  • VictoriaGoldma2 Victoria Goldman 📚💻 (@VictoriaGoldma2) reported

@bt_uk Definitely getting a problem here - been escalating for a few days, but thought it would right itself or was from the storm last week. Connecting to some websites/though certain apps via all devices, but not others. I’ve sent a text to that number, so will see what happens.

  • dinnyhoon Danny (@dinnyhoon) reported

@bt_uk There seems to be some kind of issue connecting to certain sites/services, like Asana for example. The rest of our connection is fine, but we can't check the Service Status page because it requires a landline number we don't have with Full Fibre. Is any info available?

  • lewiwillenhall lewis (@lewiwillenhall) reported

Been on hold for 45 minutes to @btsport absolute shocking service. Can’t wait to cancel

  • farrowbrownj13 JB (@farrowbrownj13) reported

@MattFUTTrading @bt_uk On the phone with them for over an hour. 2 engineers later it’s finally sorted. Said there was an issue with the hub itself. Replaced it & re connected all the boosters & works fine now.

  • VictoriaGoldma2 Victoria Goldman 📚💻 (@VictoriaGoldma2) reported

@bt_uk I've now texted ADVISOR to that number. Wifi is slow, I can't get onto certain (reputable) websites today (but can via my phone without wifi switched on), and devices are often telling us it's a weak or unstable connection. So there's clearly an issue.
