@bt_uk Just upgraded to fibre 500, getting 120mbps on average. Slower than my previous BT package. Been told speed cannot be accurately measured into my hub. Still in cooling off period anything else I can try before I cancel it ?

Note to self - next renewal swap unreliable @bt_uk for a cheap landline broadband as a back up and get proper fibre. Hopefully by then will have a choice if City Fibre get their act together. Connection up and down more often that Boris's pants today.
