    Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

    @bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

    @jrtspurs @bt_uk I had a problem a few years back with my mum's router, spent ages on the phone but to be fair once the online team got hold of it they sorted the issue very quickly.

    As if that wasn't bad enough, I could not get a decent explanation when I called customer services. I should not have to pay early termination fees for a service that was never up to the part to start with. @bt_uk can someone provide an explanation, please?
