Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@btbusinesscare I want to view and print my bills for my tax return but every time I go into bills & payments it comes up with Oops there’s an error please try again later The nice lady on chat said she could sent them all to me for £3 a bill! Please fix this!

@bt_uk My God, BT service boils my blood. Anyone thinking of getting BT fiber, don't f**king bother. The wireless hub is not fit for purpose. We are having it taken out.

@bt_uk your automated phone lines do not allow for dealing with bereavements - simply cutting someone off because they are not the named person on the account is not helpful & very upsetting. Fortunately the man I eventually managed to get through to was lovely and able to help.

@bt_uk please help me can’t get through on the phone had no broadband from Tuesday- called Wednesday and was supposed to get mini hub and New hub as mine is faulty waited two days NO new hub. Only the mini one arrived please can someone look to this- trying to working at home!
