  Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

  @bt_uk explained shocking service and failures. Speak to someone new. Robin. She assures me many things, one being I will get a call back today. Guess what?????? Another useless member of staff. Impossible and shocking service provider. Are there any managers that are competent??
