@bt_uk Worst company ever, they just blame openreach engineers that they are working on fix and keep pushing fault estimate date fix 100 times. I can’t cancel BT as I am in contract and have to pay to terminate the contract. Please beware don’t go with them they are frauds.

@bt_uk No thank you. Once the dns server issue was fixed which was about 2 hours after I reported the fault everything was fine again. Still shocking that you can't change the DNS provider on a BT router.

@bt_uk I have come to the conclusion that BT no longer care about their loyal customers & will do their upmost to destroy their reputation. I for one will not accept their diabolical customer service and I’m to prepared to tell all that want to listen @BBCWatchdog @OmbudServices

@bt_uk My internet is back on, but with sub-optimal upload speeds - at times sub 2mb, meaning I can't live stream. Just spoke to a really helpful member of staff called Oliver - but my complaint has apparently been closed? Why? It was never resolved.
