Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

@bt_uk It's not something that can be fixed though. It's just the only connection you can offer me. Brand new apartment, moved away from the countryside to a town and I have slower Internet. Haven't had Internet this slow in over 10 years. What do you propose I do?

@bt_uk Funny, because during my complaints about it being postponed, it was postponed again. It isn’t getting fixed any time soon. The date and time will just get pushed back every single day. We’ll still be experiencing issues in 2021. It will take that long and I know it.

@bt_uk you are the worst company. In a global pandemic and you have failed us miserably. Existing customer with no internet over Xmas, spent hours on the phone to customer service, received inaccurate info at every stage. Outrageous

Day one of switching from @virginmedia to @bt_uk and honestly I didn’t think a WiFi provider could get any worse than virgin until BT came at the 11th hour, argued about installing the cable and drilled a ridiculous hole in my walk. Great service 👍

@Andicurrie @bt_uk BT customer support told me there was nothing wrong with our phone line, i said umm yes there is that’s why I’m phoning you on my mobile because you can’t hear anything on the landline except interference 🙄
