@bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

Dear @bt_uk, I've spent hours on the phone to you this month, trying to sort out broadband issues. Now find myself waiting in (again) all day for a package I arranged to be re-delivered... but DPD site tells me I'm not authorised to access delivery updates. Can you help please?

@bt_uk @DrJohnCosgrove I've had a mini hub for a couple of days, getting the exact same problem. Everything working fine, iPlayer crashes the hub every single time
