    Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

    Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

    @bt_uk congratulations on employing rude & abusive call centre staff. Calling your customer a "******* Useless ****" is the way to go with customer service !! "John" calling from India is obviously well versed in your call protocols !! Call originated from 023 8086 6628

    @virginmedia 50 minutes on the phone. 6 operatives. Nobody can tell me when the fibre will be fixed. First today. Then Monday. Then the 17th. Then the 22nd. Then the 17th again. Like I said - a shambles. Service cancelled. @Ofcom @bt_uk @SkyMediaUK #hitmeup

    @bt_uk repeated calls from allegedly BT Open Reach saying slow internet speeds/internet compromised. I'm with @virginmedia and when questioned they just hung up 01234222910 number. It's a scam to take control of your computer and get your personal data.

    @BTCare I suppose you will deny knowledge of the automated message I received informing me that my service will be terminated immediately unless I renew (in the process of switching to @Plusnet). This practice is at best sharp and most probably illegal. Discusting.

    @TomFairhurst91 @BBCSPOTY @james_willstrop @BBCSport @GaryLineker @clarebalding @GabbyLogan The problem is there is not enough money in it I suspect to get mainstream coverage. SquashTV and coverage by BTSport are increasing viewers I think but marginally. Hopefully if it can get Olympic coverage in Paris then that may help. Criminal as it’s truest the beautiful game!

    Hey @bt_uk I know your speed is slower than @virginmedia but am now willing to accept slower connection in favour of a stable connection with minimal packet loss. After 30 years with cable I can no longer tolerate @virginmedia piss poor service.

    Well that was easier than anticipated. #IPv6 only network on @btbusinesscare broadband. BIND DNS, RDNSS advertisement via radvd. Does go to show just how little works on v6 though. Big stuff is consistently available (google, youtube, social networks) but even @BBCNews is v4 only

    @bt_uk One more thing, can you check if my WiFi is being throttled. It has been consistently extremely slow (0.03megabit per second download speed).

    @bt_uk our internet is dropping in and out MASSIVELY throughout the whole day but mainly between 8pm and 12am. We have a max of 24mbps for about 5 seconds at a time and then it drops to 10mbps and then to less than 1. PLEASE HELP. This is frequent enough that I have to hotspot 4G

    @bt_uk Still no good...x box not working for son and other issues. Been looking online and this is a problem that has been reported quite a bit, so really suprised, in 3 calls so far, it has not been known by bt staff. Firewall/Shield issue. Thanks for the 2 weeks of hassle BT!
