@bt_uk Just upgraded to fibre 500, getting 120mbps on average. Slower than my previous BT package. Been told speed cannot be accurately measured into my hub. Still in cooling off period anything else I can try before I cancel it ?

@bt_uk Yes. The coverage here in Stanley is shocking. Time after time I have to connect to home or McDonald's or O2 hot spot to get Internet when out in Town. Even occasionally got no signal at all.

Having to watch Chorley v Derby with the the sound off. The fake crowd noise is always awful, but @btsport think the Chorley crowd would normally sound like an under 9s swimming gala 🙄

@bt_uk Do you think you could address the problem of your BTtv EPG in relation to entries by @DiscoveryUK. Entries misleading in time, length of prog, capital letters, no synopsis and unable to "record the series". Do you care?

@bt_uk think it’s pretty poor that you tell people their broadband can take up to 11:30pm to work when they move house. When exactly am I supposed to tel you, no it hasn’t worked, and now I cannot work from home. This was the whole reason I took YESTERDAY off 😤

@fozia4 @rkelwick @bt_uk Indeed. And when you complain you just get fobbed off? They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Seems to be impossible to get them to put right errors they have made?

@bt_uk Last time I raised this I was told I had to pay 80 quid for some wireless discs. Your agent said “get the link TP From Amazon” I did and saved the money. The speed isn’t the issue it’s the performance. Wifi. Get. But LAN issues are crazy to me. I want to leave but can’t

@btsport watching champions league tonight on the app was awful. Non stop lagging - I have a strong gigabit connection (wired). Not really acceptable with what it costs to watch! Pls fix as it spoiled a lot of what was a good game (LIV Vs RMA)

@bt_uk I did but all sorted now - not going up, letter was wrong. Advised it’s a blanket (unhelpful & distressing to get) sent to everyone irrespective of whether their package is increasing or not. I’ve made this a complaint given you are sending these out to vulnerable customers😔

@bt_uk Hi Nicola, Not sure what else can be done. Just that every time a contractor does some work in the pavement, we loose our service. 2 days without WIFI is not very handy especially with a student trying to study. Engineer due tomorrow . Not really a good service from BT.
