@bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@bt_uk we’ve tried to speak to SOMEONE about our broadband & cancelling BT Sport 3 times now.Have given up after holding an hour each time.On hold for 30 minutes at the mo. How do we actually get to speak to someone or do we just cancel the DD and see if someone gets in touch?

Well, big thanks to the useless sacks of 💩 over at BT. Internet down all of today ✅ On the phone for 2 hours trying to get it sorted ✅ No fix until Tuesday ✅ Oh and to top it off, cheeky **** says they’re on strike tomorrow so won’t be able to assist See ya @bt_uk 👋🏻

@bt_uk I've been a bt customer for over 20 years but today I have cancelled and will be leaving, four and a half hours on hold and then was told I can't change my broadband contract was the final straw.
