    @bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

    @bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

    Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

    That was the first England test match I could not watch due to not having a TV subscription. Down to @BTCare I'm afraid.

    @RossCampion4 @bt_uk Mate I had the same dwnload was 10 upload was 1. Is your contract nearly up? 3engineers came out no progress. Signed a bee contract miraculously went back to normal… login in to the router they could be throttling it back

    @dogthesteve @markphughes17 @bt_uk BT do not appear to have briefed their staff adequately about this. The hybrid will ONLY work AFTER the fibre connection has been enabled. I sent it back because we can get sufficient broadband from our 'phones in the event of fibre outage.

    @bt_uk serious serious issue with BT unable to process a simple refund since August. Why is it so difficult !!!!!! And why can’t I talk to manager for 72 hours. The very worst customer experience EVER

    @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp - So: third date to “fix” a network fault has been and gone - meant to have been live on 29/10, now had three “Openreach are due to look at it” dates missed… just told that won’t happen until 20/12 now - a 4th date. I have F*ck all faith in your service.

    Hello @BTCare @bt_uk I received my halo mobile internet hub. There's conflicting info on the packaging. The letter said send back if internet is fixed. The pamphlet says the hub is mine to keep in case internet goes down again.
