Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

Is it me or is the Sky Q box crap? Genuine question. Set it to record Liverpool v Bournemouth on @btsport and when I go into recordings it’s not there.

@bt_uk Yeah I do sorry I been busy, I had a few issues with my broadband as it kept dropping connection then had a wait quite a while for a home tech to sort it out so it was unusable at times which I don't really want to pay a full bill for a part time connection for August bill

Customer services are less than helpful too. They say ‘oh yes. It’s fixed’ just to get us off the line. Then it still doesn’t work. Nope. We’re off to @bt_uk as soon as we can.

@CWeston_Indo @btsport It a horrendous system. Horrible slippy remote control, unreadable, counter intuitive EPG designed by a teenager sitting 3 feet away from a 50" screen Constantly disconnects from WiFi. The previous Sky platform was far superior.

Watching the football scores come in and unfortunately the bar has BT Sports. Absolutely the worst set of pundits and worst coverage I’m had the misfortune to watch. #btsport

@bt_uk why do you limit your delivery options to RM, most courier companies offer a next day delivery option, because you do not offer this service we are without a broadband service for 5/6 days, at least. A simple solution but one you have not considered.
