Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk Like I said, it’s connecting to 1 of the 4 discs with no problems. That just happens to be the furthest away though and so no use. I can’t get a workable connection

@dicewright100 @bt_uk @Sonos Have you tried separating the network into 2.4ghz and 5ghz? I'm sure things like Sonos and smart lights require you to be on 2.4ghz

@hendopolis @bt_uk looks just like the pole outside our house in Brixton and when our broadband is down it's at the top of it that the engineer has to fix it.

@bt_uk Hey, I can’t reset the network due to admin rights so I’m stuck at the moment, sorry. Is it likely that the IP addresses being different on each disc is causing problems with the VPN client?

@bt_uk We still have no internet. An Open Reach van has just turned up to do some work AT OUR NEIGHBOURS HOUSE!!! (THEY MOVED IN LAST WEEK) and they do not even have a job sheet for our address. Absolutely abominable service at pretty much every point.

@btbusinesscare @bt_uk Your wait times to be answered on Cloud Enquiry line is outrageous, very poor. They just do not answer. Another reason why we are cancelling our contracts with you. Just seems you do NOT CARE anymore!!!!!! Please do not blame COVID.
