Xbox is one of the only devices that defaults to 2.4ghz with no way to get 5ghz unless you disable 2.4ghz on the broadband entirely. Some providers like @bt_uk donโt allow for that or splitting the network on their routers. Help!

All the person on the other end of the phone could say was โI promise I work on behalf of BTโ. I said I can promise Iโm the king of England. Do you see how stupid you allow people to do this? I think as a company you desperately need to review this practice, itโs dangerous and a disgrace and itโs making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age itโs unforgivable to do this in this manner.

Openreach damaged my property, this happened over a month ago and BT palmed me off to Openreach who palmed me off to Keoghs. None of them take responsibilty I am an OAP with Heart failure please help.
