Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

@bt_uk They rang (Aiden) they can’t fix the fault and advise I have to have a new number !! I’ve had the same number for 11 years & all my service providers have it as well as parents. It’s ludicrous tbh …. So much updating to do and we’re bound to forget someone.

@bt_uk @DaleAitkenhead And a change in number will result in more than one member of family having to reload phone numbers-including emergency hospital information for elderly and infirm parents! Unbelievable!!! Not impressed one little bit!!!

@bt_uk Frustrating? It's been off for over a week guys. Then to get a message saying its fixed, when it's not, is poor expectation setting. Not your fault. Its the tools your company provides to its staff and how it treats them. Affects customers like this. It's really bad 😬

@btbusinesscare Ironically, that’s what I asked for several times, including speaking to a supervisor but was told he had to buy himself…. I’ll help him again to raise a complaint this time

@bt_uk Finally received a call, failed to fix fault and told it was the router so sent new router. This didn’t work so contacted BT again and as I said it was not the router. So an engineer has to come but first avail appt not until 15th! Not good.
