.@bt_uk New customer, top package deal taken out. Morning installation slot not arrived until pm and #BT agreed visit PM next day for external work. BT contacted (awful customer service) and have to take A/L again for your messup. Expected better from a supposedly good company.

Spoken to @bt_uk teams in Newcastle, Belfast and Cardiff. Got absolutely nowhere. You’ve to go through a bot to get someone to call you so trying to contact support is a painful process each time!

Truly appalling customer service from @bt_uk. I can see why so many people I know are ditching their landlines. Not had one since last Thursday and continued calls to their support team have got me absolutely nowhere at all!
