a particular account at least you can do is investigate or take in interest on whether the issue has been fixed?

𝕋𝕙𝕖 𝕍𝕖𝕘𝕒𝕟 𝕋𝕚𝕞 🍀🌱 (@thevegantim) reported@bt_uk fobbed off by three people in the last hour, possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life - which matches up with the broadband install service, which has been diabolically poor. How many hoops do I need to jump through to get an answer??

Jim Spence (@JimSpenceDundee) reportedOver the last few three weeks I did what I thought was the decent thing and allowed workers from @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk and their contractors, to access my property to check two poles, which were NOT on my property, but in neighbouring properties where access was awkward, but not impossible. This below was the resulting damage from a wire attached to my house to a pole outwith my house, as they worked on it. I’m now expected to fill in a lengthy explanatory form and seek private estimates to repair it, before returning the form to their lawyers. This costs me time and effort for a problem not of my making.
