@bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

307mb download and 58mb upload, and @primevideouk still cuts out and buffers whist watching the football. Hasn't changed, last year you had the same issues. Stop ruining the game give it back to @btsport or @SkySports FFS!

Absolutely terrible service from @PrimeVideo the match just cuts off and their 'technicians are working on it! Missing all the game!! Should leave the sports to @SkySports and @btsport
