    @bt_uk Why can't you do better than "Your call will be answered ASAP"? As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

    @MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

    @bt_uk You mistakenly cut me off instead of my neighbour three weeks ago; despite a thousand apologies, and assurances that I would be reconnected by 11th Dec I still have no service - I now have to set aside a least an hour to try to contact you again - you are a shambles

    We moved - 5 weeks still no internet, still no phone line - 24 calls to BT so far… still no action. One complaint - still no response. 13 promises to call us back - still waiting… @bt_uk not fit for purpose

    @bt_uk They cancelled the TV but it won't take effect for 30 days. They set up the order as part of the call, I wasn't given the option to go back online. They had no knowledge of the online deal at all. So it's effectively cost me £90 (£3,73 x24) to cancel the TV package.

    @bt_uk I've been referred on to the ombudsman, i don't want to order from BT as they were rude to me over the phone, and are overpriced (for what i need). They told me i had 'no choice' as they have the 'monopoly'. They also lied to me about not being able to use other providers.

    @bt_uk engineer still on his first job and we’re job number 3 today. He clocks off at 5pm yet you give him 7 jobs in one day. He won’t even get to me and I’m number 3 on the list. What a dreadful service. Will be looking for full compensation.
