@bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@bt_uk Terrible customer service, my friend has just moved home with her mother who has dementia, her father has Covid and you are ignoring her! She’s been told now you can’t connect her broadband for weeks. What about her job?! #disgrace

@RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail @bt_uk I'm not happy at all. Post women never delivered my parcel on Thursday for my BT Router. Iv now got no internet untill Monday. She didn't even call me like I requested. She was meant to leave with caretaker. I want some sort of compensation

For over a month my BT Broadband has been dreadful: poor latency and sub 24mbps download speeds. For the last 5 days it has been on and off endlessly. @bt_uk i pay £50+ for 63/72mbps speeds and I don't get close or even get broadband. Can't wait for VirginMedia to be in my area.
