    @bt_uk what do I have to do to actually get someone to respond to a complaint?! Have attempted to raise 3 so far but get put on hold, again, so have no clue if its being raised and ignored or just ignored?!

    @bt_uk I have been in contact with you about an issue on and off for monwths. It still hasn't been resolved and I am getting very angry. I was told my online chat my complaint has been submitted but the reference they gave me doesn't work. When I try to complain online it won't..

    @bt_uk Please can someone from your Complaints Team contact me ASAP as my issue isn't being dealt with via DM. It seems your Call Handlers liaise with multiple customers at one time, rather than concentrating on one issue. Ten minutes I have been waiting for a response.

    @bt_uk Shocking service for our new connection. Order placed 5th Jan, engineer confirmed for 15th Jan. did not turn up, no explanation. Rearranged for 20th Jan, did not turn up. New date of 2nd Feb. Unacceptable for remote property with no mobile coverage. Animal welfare concerns

    @bt_uk I was due a call a manager this morning from two managers and I haven’t heard, this isn’t the first time it has happened. It’s disgusting customer service.
