    @eddiebhoy71 @bt_uk Aye a know its openreach, we wer trying to get sky broadband as part of our package and didn't know that BT have the rights for the first year but our sky fiber was crap, always cut off between 12-1 for some reason and ran slow, BTs been much better so far

    @MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

    @bt_uk Why can't you do better than "Your call will be answered ASAP"? As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

    On balance, looking at the @MLB decision to move the playoffs to @btsport as a good thing. Timing was bad. And there are some kinks to work out, but the other night I was thinking about how existing BT Sport subscribers are now just one click away from watching a Baseball game.

    I'm not one to moan about AWFUL customer service but the way my partner and I have just been spoken to by @bt_uk is nothing short of disgusting. I suggest if you're with BT and have any sort of issues, don't even bother phoning them unless you want to be made to feel like **** 👍

    @bt_uk Well it should be - you were told not to move my line even your fraud team was involved! I’ve written to @anthonybrowne my MP it’s a disgrace how you treat disabled & sick people we’re not stupid I rang 5 times to stop it! You will get a complaint & ive written to ombudsman!

    @bt_uk Yes I know. We never made the call but coincidentally we had an O/reach engineer here that morning. If he used it to test the line, why should we pay. We've multiple clocks so no need to call the time line. We have mobile phones to make outgoing calls which also have the time.

    Day 72 since I ordered broadband from @bt_uk and still no connection, no idea when there might be a connection, and another level of ‘escalation’ that doesn’t go anywhere from the BT support team who seem to think it’s ok to just ‘call back in 10 days with an update’. #BT
