OR been out "Fixed line" still issues ring so service desk. Engineer planned visit. NO Show. So ring the service desk again, Got LB call centre. Woman put the phone down on me.

A new bracket has been fit to my parents house , damaged new roof and broken wire taped together !! Disgusting

Kat (@Kat06075689) reported@bt_uk down and we have a medical device that requires WiFi to measure a baby heart rate. Device wonโt alarm if heart rate drops so essentially we canโt act right away should that happen. Fed up with BT now! Can I leave without a fee for this?

Obviously their hope / expectation is that with ever fewer bank branches the recipient will deem it too much of a hassle to pay it in. Even for those that do they are earning interest until the cheque is cleared. Poor show.
