Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk I have made an official complaint through MyBT ( VOL013-588686300033 )but it seems like that complaint has been deleted from the system, that is just shocking to be honest. I would not expect this from BT at all. It is time to look for other broadband providers I think.

@BTCare hi I was in communication with yourselves at start of wk re an issue & it since resolved however a colleague arranged for a new hub to be sent altho I requested for it to be stopped it’s arrived would you like me to return it ??

@BTCare so trying for the 2nd time to have My Full Fiber installation done. Despite the ridiculous amount of problems this has caused Me & My multiple requests if it could happen. Engineer in attendance is saying He shouldn't be doing it. As it's against the rules...
