    @bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

    Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

    @bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

    @bt_uk @EE After 2 days of no signal & being told that you're upgrading the mast in Tenby, it's back on & slower than ever, despite the work being complete. 4Mbps down and 0.05Mbps up just 50m from mast. One of the most popular tourist destinations in UK & terrible mobile service

    @bt_uk No internet since last Wednesday. Engineer not out until this Sat. Sent faulty mini hub,spoken to a different agent every afternoon since Monday.Promised a replacement but still waiting. Shocking service and aftercare from a customer who has been with you for 25 years!

    @bt_uk Hi Tasha - I’m an EE customer but used to work for BT - I have emailed and tweeted Marc Allera - but any response is passed back to the same person who is refusing to take any action.

    @bt_uk Engineer arrived. Said signal into box was fine. Still very slow download and upload. Changed the channel. Said to keep an eye on it for 48 hours and if no improvement phone up [again]. Currently no improvement.
