@bt_uk Nice thought but what about all the people that can’t even afford to turn the heating on. Invest in green energy supplies instead of expecting everyone to stick a band aid on the problem.

@bt_uk brilliant service from BT. New customer. They don't order a hub for my new installation (which is today) then keep me on hold for an hour this morning. Is this what I signed up for? I didn't think anyone could be worse than Virgin.

@bt_uk Absolute disgusting customer service!!! Moved into new build and kept getting passed from pillar to post as we have FTTP and where assured this would be connected before we moved now being told we need to@place a new order
