@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

  • phillipkerr79 phillip kerr (@phillipkerr79) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk how come you can’t move billing date for a customer who has been loyal for nearly four years, something EE did in second Guess that’s made my decision to switch providers in July easier 🤔🤔

@bt_uk Hi Rita, I was quoted that this could over a week for the planner to arrive but no time frame given for it be fixed. Issue was originally raised on the 11th November and then incorrectly closed on BT side, still no ETA for resolution and having to use mobile data for a connection

  • sevenofdays Corey Davis (@sevenofdays) reported from Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk Hi Paddy, engineer has advised that the planner needs to come out and assess whether trees (at another property) need cut down or the pole needs relocated, been told this could take a week+. My partner works from home and no offer of more data or a mini hub has been made!

  • KeithDManning Keith Manning (@KeithDManning) reported

@bt_uk I just think that with reduced service during the current crisis, it would have been worth pausing major upgrades until you are fully staffed to back it up properly. Essentially, you have taken something that worked perfectly and broken it whilst telling me how good it will be.
