@bt_uk I have messaged the number and got a response saying the landline is okay and they sent me a booklet which is useless because those steps are always things we do when issues arise. So all that's left is your call centres based in India, don't get me started on their attitudes.

@bt_uk Thank you, it says no current issues but the connection still keeps dropping.

@Bubbles_A4PD @bt_uk Doesn't surprise me about BT these days, a mate of mine had a lot of issues with their TV and Broadband. He ended up taking the matter up with the Communications Ombudsman and got all his money back. It's a shame BT are like this these days, my dad used to work for them.

  • graham641 GRVY Graham6 (@graham641) reported

@Bubbles_A4PD @bt_uk Yep, the customer service is shocking these days especially after they merged with EE.

  • NigelGodfrey Nigel bosses #NoCode 🧠 (@NigelGodfrey) reported

@OpenreachHelp It is @btbusinesscare . They have tried. If you can't move it then I am going to cancel with them. Which, given it was down to you being surprised that phone lines are up poles ... is not a great situation.
