Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk really disappointed with your service (or lack of) this week. Two engineer visits not undertaken as booked and two promised call backs which failed to materialise. Please advise how this can be resolved.
