@bt_uk I might add that my house doesn’t work without internet; I’m not just being a diva, it’s a real problem. No internet means no heat, limited burglar alarm (people in my neighbourhood are trying doors) etc. I’ve managed to cobble together something with a 4G giffgaff dongle

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Laura_Caughey Laura C (@Laura_Caughey) reported

@bt_uk NO ONE should use BT. I signed up to internet 10mths ago & still has not been installed. Forced to move house as still no internet and trying to WFH. Called more than 20x and passed from person to person, no call backs, no response to official complaint. Absolute disgrace.

  • Laura_Caughey Laura C (@Laura_Caughey) reported

@Tonysmini @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Never been communicated to me by BT and I have no communication with open reach as through BT. Doesn’t matter now as moving out after 10months of this fiasco.

  • Ak1fK Akif (@Ak1fK) reported

42 days later and still no broadband at my flat. Apparently it might take another 2 weeks to fix. Do we think @bt_uk have been waiting for “freedom day” before sorting my internet? 🤔

  • Laura_Caughey Laura C (@Laura_Caughey) reported

@bt_uk You are not listening to me. I have already called your loyalties team. Several times. This is not being sorted, they keep passing me from person to person, so I have desperately come onto Twitter to try get help. Guess I have hit another brick wall. Terrible.

  • T__S__R Tom (@T__S__R) reported

@crispfan99 @BTCare Same. Customer service said it was my issue and there are no problems. Box is unusable.

@bt_uk Patrick, the gentleman i spoke to yesterday, assured me i would have some Internet today, and they would find a solution for the interim. Yes, i phoned ahead yesterday too, as the equipment hadn't arrived to see if it was all going ahead as per schedule. Had i not made that phone

  • pkbhadkoliya Pratik Bhadkoliya (@pkbhadkoliya) reported

@bt_uk I got exact SAME reply on my last 5 orders. Fibre team just cancels the order, places a new order and sends me new router. Its like my home is now warehouse to store your routers. It's heartbreaking to see that your team just passes the issue around.

  • crag46108661 CB (@crag46108661) reported

@bt_uk I was told it would take 2/3 working days 3 weeks ago really disappointed with the customer service
