    @bt_uk should bring back @BTCare. They used to reply and would deal with any issues.

    Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

    @bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

    @bt_uk Eventually spoke to Gabrielle, extremely helpful, and she advised her manager will be placing a new order, again, today. Hopefully the order goes through and the issue raised over this will be resolved. Thanks
