Massively disappointed with @bt_uk my mam is in tears with how she has been treated by customer services. Had no phone line for weeks due to a fault then charged loads of timeline charges. Transferred through to a number of staff no one in BT has ever heard of a timeline charge??

@bt_uk It's more the point we were given no notice. We have teachers and doctors working from home here who have been left in the lurch. Very poor service.

@bt_uk absolutely disgusted in service from BT .. my dad had a brand new roof fitted yesterday and BT open reach came out for an issue with their neighbour!! A new bracket has been fit to my parents house , damaged new roof and broken wire taped together !! Disgusting

@bt_uk You’ve come back to say you’ll have an engineer look at the issue before 19/12 @ 23.59. This is totally unacceptable. This isn’t service, this is incompetence We have no wifi, are having to use data. Sort it out NOW!!!!

@btbusinesscare Whys you smarthub 2 wifi performance so horrific today? Is there a known issue at the moment, or have you pushed new firmware overnight or something which has broken it? Nothing in my setup has changed, but every one of my wifi devices is constantly disconnecting/reconnecting???

@bt_uk I'm hoping to get rid of bt. We haven't been able to use WiFi since we got it. Yes it's on low budget for uc scheme, but, its been worse than a joke. Also brought it up with colleagues multiple times.. no help!! 👎
