@bt_uk your customer service from multiple team members has been nothing but disgraceful from 24/06/21. Your staff promise the world but never deliver. Do they whisper sweet nothings to get rid? 10+ calls, no answers and hours wasted

@bt_uk worst ever decision was getting broadband with you. I work from home and my Wi-Fi has been down for weeks. A total of 6 hours spent on hold and no one picks up. The fact that you guys are aware of a fault in the area but not bothered to fix it, makes it more infuriating.

@bt_uk Please can someone sort this out for my elderly mum! Ongoing since June. Changed from copper to fibre broadband but has been told she can't keep her old number (had it for 65 years). She lives in a very rural area and mobile signal is awful - landline is essential!
