@bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

@gtfctrawler @btsport @NonLeaguePaper I’m not at all surprised by this. They all price each other out of the market. It was supposed to make it all competitive, but it’s had the reverse impact. Financially for Town this won’t be a bad thing. Seem to recall we used to lose money when on TV due to gate numbers.

I cant believe it, but we’ve reached day 21 without @bt_uk broadband. The resolution team seem to have 0 urgency to fix the problem. Would not recommend BT if you need to work from home / want consistent internet connection.
