Wtf is @bt_uk cold call knocking on my door to ask how my internet is instead of just texting me a feedback link? They literally text me today as well about my digital phone service being activated, was eating my bloody fish and chips as well. Bastards.

New contract needed with @skytv at the weekend. I know they're gonna try and shaft me with admin fees and a non-satisfactory deal as a decades long customer. @virginmedia and @bt_uk seriously gonna be on standby this time.

@bt_uk Hi Luke! Umm, I don't know - basically our BT Wifi box is by the front door, and there's no way we can get a cable to the TV (two rooms away) We came across this solution but they're no longer available - so not sure what our options are? Thanks! Zoe

@bt_uk Investigate what further? I already have an engineer coming on Wednesday for my issue. I was just making public my issue and my findings for others to know how poorly the service and the treatment of staff is. Though, as an employee I'm sure you're no doubt aware. Join a union ✊

@bt_uk We were supposed to get super fast broadband installed on 23rd March. Our Sky BB was disconnected. We are still waiting for various cable issues to be resolved. Spoke to BT on Thursday and received condescending generic update the next day. Now left with download speeds of 3mbs.

Honestly @bt_uk, your catalogue of mistakes now means I may have a blot on my credit rating since you arbitrarily blocked my now terminated account. And of course, no obvious route to a person who can fix this. A new low!
