@bt_uk Information sent, any explanation would be useful, we are currently having to take leave/ pass duties to relief colleagues, and BT insist on either emailing or relying on us having to drive to somewhere to get signal to ring to get fobbed off.

1/ Very unimpressed with @bt_uk Cut a vulnerable 83-year old woman’s line off, including her emergency alarm for not paying her bill. She’s unable to get out due to COVID and shielding, she has a bad back and is in pain, she pays her bills at the post office so getting there ...

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp can either of you explain why we didn't have our BT broadband switched on last Tues night as promised. No updates, no explanation, broken promises. We are two key workers working with vulnerable adults and require being on call 24/7. Shambles.

@la_crip @Ofcom @bt_uk My call was to say Amazon had an order for a television somewhere in Mexico and had sent it there and the money taken out of my account and they needed the bank card number to put it back LOL. I said no they are probably very poor let them have it- the woman kept saying no lol

Your app asks me to use Livechat. I then complete ALL of the details to do so & then get told there are no agents available even to do Livechat. @bt_uk really surpassing themselves in the terrible customer service area here. (Over half an hour on hold now)
