@matoxley @bt_uk Mat, a suggestion. If youcan “live chat” with BT do so. And in writing explain that you have an official complaint. They must log this and report total number of these internally & to OFCOM. They’ve a dedicated dept dealing with reducing complaints. That dept will fix things 4 u

@bt_uk Yes the password finally came in the post after several phone calls and hours on hold. Thanks for getting back to me, but the process can’t be good if it takes months to reply and it takes a moody complaint through twitter to get a response.

@bt_uk No problem. Plusnet won't even let me check if there is any cancelled engineer Appointments to allow me to pull my appt forward from 3 weeks. I couldn't order earlier as didn't know when we would complete but now got 2 weeks of WFH with no Internet 😟

@bt_uk And now the signal has gone again as the tower has been taken down recently. I gather there is some controversy over where it is supposed to be erected. In the mean time I’m on 1 bar and having to use WiFi to make calls. Come on BT/EE

@NOWHelpTeam @bt_uk Honestly the worst TV package I've ever had. Wasn't told on the phone we'd need an ariel in each room to get normal TV, so now i can literally only watch Now TV in my bedroom..only I cant because it keeps saying I'm streaming it downstairs still when I've turned the box off there
