@plusnethelp It's in husband's name so I'll let you know tomorrow. It seems it's only @bt_uk that has been out of action for over a week and it's all over our area. No problem with other internet providers.
@bt_uk Hi, you could try getting bt email to fix the problems they have. I heard this morning from several,people experiencing the same delays in email delivery.
Laughable service from @bt_uk. Just called cancellations, man on phone said he couldn't hear me, that it was a terrible line. He was coming through crystal clear. So I hung up, dialled again, was added to a queue, and then they cut me off as I waited. This is a TELECOMS company.

@bt_uk My only issue with the situation is it would have been nice if instructions told me I had to use the ADSL filter and cable on the new box. It didn't say. So I thought wireless would work. Which panicked me when it didn't. But all is good now. Since I figured it out myself.

@bt_uk Yes I'm aware of how networks work and the difference between wifi and an ethernet cable, what I'm saying is that your latency issues weren't a thing a month ago with identical everything except name on the contract. Stop dodging responsibility and fix your issues.
@bt_uk It is connected at the moment. The letter I have clearly states it is recommended that I set it up when it arrives. So that when the change over does happen. No interruption to my service will occur. It also said the new hub can run my old (current) broadband service.
@bt_uk was promised 1 years free Amazon Prime in November and now they are not honouring this! Disgusting customer service
@bt_uk I have no idea, mobile phone call on Sunday morning wasnt clear..and yes its extremely frustrating . I have been a customer for over 20 years and this really isnt accepable
