@bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

@bt_uk as a BT Broadband customer can you confirm how many devices are supported on Norton Security. I appear to be restricted to two devices, I previously thought it was 15.

@bt_uk Thx Martin - 7 weeks for activation date, 12 hrs on the phone, BT attempted to send an emergency 4g mini hub out not 1, not 2, but 3! times and all I’ve received is a sim that doesn’t work, BS and lies from your customer ‘service’ team. I’ll not hold my breath for a call back.

@bt_uk sorry i thought you meant what browser was I using to get through to live chat on. The issue I'm having with BT email is happening via the email client on iPhone. It started it last week and it logs me out every few minutes. I've used it for years and it's never happened before.

@bt_uk I am still without any services I am being set up as a new customer and will have to wait 2 weeks for any service as now the take over of my line is complete it cannot be switched back straight away I still don't know if I will keep the phone number I have had for the past 20 yrs
