    @matoxley @bt_uk Mat, a suggestion. If youcan “live chat” with BT do so. And in writing explain that you have an official complaint. They must log this and report total number of these internally & to OFCOM. They’ve a dedicated dept dealing with reducing complaints. That dept will fix things 4 u

    Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

    @bt_uk About as a sorry as your online team leader is?…if so, it’s not really of much use! I’ve wasted over 2 hours hour already trying to get to the bottom of the issue, I am unable to waste anymore time in hearing the same information being repeated via twitter as well.

    @bt_uk Terribly! Issue appears to have been resolved temporarily, internet was on from Saturday afternoon, TV stopped working Sunday, tried to resolved today and now internet is down again, Eng cannot come out until Wed. Internet needed for my business so pretty stressed and annoyed…

    @btbusinesscare once again BT lets me down with an engineer call out. Why do you think it's ok to miss these when I put staff on overtime waiting for the call out.

    @bt_uk Still no internet coverage. Our Sky TV package ends on 14/03 so we will be left with no wifi and no tv?!! If BT had not messed up and changed the engineer appointment from 11/03 to 30/03 we wouldn’t be left without wifi or tv!! Shocking customer service.

    @bt_uk @phi_jan Our home internet has been offline for about a month. We have had several automated messages telling us when it would be repaired. It isn't, and you are still charging for your "service". Any plans to fix it?
