Emma (@em_doapsi) reportedWhoever owns the local mast… @bt_uk needs to fix it because it is now constantly cutting out. I use my mobile phone as a landline too so it’s inconvenient. I have been with two networks and same issue so it’s deffo local mast.
-
Paul stagg (@Staggly) reported@bt_uk @ralphaverbuch but they will put you hold , be rude to you and ultimately do nothing - we are paying for service that you are not providing - answer us on here
-
Steve D (@PhotogSmd) reported@bt_uk We received a text saying there IS a problem and we should have it back today, still nothing
-
Russell (@Russell0123456) reported@bt_uk Your revised website is terrible, trying to pay my bill and it doesn't load, initially locked me out, awful navigation. As a result you won't get paid for at least a week as I am out of the UK. Learn from @ScottishPower on how to handle billing.
-
Graeme Davis (@GraemeDavis) reported@bt_uk Thanks for this @bt_uk - i did manage to speak to a BT *human being* and the problem is outside my home, BUT the process has triggered BT to book a fourth appointment to connect me to fibre. I’ve had three engineers who say it is impossible - Grade 2 listed house in a conservation area; cables would need multiple way leaves, no practical cable access to my house which is permitted by Grade 2, difficulty of routing inflexible cables once inside. I’ve accepted this, fibre cannot be installed to my home. How do I cancel the engineer and not rebook the engineer appointment which has been set up? There appears to be a lock on the system where it can only be rebooked even by BT; cancellation is absolutely impossible. Should I try a letter? Any phone process doesn’t work as operatives are not authorised to cancel but can only rebook.
-
Brian McLachlan (@Brian_McLachlan) reported@bt_uk I called the number and it said service restricted as bill needed paid. It’s been paid.
-
emze (@KerZE87) reported@bt_uk I already know there’s an issue as this was discussed on a community Facebook page. But it would’ve been nice to have been told by email or text that there was an issue.

-
Beckie Metcalfe (@BeckieMetcalfe2) reported@bt_uk why do you not effectively deal with complaints? I made a complaint on 10th May, on 11th May it was closed with no resolution. On the same day it was reopened and escalated to a manager. I have heard NOTHING!! Can someone please call me with a resolution??
-
Andrhu (@ALivMusico) reportedApparently @bt_uk according to your customer service rep I can’t log in because I have an outstanding bill. Yet your text messages tell me to log in? It’s complete bull. Your customer service haven’t a clue
