@bt_uk It wasn't the app, but because I can't get a mobile signal to sign in before it will allow me to use the WIFI, the app just keeps timing out with that error

@bt_uk No I haven't as I've never been anywhere near a BT WIFI Access Point and only relied on mobile network signal

Not only is the @bt_uk wifi poor on my smart hub 2 but the lack of channels available is terrible. BT need to sort this out and expand the available WiFi channel choice to prevent neighbours clashing

@bt_uk absolutely disgusted in service from BT .. my dad had a brand new roof fitted yesterday and BT open reach came out for an issue with their neighbour!! A new bracket has been fit to my parents house , damaged new roof and broken wire taped together !! Disgusting

@bt_uk 1/2 Not that this will go anywhere. BT SH2 had massive issues with service. OR been out "Fixed line" still issues ring so service desk. Engineer planned visit. NO Show. So ring the service desk again, Got LB call centre. Woman put the phone down on me.

Massively disappointed with @bt_uk my mam is in tears with how she has been treated by customer services. Had no phone line for weeks due to a fault then charged loads of timeline charges. Transferred through to a number of staff no one in BT has ever heard of a timeline charge??

@bt_uk To be honest Alannah we have had enough of the issues, slow wifi speeds, I have records from speed tests for a month, you had an engineer out still had issues, you sent wifi discs out which only work on wireless mode1, but my skyq mini boxes only work on wireless mode 2 ???

@bt_uk Hi, I've just switched to BT & since my old number transferred to the new SIM I'm now getting a 'PDP authentication' error when I try to access data. I've tried resetting the network settings and taking my SIM out and waiting before putting it back in but neither worked.

@bt_uk If my line has been stable for 28 days please explain why we had almost no internet last night. You can see the independent speed test results. The only reason I am leaving bt is your inability to fix a reliability issue that comes from your open reach line.
