Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@bt_uk I've a BT phone with call block and have blocked basically the same call at least 10 times today. Network providers need to have an AI system that automatically blocks calls that get multiple blocks (from multiple customers) otherwise there are simply facilitating crime. @Ofcom

@bt_uk It was sorted out in the sense that it was cancelled and because there could be no installation before I was cut off from Virgin, I had to remain with Virgin. So my account with BT does not exist and I didn’t find out whether the service is an improvement. Ended at 12 calls

@bt_uk I see BT shares have been falling over many years; until this year. I am surprised they have risen this year. Based on the service my parents have received, BT should be bankrupt.

First, @bt_uk can't fix my broadband fault for A WEEK; second @PostOffice send me a letter about my 'broadband service' 4 years after I left them. Why do they still have my details🤨and why can't #broadband providers do better?

@bt_uk Yes, I will do. First, BT has one final chance to sort the problem at 9am today. I will wait until after that. I won't hold my breadth though. All your marketing is very nice, shame your service does not have the same passion.

Hey tweeps stay clear of @bt_uk awful service send you crap phones. And been told it is acceptable to charge your phone 2-3 times a day. Surely that can't be right.

@bt_uk driving me insane! Just moved house but two weeks later still no internet despite 5 calls to customer services, 3 incorrect orders and countless hours on hold! Different answer every time. Totally inept.

@bt_uk I was right, BT could not sort the problems. My parents have cancelled the order. It was simple, change the existing Broadband package to a new broadband contract and you could not even do that. What a load of rubbish. Disgrace!
