    @bt_uk Tweets are nice but I don't understand how you're in business! I've tried 7 times over three days to call you and you never ever pick up! Just a constant recycled message about being busy! If you can't handle busy you shouldn't be in business.

    @btsport your service is terrible. Got billed £80 asked them to close account. Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another £80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????

    @bt_uk My @btsport picture quality often way worse than this - pixelated and unwatchable with broken up sound. When are you sending me my £100? (and more importantly providing me with a more reliable service? 🤔).

    @bt_uk broadband down (again). Not getting unlimited 4g on my 2 Sims despite 2 advisors telling me I would when I rang up (twice) that is part of my halo plan. Not happy

    @bt_uk We currently have @skytv but after a week of little to no signal, the sky engineers have confirmed it’s an issue with trees out issue of our garden so sky looks like a no go! We currently have sky q in three rooms, do bt allows three boxes in the same house??

    @btbusinesscare I love the way you’ve got to speak to 5 people and none of them can give you a straight answer on when your connection will be live again. It’s like the secret service having BT as a business provider. Shocking service BT!

    @rkelwick @fozia4 @bt_uk I’m waiting to receive my £100 as my BT Broadband regularly cuts me off Zoom calls and the picture quality from our BT TV is regularly terrible (but fine on the app on my iPad? 🤔)

    @fozia4 @rkelwick @bt_uk Indeed. And when you complain you just get fobbed off? They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Seems to be impossible to get them to put right errors they have made?

    What the hell is going on with your UFC series links, @SkyUK. Yet another @btsport @ufc #UFC259 recording hasn’t automatically been set to record and it’s gonna be a banger. This is ridiculous. Sort your service out before I take my €140 a month and subscribe to Virgin

    @bt_uk We've done the fault check online, it's saying there's no issue, which there clearly is. We pay alot of money for a service and it's not fit for purpose. If we could get virgin in our area we'd be gone.
