@bt_uk Well I was promised a call back today to let me know what was going on. Guess what, let down again.
@bt_uk Do what you say you’re gonna do would be a start. Still waiting on an engineer to fix our broadband who was scheduled between 1-6pm today and was a no show. Just using up my 4G data to tweet this. I’ve paid top up last month because of the lack of broadband in our house.
@bt_uk are the worst. Appalling service, useless broadband. Can’t say enough bad things about my experience of this company. #NeededToGetThatOut
@bt_uk uhhhh you guys might be having issues as thousands have intermitten Internet issues.... you mind looking into it?
@bt_uk We’ve been given some EE box that is just not suitable for a family whose working from home this isn’t setting a good first impression with BT! We’ve all now run out of 3G on our phones as the wifi signal is so bad!
@bt_uk Was told a temporary wire service would take a week to instal, it should be a seamless service having moved over from Sky, granted a transition would be needed for fibre optic (FO) but we need stable internet like with Sky until you can do FO
As a new customer to @bt_uk from Sky, have to say we’re off the a bad start, been given temporary wireless internet which is so awful can’t even load a website & no indication of when fibre optic will be put in place!
@bt_uk Same problem again, tried connecting to the 5Ghz network and there's no signal. Flashing orange light on the hub. Getting very frustrated by this
