Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk Currently, I cannot get a dial tone &, when I call myself from my mobile, I get a message saying I'm on the phone. The last time I had this problem I dialled 1471 after the problem had cleared and I was told the last caller was 343 173. That's my own number! #NotAmused!

Properly hoodwinked by @bt_uk. Contract was due for renewal end of Dec so called Tues. As a loyal longtime customer asked for “same package for the same cost”. Find out today that all sport HD channels have gone, will now cost £5pm more and no going back. Rubbish.
