    @bt_uk Yes the password finally came in the post after several phone calls and hours on hold. Thanks for getting back to me, but the process can’t be good if it takes months to reply and it takes a moody complaint through twitter to get a response.

    @matoxley @bt_uk Mat, a suggestion. If youcan “live chat” with BT do so. And in writing explain that you have an official complaint. They must log this and report total number of these internally & to OFCOM. They’ve a dedicated dept dealing with reducing complaints. That dept will fix things 4 u

    @bt_uk why make a family go without broadband for over a week promising to connect our new service by last night only to fail to deliver? We went with you due to the customer service yet so far its massively disappointing and husband is still on hold 30 mins later #fail

    @bt_uk are you joking. You have just switched off all our internet and landline WITH NO COMMUNICATION because the people moving into our house(IN JANUARY) have taken over our account. BT YOU ARE THE WORST. WE NEED THIS SORTED TODAY.

    @bt_uk YOU ARE JOKING. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE HAVE EVER REVIVED. YOU HAVE TURNED OFF ALL OUR COMMUNICATIONS WITH NO AUTHORITY FROM US. WE HAVE PAID FOR ALL OUR SERVICES AND YOU HAVE JUST TURNED THEM OFF.

    Day 8 @bt_uk Engineer visited again. Checked everything again. No issues with our equipment at home again. Reiterated it's a software fault at the Cleveleys exchange again. Said again many others having same issues. Getting frustrated again. Do you want his mob number to check??!
