    Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

    @bt_uk Our number is already registered on Call protect service and TPS and still you allow all these scammers access to YOUR customers. I have reported todays ones on that link but not holding my breathe BT will be bothered acting. Options are remove phone from line and/or go elsewhere

    @bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

    @bt_uk just had a cold call apparently from BT OpenReach asking me to change broadband supplier then just hang up on me. Probably a scam call as I'm not a business so wouldn't deal with OpenReach anyway...

    @bt_uk I already reset it and the issue is still the same. It’s constantly changing from blue to orange and flashing purple. This is the 3rd day now extremely annoying considering the price I pay for it.

    People struggling to get online for schooling ect. Can't big providers like @SkyHelpTeam and @bt_uk help? Surely they can have a basic package a small monthly fee eg £2 a month and you get access to school related websites and that's it. Provider's and schools should communicate

    @bt_uk Options are £20 extra on our bill or a £100 disc??? Why should we have to pay extra for a poor service you are offering us. Bad service, even worse customer service. If only we’d gone with another supplier.
