Not only is the @bt_uk wifi poor on my smart hub 2 but the lack of channels available is terrible. BT need to sort this out and expand the available WiFi channel choice to prevent neighbours clashing

@bt_uk 1/2 Not that this will go anywhere. BT SH2 had massive issues with service. OR been out "Fixed line" still issues ring so service desk. Engineer planned visit. NO Show. So ring the service desk again, Got LB call centre. Woman put the phone down on me.

@bt_uk It wasn't the app, but because I can't get a mobile signal to sign in before it will allow me to use the WIFI, the app just keeps timing out with that error

For me @btsport have taken the mantle from @talkSPORT for the worst cricket coverage. Matt Smith is a good football presenter but is clearly not a cricket follower and the commentary they are using from Fox is terrible. If @bbctms can send their to team to Australia why not BT?

Massively disappointed with @bt_uk my mam is in tears with how she has been treated by customer services. Had no phone line for weeks due to a fault then charged loads of timeline charges. Transferred through to a number of staff no one in BT has ever heard of a timeline charge??

@bt_uk upgraded broadband on Monday. Not worked since Tuesday am. Engineers visits, 2 hubs tried. Hours spent on the phone. Currently in q for 50mins. Very poor. Time to switch supplier I think.

@bt_uk I pay £15 per month EXTRA for HD channels. I’m trying to watch @LFC game and your HD channel will not load at all. Resorted to SD channel and the sound keeps cutting in and out. Dreadful, dreadful service.

@EE @btsport It’s causing me disrupted sleeps, disrupted days spending literally hours and hours trying to create a stable network myself. I’ve had to frequently resort to converting two of my phones into WiFi hotspots. The internet connection is EVERY DAY diabolical.

@EE @btsport I’ve never been this angry about EE before. I’ve never had to report problems so frequently before. I don’t want to complain and I don’t want to be angry, but I’m at the end of my tether with the continual outages in my area which never used to happen. It’s affecting my work.

@EE @btsport Hello. I would like to know when EE broadband is going to perform better again. EVERY day & night, my internet drops and cuts out. It is affecting my work TERRIBLY. I’ve never experienced such bad internet from EE ever. It’s been going on for weeks now. East Anglia.
