@bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

Just received a bill for £0.00 from @bt_uk for an unspecified service. Can't find out what it is online because I do not have a BT "ID" & I can't get one because I'm not a BT customer. Online chat apparently not being staffed today. Having one of those days I wish would be over!

@bt_uk He said the green box fibre optic is broken outside, and didn’t give me a date when it was going to be fixed and also didn’t tell me today he was arriving so I guess it’s another surprise visit next time which I don’t know when it will be , issue is still on going not fixed
