    @bt_uk Queried business bills, however, billing team are unwilling to discuss/explain the issues raised. Service has now been suspended and billing team refusing to engage without payment being made. This is nothing short of blackmail! @MoneyTelegraph @TimesBusiness

    Not only is the @bt_uk wifi poor on my smart hub 2 but the lack of channels available is terrible. BT need to sort this out and expand the available WiFi channel choice to prevent neighbours clashing

    For me @btsport have taken the mantle from @talkSPORT for the worst cricket coverage. Matt Smith is a good football presenter but is clearly not a cricket follower and the commentary they are using from Fox is terrible. If @bbctms can send their to team to Australia why not BT?

    Massively disappointed with @bt_uk my mam is in tears with how she has been treated by customer services. Had no phone line for weeks due to a fault then charged loads of timeline charges. Transferred through to a number of staff no one in BT has ever heard of a timeline charge??

    @bt_uk 1/2 Not that this will go anywhere. BT SH2 had massive issues with service. OR been out "Fixed line" still issues ring so service desk. Engineer planned visit. NO Show. So ring the service desk again, Got LB call centre. Woman put the phone down on me.

    @bt_uk internet has been on and off all day. You say nothing wrong with the line but a quick search says loads of people having problems with their internet.

    @ScotsValkyrie @bt_uk I pay about ยฃ90 with BT, ridiculous amount, decided to make a switch via a comparison site, found a deal half the price but then told sorry you can't have it as BT own EE as you're an existing customer, as is Plusnet. Options seem limited!!

    @bt_uk We didnโ€™t receive a bill! Direct debit was set up yet you never took any payments just discounted my services and added a late payment fee! Your error not mine! Yes itโ€™s only ยฃ7.50 but itโ€™s ยฃ7.50 that shouldnโ€™t have been added to the bill!

    What a totally negative experience calling @bt_uk has been. Iโ€™ve been trying to cancel an order for a month without success. 12 calls, endlessly on hold listening to appalling music. NO ONE seems able or willing to revert the order. Complaint ref number C10003089417 @Ofcom

    @bt_uk unbelievably terrible customer services, the people I have eventually spoken to have been good, but the automated system is crap as is the 'my BT' when you have a problem. Engineer appointment show 2 different days on different pages, so frustrating!

    @bt_uk We are not wasting 25 -30 minutes on the phone to speak to an advisor, you have our number on the complaint, but you dont bother calling us, we are talking to a new supplier if you dont want our business after 40 years with you then fine !!

    @bt_uk Itโ€™s a waste time nothing gets sorted just keep getting past to so many departments and the issue never gets resolved.He has had over 50 phones since start June.

    @CarersUK @bt_uk What I don't understand is now @bt_uk are moving people to VOIP (because that's what it is) they still have that idea that you can only have an hour free even though if you hang up at 59 minutes and call again it remains free. It feels like a trap.
