How on earth do you cancel @btsport online? You’d expect company’s to make it difficult to cancel but this seems an impossible task!

@bt_uk going on nearly two weeks no internet. failed appointments, being lied to etc. i defo would NEVER recommend these absolute idiots! now they switched the mini hub off, that barely works. lost my job because of them btw. defo going to watchdog and the papers

@bt_uk he was of no help. you ppl never are. will be going to the ombudsman. i want my loss of wages. how do you ppl expect me to feed so many kids without a wage? we are in the middle of a living crisis! not acceptable at all

@bt_uk It’s fine I understand there obviously is no loyalty with bt to customers or common sense used Regret advising my partner took out a bt contract and will cancel as soon as it is possible The same applies for my ee contract Have a good day

@bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

@bt_uk as a BT Broadband customer can you confirm how many devices are supported on Norton Security. I appear to be restricted to two devices, I previously thought it was 15.

@bt_uk I might add that my house doesn’t work without internet; I’m not just being a diva, it’s a real problem. No internet means no heat, limited burglar alarm (people in my neighbourhood are trying doors) etc. I’ve managed to cobble together something with a 4G giffgaff dongle

@bt_uk your customer service from multiple team members has been nothing but disgraceful from 24/06/21. Your staff promise the world but never deliver. Do they whisper sweet nothings to get rid? 10+ calls, no answers and hours wasted

@Luke_FFF @bt_uk The phone coop are the only internet provider i would recommend in the uk… from my experience. The only issues you will ever have is when They have to use on BT, for the lines, but customer service wise second to none… probably doesn’t help you know but if u can switch!

@Glasgow_LS How has this poor workmanship been allowed? I understood that the footpath should be restored to how it was before. This is how we end up with patchy, trip-hazard surfaces. If you can pay for the (useless) hub you can pay to fix the footpath. @MyGlasgowCC @bt_uk

@bt_uk Hi, my broadband recontract "offers" are higher than what I'm currently paying, and what I'm currently paying is far higher than offers from Sky and PlusNet. Can I cancel online without having to phone BT, as I'm always left waiting in a long queue?
