@btsport really enjoyed spending ages going round and round on your site trying to find out how to cancel then find its a phone number to call, another service making hard for people to cancel. I didn't have to call you to set this up.

Hey @bt_uk my Dad seems to have a problem with his landline, so I gave him the number 0800 800 150 to call from his mobile. Apparently this just cuts out and tells him to text the problem. He doesn’t text, how can he speak to you?
