Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@TheRunningManZ @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk You honestly should just go with Virgin media should have have good speeds in your area doubt it'll be in by Monday but who knows how long it could take them to fix the issue, have BT at least give you a couple of months free considering the loss of earnings.

@PeterC314 @bt_uk It was 8 days, it was marked as fixed after a phone call with an advisor who did not help, did not offer a resolution and left me on holiday for 25 minutes. I'll be making a formal complaint about them for sure
