  • mylastsatoshi
    Seán (@mylastsatoshi) reported

@bt_uk Hello. A customer of yours in Ireland had their internet disconnected yesterday. The reason was down to a missed payment while they were in hospital. Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state. I trust you will retain call recordings from June 7th, 2026, I know I will. Good evening to you and yours.

    Craig Goddard (@ChemTeachCGO) reported

@bt_uk It seems that since it moved to HBO Max, this is no longer the case & is now baked into my contract alongside broadband. I don't recall at any time being asked about this & I have always understood it to be a rolling commitment. Please explain this situation and how I can cancel.

  • sliverlodeone
    pst (@sliverlodeone) reported

@bt_uk Yes. I’ve just spent 1.5 hours on the phone to a BT guide, for the 4th time in the last 2 months to try and get my issue resolved. After many hours of troubleshooting, with the same processes undertaken by multiple guides you are finally sending an engineer out. Awful service.
