Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@btsport Didn't get a response to my question (either time I asked about it) and I have now tried it on a different browser - exactly the same problem. There are no issues with anything else on this machine, just BT Sport. The problem is at your end, so how/when will you resolve it?

@bt_uk Parents have had no phone line or internet in Chelfham, Barnstaple since storm Eunice. Next to a care home with same problem - promised it would be fixed within 2 days but still not. There is no mobile signal so can't call an ambulance if they needed.

@bt_uk not impressed with service, new account took weeks- complaint made. Now the broadband is still down and no one seems capable of supporting us. We have a home and holiday business without internet and @bt_uk have been absolutely useless

@bt_uk my broadband service has been down since Sunday, 5 days without internet! I was initially told it would get fixed by Monday morning, but as you know it’s Thursday today and still nothing. I have kids that need to do their school work/revision for their A level exams!
