    @Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

    @bt_uk Hi Paddy, engineer has advised that the planner needs to come out and assess whether trees (at another property) need cut down or the pole needs relocated, been told this could take a week+. My partner works from home and no offer of more data or a mini hub has been made!

    @bt_uk Hi Rita, I was quoted that this could over a week for the planner to arrive but no time frame given for it be fixed. Issue was originally raised on the 11th November and then incorrectly closed on BT side, still no ETA for resolution and having to use mobile data for a connection

    @bt_uk you have contractors working for you in the BT20 area (last couple of days). Internet is not working correctly and very intermittent or even being lost. Trying to work from home here and make a living during the current hiatus. Can you please update.

    @BTCare As they are due to shut down anyhow soon so looking for a new vocation of scamming BT customers! Very funny they know the name on the phone bill.. a phone line that’s ex directory and on the TPS. The number is kept private! I think you need to investigate your call centre

    @bt_uk so as an nhs worker who has been a loyal bt customer for 4 years I have been hit with charges of nearly 500 for terminating a contract as I have to move in with my partner(who has bt) great way to treat a loyal customer who has had to move home whilst working during

    @bt_uk We placed an order around the middle of November to move into our first home. Expected the service for 9th Dec. Only to be told it was cancelled,no notification given then placed a new order &couldnt fufill until 22nd Dec. We were advised a mini hub could be sent & then told no.

    @BritishTelecom @bt_uk Any idea when you are going to fix v26 of the BTCloud desktop client? Clearly untested before release. The forums are full of the AV issue and systray app crashes. V17 was perfectly ok.

    @bt_uk your broadband technical support are an absolute JOKE. A week ago I reported a lack of service and I’m still not back online. Your service engineer has attended the fault and said it may be ANOTHER WEEK before we’re back online. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!! Absolute disgrace.

    @bt_uk we've had multiple engineers out to see us. They've said our speed is slow but they dont know what's causing it. Checked outside and in. We need this sorted we cannot work from home !

    Hey @bt_uk been on hold to you for a total of 8 hours this week. Been promised multiple call backs which haven't happened. Been trying to organise internet for our new house (both work from home) for three weeks. No resolution forthcoming from you.
