    Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

    @bt_uk my parents and little sister have been left without Wi-Fi all day today and told 3 working days it will be fixed. It’s half term and they can’t even watch TV. Can you not fix this any sooner ?

    @bt_uk How to raise a complaint about an issue that's left people without internet for 8 days running? It's a complaint about how poorly the complain has been dealt with and an escalation been refused by an adviser.

    @bt_uk @btshopuk I am asking you to please look into this, I watched with my own eyes as my younger brother opened that envelope that should have been so exciting only to have his heart broken, and then watch as your company pushed him down further. 5/?

    @bt_uk So I’ve just ordered BT FTTP with digital voice and got the battery back up unit with it aswell. The only problem is, is that the battery back up unit only plugs into the ONT, which doesn’t have a telephone socket, meaning it’s utterly useless as the hub can’t be powered🙄
