@bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@bt_uk Broadband engineer didn't show up today but it says on your faults timeline that he did. Trying to book another slot is impossible because the case is still open. Wtf is supposed to happen here?

@bt_uk Will see what it’s like in the morning… if it’s back up to 50Mbps sustained, then I’m afraid I’ll stand by my assessment that the internet service was degraded, not the line capacity/capability not the WiFi.

@btcare no internet what so ever. Phone line sounds like something out of a WW2 film.Why the hell cant you provide the service that i pay for?The biggest piss take is the 'guaranteed wifi in every room for £42 a month' u keep offering me.U cant even provide wifi to 1 ******* room
