    @bt_uk having issues with home broadband. Keeps going off around 2pm nearly every day. Have a feeling there's a problem with when your DLM reboots my line or there's probably REIN affecting it. I don't know if there's an outage in BT3 area, but your service status says issues

    @bt_uk Hi Paddy, engineer has advised that the planner needs to come out and assess whether trees (at another property) need cut down or the pole needs relocated, been told this could take a week+. My partner works from home and no offer of more data or a mini hub has been made!

    @bt_uk Hi Rita, I was quoted that this could over a week for the planner to arrive but no time frame given for it be fixed. Issue was originally raised on the 11th November and then incorrectly closed on BT side, still no ETA for resolution and having to use mobile data for a connection

    @bt_uk Hi Aidan, the engineer that was supposed to arrive between 8am and 1pm, didn’t. I had to call @bt_uk and they told me the appointment had been canceled. They were able to fix the problem and I’ll have compensation from the two missed visits and for not having Internet last month.

    @BTCare As they are due to shut down anyhow soon so looking for a new vocation of scamming BT customers! Very funny they know the name on the phone bill.. a phone line that’s ex directory and on the TPS. The number is kept private! I think you need to investigate your call centre

    @bt_uk Took a day off work yesterday for engineer to connect my broadband. No show. When I phoned customer services to complain I was told there was an issue and someone would call to update me today. Just got a text to say I won't hear anything until tomorrow. Not good enough.

    @bt_uk how come you can’t move billing date for a customer who has been loyal for nearly four years,something EE did in second Guess that’s made my decision to switch providers in July easier 🤔🤔

    @Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

    @bt_uk you have contractors working for you in the BT20 area (last couple of days). Internet is not working correctly and very intermittent or even being lost. Trying to work from home here and make a living during the current hiatus. Can you please update.

    @bt_uk Yes I did and was told I'd get a call back today and surprisingly enough this hasn't happened. Told my current fix date (for your error) is Jan 13th, that'll be 35 days without service this time and 49 days in 4/5 months. Merry Christmas 🎅

    @bt_uk Ridiculous fraudulent service. Customer#Gb2417144- £70 collected. Engineer scheduled. No visit. No contact. Now service claimed completed and £12.14 to be taken on 29 Dec. BT issued wrong transfer of service request to Sky. Now no Bt service. No sky service till Jan 7

    @bt_uk This is so NOT true, talk is cheap, the proof as they say is in the eating. Although I have complained 2 both @EE / @BT_uk that I have had NO landline for a year & a slow 2 no broadband they have chosen to promise action but do nothing. No #envy #CashBack Still paying for nothing

    @bt_uk avoid bt broadband on the phone for 53mins still no answer had engineers out they ****** it up and made it worst yet bt are meant to be the main ones

    @bt_uk Possibility of medical emergency with resident with NHS mandated shielding requirement. No phone. No broadband. Because BT and Sky screwed up communications. Takes 2 weeks to transfer service they say!
