@bt_uk It’s fine I understand there obviously is no loyalty with bt to customers or common sense used Regret advising my partner took out a bt contract and will cancel as soon as it is possible The same applies for my ee contract Have a good day

@bt_uk I might add that my house doesn’t work without internet; I’m not just being a diva, it’s a real problem. No internet means no heat, limited burglar alarm (people in my neighbourhood are trying doors) etc. I’ve managed to cobble together something with a 4G giffgaff dongle

@bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

@bt_uk @skytv I believe she's tried that then the people who do still manage to make a mess of it. I can't tell you how awful its been. She's a tough cookie but panic attacks brought on by frustration at not being able to get it sorted out-it to get anyone else to sort it. It's staggering.

@bt_uk I know, but why would I pay you for Freeview Channels! Hard bundling TV with Broadband to get me to sign for 2 more years. BT broadband is poor & my area is just getting new providers with Fibre to the house. This feels like anticompetitive practice using your TV @CMAgovUK
