@bt_uk The structure of the house is a natural blocker to WiFi The router (and inbound line) are at in a porch at the opposite end of the house to where it needs to be. There was no notification (that I can find) for the service being activated. I had already requested an order stop.

@bt_uk They advised me to wait until 27th. How do I continue my work? Why not this been fixed even after a week? And from my earlier experience, I can’t hope it will be fixed by 27th. As a customer I will be sandwiched between BT and Openreach.

Impressed with service from @bt_uk Broadband was knocked out on Sunday by a storm. Less than 24 hours after I reported it they delivered a mini-hub to tide me over 'til engineer arrives (booked for tomorrow).

@bt_uk Hi @BT_UK just had another call from @OnecomUK saying that they are BT. How do they know what tariff I'm on with you? I've never consented to you sharing my personal data with them as far as I'm aware.
