    @matoxley @bt_uk Mat, a suggestion. If youcan “live chat” with BT do so. And in writing explain that you have an official complaint. They must log this and report total number of these internally & to OFCOM. They’ve a dedicated dept dealing with reducing complaints. That dept will fix things 4 u

    @bt_uk Yes the password finally came in the post after several phone calls and hours on hold. Thanks for getting back to me, but the process can’t be good if it takes months to reply and it takes a moody complaint through twitter to get a response.

    @bt_uk I can sign in via a browser. Still no joy on the app, either on the phone or tablet. Tablet asks for pin then just sits with a small spinning circle. Phone logs in an either hangs on white screen or closes itself. Both fresh re-installs. :(

    @EE & @bt_uk NOT happy at all. absolutely TERRIBLE Service. zero out of 10. we were getting dropped calls with BT, so BT told us to switch to EE. Not telling us that in doing so we lose any advantages we had built up with BT, months of service, £5 discount on broadband, etc.

    @bt_uk awful service. Been trying to become a customer a month now and you’ve put the engineer appointment back another month. Like you don’t want new customers. This is now going to leave me without broadband whilst working from home. Looks like I’ll be staying with @virginmedia

    @bt_uk possibly the worst broadband provider ever. Had service installed for one week and worked for 10% of the time. Now have no service at all but because I have logged a fault that's acceptable.

    @KameekMusic @bt_uk I moved off mine earlier this year for similar reasons. Now paying the same for broadband/landline, plus 3 mobile lines that i was for broadband and landline with BT. Had been a customer for 20 years beforehand.
