Jordan Beale (@BeAl3r) reported@bt_uk @BTCare never fail to amaze with how poor your customer service is 👍 over 40 days since I claimed the reward card and still nothing. To then be told by the third party company that you never submitted my reward card claim. Pathetic to say the least. Not even sorted yet.

Euan (@euanwab) reported@asha_shar Any way to have wi-fi 5ghz as default or option? Xbox is one of the only devices that defaults to 2.4ghz with no way to get 5ghz unless you disable 2.4ghz on the broadband entirely. Some providers like @bt_uk don’t allow for that or splitting the network on their routers. Help!
