@bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

Hey @bt_uk I have no idea who to contact. But be sure what’s happening with my internet installation now ?! I have no signal etc because of @ee and now I have no idea what you are doing. It’s meant to be live tomorrow. Not happy one bit as I’ve been left not know what’s going on!

@bt_uk I did but all sorted now - not going up, letter was wrong. Advised it’s a blanket (unhelpful & distressing to get) sent to everyone irrespective of whether their package is increasing or not. I’ve made this a complaint given you are sending these out to vulnerable customers😔

@bt_uk disconnected my landline by mistake when cancelling my broadband, asked to take out new contract, connection fee, new number, request my old number back, had to pay to call to get help because I don’t have a landline. Why so painful?

@bt_uk Last time I raised this I was told I had to pay 80 quid for some wireless discs. Your agent said “get the link TP From Amazon” I did and saved the money. The speed isn’t the issue it’s the performance. Wifi. Get. But LAN issues are crazy to me. I want to leave but can’t

@bt_uk I’ve been trying over 2 hours to try and speak to someone on your message service about my faulty internet service, when I try to call you hung up as it’s being dealt with. All I want to do is change an engineer appointment, why is that such a difficult task?

@bt_uk I would love to know after being told "please do not close my complaint I would like a call back to discuss" BT just close your complaint and that's it's.... 4 months and still an issue with billing #greatservice please resolve! empty promises and miss information
