Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk are you aware that when you cancel your @virginmedia contract they inform potential BT customers customers that there are lengthy delays in installation, apparently BT asked Virgin to tell their new customers this... 🤔

@bt_uk ducting done and yet we’re still waiting on someone to come and finish the job. This is appauling service when WFH is essential as akey worker! If my 4g drops during a live lesson it is not helping the kids! 😡 do I need to go to ombudsman or will you sort?

Been without broadband for 8 days now @bt_uk .. 3rd engineer scheduled for yesterday who never turned up, another engineer scheduled for Thursday (that’ll be 10 days with no service) .. You know the fault is external, you know what’s required to fix - why is it taking so long?

@btsport hi I paid £25 for a monthly pass to watch leeds last night,the service was unwatchable,I spoke to 5 people at bt this morning, to look at a refund but been told no,its an absolute joke,I will never get bt again,pathetic.

@bt_uk working from home with broadband that never stays connected for more than 5 minutes at a time . So frustrating and was never an issue with previous provider.

@bt_uk My elderly and vulnerable. parents have received FOUR nuisance calls today and it's not even lunchtime! They pay extra to NOT receive these calls. This has been going on for ages and have had no help from you when they contacted you. What are you going to do about it?
