@bt_uk I might add that my house doesn’t work without internet; I’m not just being a diva, it’s a real problem. No internet means no heat, limited burglar alarm (people in my neighbourhood are trying doors) etc. I’ve managed to cobble together something with a 4G giffgaff dongle

@bt_uk as a BT Broadband customer can you confirm how many devices are supported on Norton Security. I appear to be restricted to two devices, I previously thought it was 15.

@bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

@bt_uk At the moment we've got fibre broadband that we're told only reaches up to 3km from the ***. we are 4km away. Our Internet is slow, often doesn't work especially during the night. We've been told to downgrade to adsl but BT say this doesn't exist.

@btsport A couple of weeks ago they try to charge me £156 cancellation fee for cancelling sports. I get told there will be no further payments and that my services wouldn’t be in use from 9th July, THEY cancel my direct debit.

@bt_uk @dodge4067 I’ve also just been discussing this with a member of your faults department - very bizarre issue but using iPlayer crashes the mini hub after a couple of minutes’ viewing every single time.
