Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

@btsport having problems ordering the fight.. rang up to be told they don’t recognise my sky viewing card number, name, postcode etc etc…. that’s odd 🤔as they recognise my bank account number every month!!!! 🤔

@bt_uk Absolutely disgusting that I cannot record the boxing tonight, and cannot cancel prior to the event starting. I could not buy through the TV as this wasn't an option, so this is a failure of service. The customer service behaviour on the phone was also appalling
