  • ATaylor87 Andrew Taylor (@ATaylor87) reported from Calne, England

@bt_uk Should have been, but definitely wasn’t. It’s super helpful when both my wife and I have to work from home. It’s still not working though... even though I’ve got emails saying it will be live by midnight last night... thanks BT!

  • mbooton Mike Booton (@mbooton) reported from Swindon, England

@bt_uk Thanks for the contact but he already has this service. Unfortunately all the scammers do is use a rolling number so it's new every time they call. My Dad is no longer capable of putting numbers into a junk or block folder. We have to do it for him. So this doesn't stop calls.

  • Jokerduo3 Matt Deane (@Jokerduo3) reported from Swindon, England

Rant back on, why ******** am i paying £37 for @btsport only have it to watch WWE but RAW has become an unwatchable mess, I love NXT but they’ve butchered that & Smackdown, ok SD is bloody great but not worth £37 a month.

  • adelemitch 𝙰𝚍𝚎𝚕𝚎 𝙼𝚒𝚝𝚌𝚑𝚎𝚕𝚕 💙 (@adelemitch) reported from Swindon, England

@davidjmcelroy Sadly, I don’t have BTSport, so will never have to watch last nights ‘highlights’ (will be able to stream MG’s Facebook live though)

  • PhilJPeacock Phil Peacock (@PhilJPeacock) reported from South Marston, England

@bt_uk How can we raise a formal complaint as this is unacceptable and disrespectful of our time by @OpenreachHelp - appointment was confirmed yesterday and we waited in- why couldn’t someone have phoned to say unable to attend? Lack of customer service or common decency

  • Nightingale26 Linda K Berkeley (@Nightingale26) reported from Lambourn, England

@bt_uk The problem is never with Outlook, that's the cop out you always use. The problem is always with BT.

  • mbooton Mike Booton (@mbooton) reported from Swindon, England

@bt_uk Thanks. After waiting on hold for 45 mins to get told that by customer services, we shall indeed be buying such a unit. I'm still surprised you can't simply block all but a handful of numbers.

  • DaveJacko60 Dave Jack (@DaveJacko60) reported from Swindon, England

Remember when @bt_uk sent a bloke up a quarter of a mile in a helicopter and the WiFi still worked, well I’m sat in my garden and the signal is rubbish

  • DeanTurnbull01 Dean Turnbull (@DeanTurnbull01) reported from Swindon, England

  • pinkplumbing13 Pink Plumbing 💜💜💜 (@pinkplumbing13) reported from Swindon, England

@athena_42 @bbctms The coverage/commentary on BT5 is poor! So I've put it on mute & listening to music 🎶 @btsport

  • Jak_Edgley Jak Edgley (@Jak_Edgley) reported from Calne, England

@McKez1954 @btsport @JHenderson I've heard BT has been awful Been watching Sky Sports and it's great, basically Liverpool legends all getting slashed live on air😂

  • Airborne_paddy JOHNNY BOY #LFC #OCSC #MUNSTERRUGBY #IRISHRUGBY (@Airborne_paddy) reported from Swindon, England

@btsport pundits prasing Bayern when really all they've done is played for the draw. Nearly as bad as keys and ******* Gray! #LIVBAY

  • Williewoose Terry #LSE ٹیری (@Williewoose) reported from Wroughton, England

@chrisjhocking22 @btsport That was at least a yellow, there was also an earlier wrestling incident that many refs would've given a card for. Another day another ref, he would've been gone. I seem to remember another couple of dodgy tackles as well but he seems to be the golden boy at the mo. #luckyMU

  • gilesshaxted Giles Shaxted (@gilesshaxted) reported from Avebury, England

Appointment has been booked for 3 months and looks like you decided to just not show up at all. Which makes @bt_uk look bad especially when you came and installed the same product to my neighbours in either side in the last week.

  • itspaulbunney Paul Bunney (@itspaulbunney) reported from Swindon, England

I’d rather hear my own nan choke than listen to @RobbieSavage8 “commentate” on @btsport #ARSVAL currently got peppa pig on my headphones watching this shit.

  • Hoodrin87 Adam hood (@Hoodrin87) reported from Swindon, England

Steve mcmanan how ******** do bt let u do commentary your a scouse ****. Not bias or anything 🤔 Look at your comments before the game about Man U, shut u **** up now ain’t it. Ysb! @btsport

  • DeanTurnbull01 Dean Turnbull (@DeanTurnbull01) reported from Swindon, England

@bt_uk We are moving soon slightly downhill from where we live now & at the moment we live on top of a hill so you can understand my frustration as I do pay for a service that I don’t receive!

  • SirGuyGuisborne Sir Guy of Guisborne - Carry On Number One (@SirGuyGuisborne) reported from Collingbourne Kingston, England

@matoxley @bt_uk Mat, a suggestion. If youcan “live chat” with BT do so. And in writing explain that you have an official complaint. They must log this and report total number of these internally & to OFCOM. They’ve a dedicated dept dealing with reducing complaints. That dept will fix things 4 u

  • ianewen up the vile (@ianewen) reported from Royal Wootton Bassett, England

Great banter from @btsport app not working and you tube channel shot too

  • TriquetraEHSLtd Triquetra EHS (@TriquetraEHSLtd) reported

@bt_uk pulling my hair out at such appalling service re our recent house move. Your processes seem designed to frustrate, now looking at going to TalkTalk.

  • Catherinejourno Catherine Cocklin (@Catherinejourno) reported

@bt_uk Thank you your reply. We want to cancel the contract. Not start afresh with you. She has done this with her other utilities.

  • 1337u53r Praise Mathew Johnson (Mat) (@1337u53r) reported

@doddsie @elonmusk @bt_uk I think Starlink makes a lot more sense in terms of scalability (for service improvements). Traditional ISPs could be out of business soon when Starlink achieves their 10Gbps target and economies of scale (leading to significant cost declines in the service).

  • AlisonKriel Alison Kriel 💙 #ubuntu (@AlisonKriel) reported

@bt_uk @sid1307 Hi @BT_uk lots of companies respond like this to look like they care and want to fix the problem. How about tweeting out what should be happening. This is not a unique case so how about helping everyone? You never know, you may even attract a few more customers

  • robmaxey1 robert maxey (@robmaxey1) reported

@bt_uk hi there. I went for the fibre upgrade a year ago, with the “Guaranteed 46mbs”. I have never got near that. Generally around 27-30. I think I once saw 37. NG13 8TR postcode. Pls advise ? I would have called or emailed rather than tweeting, but not listed on your web page

  • Ricker666 Richard 🇬🇧 (@Ricker666) reported

Hah, @bt_uk raising broadband prices by 4.5% from end of March but I guarantee the connection speeds aren't going up for anyone round here. Still being ignored for full fibre despite it being down the road. I'm paying way more than I should for what I get.

  • oRagdog Louise O'Connor (@oRagdog) reported

@brianmoore666 @martydun11 Do you know if other organisations are held to account in this way ? Sky BTSport ? Some of their commentary is awful

  • Shaund442 Shaun (@Shaund442) reported

@bt_uk @LeahClareLennon Also that's absolute bollocks it runs tests on the line into the house, for many the issue is after this point and the poor distribution in WiFi. BT are a con and I would and will be trying to move my services ASAP

  • RebeccaAnneByr1 Rebecca Anne Byrne (@RebeccaAnneByr1) reported

@bt_uk No it's to do with external work. The engineer checked if any of our household had displayed covid symptoms and came in wearing his mask. I have now been on hold for 10 minutes trying to speak to someone. This isn't the excellent customer service I was led to believe you provided

  • RebeccaAnneByr1 Rebecca Anne Byrne (@RebeccaAnneByr1) reported

@bt_uk I was supposed to be having my new BT broadband line installed. The main issue it seems was that his ladder was not long enough to reach wherever he needed to go. And maximum capacity reached in the BT Street box. This should have been made aware to me when I registered for BT.
