@bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

Days after 6-day power outage, elderly parents informed by @bt_uk their copper landline to be replaced by VOIP this Dec. VOIP needs home elec, copper doesn't. Future long power cuts will leave elderly people completely isolated. Where r the mitigations BT, @Ofcom, @CommonsDCMS?

I enjoy the Champions League Goal Show but two things that is incredibly annoying; 1 one of the guys commentates on games live as if he’s watching a replay, super annoying and 2 they transition between goals in games way to slow! #ChampionsLeague on #BTSport | @btsportfootball
