    @bt_uk your customer service from multiple team members has been nothing but disgraceful from 24/06/21. Your staff promise the world but never deliver. Do they whisper sweet nothings to get rid? 10+ calls, no answers and hours wasted

    @bt_uk he was of no help. you ppl never are. will be going to the ombudsman. i want my loss of wages. how do you ppl expect me to feed so many kids without a wage? we are in the middle of a living crisis! not acceptable at all

    @bt_uk hey, I can't login to my account on the website. No matter the browser, mobile or computer it always tells me to update my browser (using multiple browsers, all current versions) What can I do?

    @bt_uk I’ve read the terms just a shocking way to treat customers who have been loyal for years and moving to an address with bt As I say great service

    @bt_uk going on nearly two weeks no internet. failed appointments, being lied to etc. i defo would NEVER recommend these absolute idiots! now they switched the mini hub off, that barely works. lost my job because of them btw. defo going to watchdog and the papers

    @bt_uk It’s fine I understand there obviously is no loyalty with bt to customers or common sense used Regret advising my partner took out a bt contract and will cancel as soon as it is possible The same applies for my ee contract Have a good day

    @bt_uk as a BT Broadband customer can you confirm how many devices are supported on Norton Security. I appear to be restricted to two devices, I previously thought it was 15.

    @bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

    @btsport have to say your national league highlights package is treated awfully advertised tonight for 9.45 and it’s ufc this is almost every time you advertise national league it’s never aired at right time or of at all very poor showing from yourselves.

    @bt_uk Hi, we have no WiFi because the engineer due to install it is delayed til 31st, EE dongle is useless, we were told about a local BT connection we could use but we never got sent the login details, could you dm me?

    I spoke to an engineer in my street who said it is easy to connect - sending barcode and linking to a number. 30 second job. He couldn’t help without the number @BTGroup @bt_uk

    I dont think me my landlord or letting agent are at fault & have to say totally peed off that @bt_uk think it's acceptable to leave a customer with out broadband for 253 days. Perhaps I am just stupid thinking that's unacceptable and very poor customer service #btcustomerservice

    @XboxSupport Context: I've applied a 12-month Game Pass Ultimate code from @bt_uk after signing up to a new fibre broadband service with them. It appears this code has overwritten previously purchased/remaining subscription-time rather than stacking. Can you take a look?
