    @bt_uk I can sign in via a browser. Still no joy on the app, either on the phone or tablet. Tablet asks for pin then just sits with a small spinning circle. Phone logs in an either hangs on white screen or closes itself. Both fresh re-installs. :(

    Appointment has been booked for 3 months and looks like you decided to just not show up at all. Which makes @bt_uk look bad especially when you came and installed the same product to my neighbours in either side in the last week.

    @matoxley @bt_uk Mat, a suggestion. If youcan “live chat” with BT do so. And in writing explain that you have an official complaint. They must log this and report total number of these internally & to OFCOM. They’ve a dedicated dept dealing with reducing complaints. That dept will fix things 4 u

    @bt_uk been told this is untrue today. nobody at bt get story right with each other thanks for blackballing me and refusung support when vulnerable adult with panic alsrms etc relying on net stable. i look forward to the ombudsan as logged it yesterday and more today. section 7 pls data

    @bt_uk Hi. I recently re-contracted my broadband and was supposed to receive a new Hub as part of that. My new service started last week but I've yet to receive the new Hub and there's no tracking info for it on the 'track order' page?... [1/?]

    @LouiseJ68098483 @bt_uk @BT_Sport im scared im going to be attacked or die because my lifeline button wont work so at wits end terrified and scared. how can a company this big treat disabled people like this and not fix faults diagnosed and blame me because i dare chose to go to cheaper disabled one and i lie

    @bt_uk @GemmaCarter23 why u still premoting this company 2yrs later and praying on the vulnerable cold calling when areas ban this?this and refusing to fix my line so disability aids not working or police panic line.what if my abuser attacks me or i have another heart attack these device wont work!

    @bt_uk DM sent! Help would be appreciated. After another hour on the phone, apparently @OpenreachHelp have claimed they are ‘on site’ - but they still haven’t arrived! Another false update after they previously claimed it was repaired and closed the case!
