@bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@bt_uk It’s been ongoing for a year now. The most unstable connection I’ve ever experienced; it’s unusable. Thanks for the message but I don’t have time to troubleshoot over & over. I’ll just continue to use my phone hotspot and look for new service.

@bt_uk How come moto go is never on ultimate you advertised it but never show it even when there’s nothing on you still do not show it BT moto gp team is brilliant and would like it to be shown on ultimate instead of over paid nuggets chasing a ball

So I’ve just received an e mail from @bt_uk telling me they are sending an engineer - very nice, but why? The e mail tells me to ring 151 so I do - on my BT landline - to be told “this number cannot be contacted, contact your service provider” - which is BT ! #IsThisaJoke #BT

@bt_uk is there an issue with bttv pro and Amazon not playing? I can get on the app but when press play I just get a black screen, no sound but can get subtitles! Have done resets, switched off etc! This is the 3rd day I have tried.

@bt_uk Why is my loyalty not rewarded when moving house? Been a broadband customer for years always had top package available, then I move to higher band area and told no you have to pay full price which is nearly 40% more than new customers or pay up contract length.. poor effort.
