@matoxley @bt_uk Mat, a suggestion. If youcan “live chat” with BT do so. And in writing explain that you have an official complaint. They must log this and report total number of these internally & to OFCOM. They’ve a dedicated dept dealing with reducing complaints. That dept will fix things 4 u

So I set up the @bt_uk Hub and do I have internet? Nope! Everything's plugged in.. I waited and I even tried restarting.. nothing. And of course my previous broadband cut off now I'm registered with BT. Currently using my laptop and a BT Wifi Hotspot, in a web chat to fix it 😓

Love it! Just got a message off @bt_uk about now having to wait till July 29! 2 days b4 installation I received a message about today being delayed and now another message reads above...wait a month! Such bad communication!

Phone lines still not working in Minera , Wexham been off since the 4th May have reported to bt but not getting much help @bt_uk can you give us an update

@atwav1928 The deal is for 18 matches inc all play-offs and British Final - same as BTSport (I believe) - the Deal should’ve been ‘weekly matches’ …trouble is then, too many ‘repeat’ matches!
