Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk we've had speeds of less than 5mbps all week in East London...had to hotspot to take meetings. Called up multiple times before and even had an engineer come to check things out. Checks 'passed'. Is it even worth calling? Pretty poor form. @virginmedia @Hyperoptic save us?!

@bt_uk Just had the rudest call from one of your broadband customer service calls, started getting annoyed with me! Have hung up and am now looking for a new broadband provider - hopefully one where their staff have manners!!

@bt_uk The worst customer care I have ever encountered, avoid at all costs, left for 10 days with no Internet, as the engineer could not be bothered to turn up on the day, BT clearly do not care about the problems they cause, and do the bare minimum they think they can get away with.

@bt_uk Hi Brian. Thanks for checking in. 2nd hub was red. Open reach didn’t show up for their appt. so the answer is no. You could help me by reconfirming my Monday appt. very upset. Almost a week without broadband. Not a good start for #BT.

@bt_uk Hi apparently I don't come under the full package that Includes me to be able to get some free discs with the package I pay for which is over £65 a month. I thought bt would of helped due to being a loyal customer for over 15 years just to help boost my Internet speeds in house
