@bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

@bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

I've never been soo disappointed in @bt_uk as much as i am today, you came and installed our wifi on Wednesday yet it disconnects every five seconds & doesn't want to work. I have my college course & both my job i need wifi for yet i can't even study when the wifi won't work 🙄

@bt_uk Your sole purpose is to provide your customers with a service they pay for. My 80yr old father in law has been without phone or Internet for 3 weeks and you've failed to not only do anything about it, but accept responsibility. Stop fobbing him off with your scripted..

What an absolute bore it is to watch Arsenal in the league every week. Normally positive but you can’t put that team out and defend the selection. Leeds lost yesterday and Wolves dropped points. Can’t help but feel this will be another opportunity missed. #LEIARS #BTSport #AFC
