@bt_uk So still no difference with update to #BTCloud? Still being offered as update? Why haven't you taken this down? How much longer do #BT subscribers have to wait for a working version?

  • mrdavidsykes 🔴⚪️🔴⚪️🔴 (@mrdavidsykes) reported

@bt_uk Yes. Many times. Your website said the issue was fixed at 6ish yesterday. It wasn’t so I called to helpline to be told it would be fixed at 9pm. It wasn’t so I just left until this morning. Again your website quoted another “fixed” message and again this was incorrect.

  • eemaalou Emma Lou (@eemaalou) reported

Has anyone else noticed the @bt_uk broadband advert which, during a time when people are losing jobs and struggling financially, they suggest that even the people who can log in from home should fear losing their job to "the intern" if their connection is poor. Tone deaf.
