@bt_uk Yes I’ve logged in. Ep1 works for me (and the entire women’s football community that follow me) Ep2 (and potentially the other episodes) are not working for me or any of the community. Do you want thousands of us sending our BT ids to you???

@bt_uk Connected directly to hub, even watching ITV it goes off 2 or 3 times an hour. So might not be broadband issue. I’m not complaining anymore, just get fobbed off after wasting hours on phone.

@bt_uk Just asked a friend to check and they’re not working. Shows a black box with a play button in the middle. Press the play button and nothing happens. That’s on a desktop, iPad and iPhone. How can I find the show on the app? Is there a search function on the BT app?

@bt_uk Thanks Kevin. What is help desk Twitter account? We have more than one of these Call Guardian units & they all exhibit same behaviour. After a few months the cells are cooked even if handset was never off the base. Battery recovery methods don’t work because battery fully kaput!

@bt_uk Thanks for your help. Unfortunately broadband still not working. As I don't wanna wait two weeks for an engineer, I'm hoping it fixes itself. 🤞🏻
