@bt_uk so three times now we have closed out BT landline account and received confirmation that the account is closed and paid in full (we never used it) and still you send demands for payment. You are pathetic. And you are doomed. A desperate industry dinosaur. Sue us. Go on.

I think it’s an absolute disgrace that @btsport have decided to platform Michael Vaughan. Forgetting what damage he has caused over the last 6 months, BT have just brought him back to have cheap digs at Joe Root. A reminder that for some, actions never have consequences.
