    @bt_uk absolutely disgusted in service from BT .. my dad had a brand new roof fitted yesterday and BT open reach came out for an issue with their neighbour!! A new bracket has been fit to my parents house , damaged new roof and broken wire taped together !! Disgusting

    @bt_uk Queried business bills, however, billing team are unwilling to discuss/explain the issues raised. Service has now been suspended and billing team refusing to engage without payment being made. This is nothing short of blackmail! @MoneyTelegraph @TimesBusiness

    @bt_uk have been waiting three weeks for our internet to be installed, nobody turns up for appointment today, ring up to be spoken down too and told nobody was booked in so I need to rebook!!!! Worst customer service ever and having a nightmare before we even get our broadband!!!

    Not only is the @bt_uk wifi poor on my smart hub 2 but the lack of channels available is terrible. BT need to sort this out and expand the available WiFi channel choice to prevent neighbours clashing

    @ScotsValkyrie @bt_uk I pay about ยฃ90 with BT, ridiculous amount, decided to make a switch via a comparison site, found a deal half the price but then told sorry you can't have it as BT own EE as you're an existing customer, as is Plusnet. Options seem limited!!

    @VodafoneUK Nice to see my full fibre connection has wet itself. Not a hardware issue my end, and I never got a single drop with @bt_uk any works going on local to Elmswell Suffolk? This package isnโ€™t cheap!

    How does one leave their contract with @bt_uk and their third world internet speeds? We have had five engineers out and the speeds are still slow. The worst ISP ever.

    @bt_uk Yes. Iโ€™ve just spent 1.5 hours on the phone to a BT guide, for the 4th time in the last 2 months to try and get my issue resolved. After many hours of troubleshooting, with the same processes undertaken by multiple guides you are finally sending an engineer out. Awful service.

Where is the thought in the process that stops this from being a long-winded problem for people again and again.
