A new bracket has been fit to my parents house , damaged new roof and broken wire taped together !! Disgusting

Had no phone line for weeks due to a fault then charged loads of timeline charges. Transferred through to a number of staff no one in BT has ever heard of a timeline charge??

Heโs on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.

This is a known issue with the 'BT WIFI' app which I have discussed 3 times in the last year with your advisors. They do not know why it doesn't work just that it doesn't.
