@bt_uk I’ve read the terms just a shocking way to treat customers who have been loyal for years and moving to an address with bt As I say great service

  • phillipkerr79 phillip kerr (@phillipkerr79) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@bt_uk how come you can’t move billing date for a customer who has been loyal for nearly four years, something EE did in second Guess that’s made my decision to switch providers in July easier 🤔🤔

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • parklands16 NE upper (@parklands16) reported

@bt_uk I notice you have painted over some of banksys precious work. If an agreement cannot be reached I will cancel everything I have with BT. I know it won’t make much difference to you but maybe if all LUFC supporters did the same you might have a rethink.

  • euan____ Euan (@euan____) reported

Hi @bt_uk and @NOW - it looks like you're trying to force me to pay extra (50% more) to maintain the TV service I currently have (tied to a 24 month contract no less)- multiple devices and ad-free. How're you justifying this?

  • CheshireGooner8 Dan Jackson (@CheshireGooner8) reported

@bt_uk He later pushed a note through the door to say the service should be working. However we still have no master socket and therefore can’t access the internet.

  • mearlwilliams Angry of Mayfair (@mearlwilliams) reported

@bt_uk Based on what he advised on NOT based upon the true nature of the complaint.

  • nuttynic3 Nicola (@nuttynic3) reported

@bt_uk To ring this evening, which I did, the problem still hadn't been resolved and then I got cut off.

  • Bernard_Stedman Bernard Stedman (@Bernard_Stedman) reported

@bt_uk That’s not my point Lisa. If you have three methods to inform customers about fix times - contact centre, app and web - they must all report the same information. How can I trust any information when the response is so shambolic? Your thoughts please?

  • MegRoughley Dr Meg Roughley 😷🐑 #BLM #MMIWG (@MegRoughley) reported

@bt_uk There is a complaint open again now, after the fault was closed for the second time without being resolved. According to the fault tracker, the fault should be resolved by Weds, but we've been here before -- twice.

  • Trev_E13 Trevor Frisby (@Trev_E13) reported

@bt_uk what’s best slow unreliable internet package you do?

  • JonesMarkHardi1 Jones Mark Harding (@JonesMarkHardi1) reported

    @bt_uk Do you support BLM?

Has @BTCare broken? Service is atrocious, poor or nil downloads, dropped downloads etc etc
