@Beth_Tastic @bt_uk Got new lead from Amazon, £4.75 - what else could I do. Made no difference! All the major utilities providers - telephone, water, gas, electricity - are a joke. They charge arm and a leg and don't provide the service you pay for. Rip off.

@btbusinesscare getting very frustrated with your network tonight. Have lots of surveys to complete on line and the connection keeps dropping. The EE dongle we pay for to keep us always connected is about as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike!!

So I rang @BTCare to cancel my contract within my 14 day cooling off period - was told a manager would do it today and I’d get an email — looks like it hasn’t happened — I’ll be raging if I ring tomorrow to say there’s no notes and I’m stuck

@Beth_Tastic @bt_uk When I first moved here my broadband wasn't speaking to the box. So bt sent me an extra long cable. Now we have discs. Jordan has one in his room and it never drops out.
