    @bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

    Blues have only had 1 game shown on BBC4 and only 1 game shown on BT Sport All other teams in the WSL have had MANY MORE games on TV All Blues other games have been streamed on the FA Player where picture QUALITY IS POOR How about @BBCSport and @btsport be fairer to all teams?

    @btbusinesscare for context. I placed an order in January! I've had to chase every step of the process. I've spoken to 7 different people. All nice and promising help at the time. All failed to follow through.

    @bt_uk Your 'broadband deal' is to charge me £10 extra a month for the same service which isn't great. Had to use my mobile as a hotspot last weekend to play Call of duty. To be fair youll give me a free upgrade to full fibre in 5 years. New customers get 'deals'.

    @bt_uk I've been having multiple issues with my broadband recently - it now seems that my setup is randomly dropping the connection I have set up via my WholeHome discs and some of the discs randomly disappeared from the app! Any advice?

    @bt_uk I'm not the account holder so if it is still bad today, they will contact BT probably via phone as they are not tech savvy and don't do social media

    @bt_uk Hello. My Internet has gone down - my ISP (Zen) has checked their end & it's fine & they think it's a copper issue on our BT line, but you don't make it easy to get or find help. It's currently stopping me from working from home. Can someone please help?

    It seem @BT_UK are only interesting in raising complaints rather than fixing the initial problem. Three 5 hour appointment slots missed in a week, with another booked in for Monday afternoon. What's the odds they'll show up?

    @btbusinesscare I am yet again sat here in despair at the lack of customer care and integrity shown by BT. I have to get our broadband up and running to open our business - I cannot be presenting an impossible ask here, I've got a hub just no broadband! Please help!

    @bt_uk Yes, I'd like to know how to cancel this work entirely so I don't have to deal with an endless series of disruptive missed appointments.
