Watching DLUFC against Spurs on mute. HATE McManaman and the commentator is one who drivels on about irrelevant historical ****. He said that it was poignant that Spurs are playing in green, as 2 years ago they played Ajax in the European SF and wore green. FFS. #BTSPORT #lufc

@bt_uk Thank you. She spoke to 4 different advisers, and had to start from the beginning every time. Finally someone has agreed to go and figure it out and call her back rather than keep her hanging on. If they don’t I will let you know. The service so far has been really disappointing.

@TSBBCare appalling customer support, have you staying in 1/2 day for engineer who doesn’t turn up to be told that can’t fix the fault and I’ll have to book another engineer!! U having a laugh?! Never had this issue with @bt_uk

@bt_uk I reached out for help with getting broadband up in our new rental home via the loyalty team last Friday - spent 2 hours on the phone doing it. It’s just been ‘automatically cancelled’ by BT - and I’ve had to register again for a new account. 🤬🤯 Unbelievable

@bt_uk hello. We’re visiting family today. My children haven’t seen their grandparents since Christmas 2019. They’re still not seeing Grandma, because she has been on the phone to you now for nearly 3 hours trying to sort out a problem. She’s still going. This is awful service.

@bt_uk useless customer service, phone line dead 8 days ago, twice been promised an engineer would resolve it and twice it didn’t happen, online chat telling us the engineer is working on the fault at the exchange whilst I’m sat looking at the box void of said engineer!!!

Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

Cannot express how frustrated I am with my broadband. 10 days having issues and disconnections, got a new router today, still lagged a bit and then same issue happened, no broadband again, stream is done. Was frying in the lobbies, and now...well, I'm going to bed #bt_uk @bt_uk

@bt_uk why will the Norton version of BT Virus Protect not install on one of our devices (a tablet)? when we attempt the process Google Play Store downloads/installs the old McAfee version Android version on tablet is 7.0 - is this the cause of the issue

@bt_uk My normal speed should be 65-76 mb download and 18 mb upload. But this internet is very slow.
