Unfortunately all the scammers do is use a rolling number so it's new every time they call. My Dad is no longer capable of putting numbers into a junk or block folder. We have to do it for him. So this doesn't stop calls.

Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state. They've set a password a dozen times, and they can log into their BT emails on a browser without any issues, but trying to log into the BT app flags an incorrect password error. Is their any guidance for this?
