Massively disappointed with @bt_uk my mam is in tears with how she has been treated by customer services. Had no phone line for weeks due to a fault then charged loads of timeline charges. Transferred through to a number of staff no one in BT has ever heard of a timeline charge??

@bt_uk absolutely disgusted in service from BT .. my dad had a brand new roof fitted yesterday and BT open reach came out for an issue with their neighbour!! A new bracket has been fit to my parents house , damaged new roof and broken wire taped together !! Disgusting

@bt_uk It's more the point we were given no notice. We have teachers and doctors working from home here who have been left in the lurch. Very poor service.

Ahh @bt_uk rapidly becoming the bane of my life at the moment. From absolutely dreadful login /password reset every damn time to billing issues. Absolutely sick to death of having to manually do everything each month.

1/2 Switching to @bt_uk full fibre has been an absolute farce dot far. @OpenreachHelp decided to mark the order as compete even though the fibre cable isn’t connected, and apparently the only way BT can sort it is to cancel the contract, wait 5 days and then re-apply.

@bt_uk I’m annoyed that in may someone called me and switched me to BT broadband and I was on EE fibre told me it was going to be cheaper than EE and it isn’t and also got charged £29.99 connection fee this is not a happy customer should have stayed with EE
