Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

We have been told b my @bt_uk that we are losing analog calling next week! We have no mobile signal indoors. My wife is #type1 #diabetic . What should happen if she is on her own, a hypo happens and she can't leave the house to find a mobile signal? @Offcom @bt. #savelandlines

@bt_uk Well yes. Larry turned up. Says there are no notes kept on any cases cos you have millions of customers. 😲 Surely all the more reason to have case records?? So he didnt have ladders etc. He has made a temporary fix. But confirms that previous engineer, Orlando, has cut the CONT

@bt_uk Sorry - one more question. Did BT, at the time I was taking these contracts out mention the "long line" and that "errors" are likely? How many others in this part of Devon have issues with BT? cc @AnthonyMangnal1 PS. Internet just dropped out again.
