Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@bt_uk your broadband availability checker only offers me up to 7mb when I already get 65mb AND openreach’s checker says I can get 1gbps what’s going on with your checker doesn’t even see FTTC which is my current service ?

@bt_uk Could you get my wifi working as none of your tests work in anyway i think the router needs replacing because sparks are coming out of it i need it to be done ASAP any help?
