Hello @bt_uk - when moving home, we ordered your 900MBit Halo 3+ broadband to our new home, being promised that it is "available". We are both relying on internet for our work. Now you want to take "a few weeks" before you send an engineer. Not acceptable, is it? We need help.

  • Charles_Sellers Charles Sellers (@Charles_Sellers) reported
