Oh dear @bt_uk… Offered a new contract twice, but my acceptance has been ignored then was supposed to be transferred on a call today but the transfers are broken so was given a direct number…. for the wrong department, who are now panicking because they’re getting random calls

@CCriadoPerez @McAfee_Help @bt_uk Although I have never encountered any virus/mail ware problem for any Mac, you should be able to delete MacAfee files from the Library and Preference Folder.

@bt_uk Just upgraded to fibre 500, getting 120mbps on average. Slower than my previous BT package. Been told speed cannot be accurately measured into my hub. Still in cooling off period anything else I can try before I cancel it ?

@bt_uk We’ve had no broadband since the 19th of April so not so unbreakable!!!? Still waiting to know when our internet will be back and how we’ll be compensated for the massive issues this has caused. Both my husband and I have been complaining non stop and still no resolution.

@bt_uk Yes. I'm running the latest software on everything. Chrome and Edge are having the exact same issues. YT is down on almost every device apart from our phones. I've tried a mobile hotspot (EE) and that works fine which makes me think it's a BT issue.
