After 48 years as a customer Iโm told I have to pay up to March despite never having signed anything nor being told I had a new contract. The new residents take over the line in 8 days so BT will be paid twice. Thereโs a name for that. Fraud.

Chris (@tringgooner) reported@bt_uk I think anyone would be unhappy donโt you? Messed around, then asked for a ยฃ20 deposit to that you will hold onto for up to 6 months. Itโs a bloody disgrace. That is no way to treat any customer. And you know it.
