@bt_uk I can sign in via a browser. Still no joy on the app, either on the phone or tablet. Tablet asks for pin then just sits with a small spinning circle. Phone logs in an either hangs on white screen or closes itself. Both fresh re-installs. :(

@matoxley @bt_uk Mat, a suggestion. If youcan “live chat” with BT do so. And in writing explain that you have an official complaint. They must log this and report total number of these internally & to OFCOM. They’ve a dedicated dept dealing with reducing complaints. That dept will fix things 4 u

@bt_uk Yes the password finally came in the post after several phone calls and hours on hold. Thanks for getting back to me, but the process can’t be good if it takes months to reply and it takes a moody complaint through twitter to get a response.

Thread 🧵 1/3 Absolutely appalling customer service from @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp. Failed to send an engineer last week at a scheduled installation time, no prior notification so no broadband fitted at new home last week. Told I would be updated by Tuesday.

@bt_uk Just came indoors to find my wife in tears after dealing with @BT_UK. My father-in-law passed away earlier this year, leaving Mum, who is registered blind, with a £67 a month contract for a service she can harder use and certainly cant afford. BT totaly unsympathetic.

No call from @bt_uk yesterday about why my #BTbroadband hasn't been activated (6 days overdue) I called today; no updates and a promise for another call back in 24hours. Asked to speak to a manager about the poor communication,got another promise for a call before 4pm. Let's see.

@bt_uk appalling service. Engineer booked 3 times. Never showed up. Never actually booked on your side. No wifi for 3 weeks and wfh. Proceeding to raise complaint to Ombudsman. Your company should either up its game, face consequences, or not exist.

@samj0606 @btsport @sky I looked on the bt forum and they’ve been aware since May or earlier and they said themselves they’ve no idea what the problem is or how to fix it but know it is a problem
