@bt_uk Would be having a relaxing day if my internet was working and I didnt have to wait a whole week for an engineer when I work from home with no sympathy or offer of a solution. Been with you 3 weeks and an absolute joke of a service so far after being assured it would be an upgrade

Why is so hard to cancel @btsport on the app, you just cannot. so bad service. Now have to phone them and probs wait 30 mins to get through ffs.

@bt_uk cityfibre have ripped out BT cabling in #CHELTENHAM in error and now 6 houses have been without internet or telephone access for 75 hours - called to speak to BT and was told unless it was a trip hazard could not help me @CityFibre please advise

@bt_uk ive already rang you shes booked a engineer for next week why you cannot solve this over the phone with all the tech surley you can tell if its an exchange problem or not without having to wait for engineers
