Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

@bt_uk Great, another 30minutes out of my working day, I must have spent well over 3 hours phoning your company in the last week. I pay a premium price, expecting a premium service. I think I’ll go to the lower priced end of the market next time, it can’t be any worse than this.

@bt_uk how about Customer service, left without broadband for over a month after engineer cancelled at the last minute, given next appointment in 3.5 weeks. In 4G blackspot , can’t even use phone as hotspot. Less jumping on bandwagons, more in service.

@bt_uk twice now BT have let me down with a new order and commitments broken. What on earth is going on? No point in having super fibre when you don't get the equipment to me

@bt_uk I have a BT 4G hub using EE network and it's fine apart from the two sites I USED to use a lot - TED Talks and BBC iPlayer. Both won't play and now causes network loss. Come on @bt_uk, your technical team have known about this major problem for months. Fix it.

@bt_uk you just don't get it, I pay for a service, a service that would have been available had YOUR PEOPLE not changed the system, now I have to rely on power too. your company must have known this BEFORE I renewed my contract but (like the government) Failed to disclose
