@ComXcomics @bt_uk Because you're technically minded they're probably hoping you just give up or cancel as they can't say stuff you'll fall for.

  • KroValeria Caro Valeria (@KroValeria) reported from Tilshead, England

@bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

  • ToonManic Ian Pearson (@ToonManic) reported from Amesbury, England

@bt_uk should bring back @BTCare. They used to reply and would deal with any issues.

  • Toyhorn_ Toyhorn🎺 (@Toyhorn_) reported from Old Sarum, England

Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@bt_uk Have I reported the fault? What do you think? On one occasion we lost connection 27 times in 24hrs! That info confirmed by your own staff. No, we’ve had enough, having always been a BT customer, we’re in the process of moving to Sky. Your customer service is non-existent.

  • DLbi12John_boy John Casserly (@DLbi12John_boy) reported

@bt_uk Yeah, three adverts in the last 2 days on twitter. Fed up seeing them. I won't even buy the current Scotland rugby top because I don't want to advertise BT. That's how bad my experience as a BT customer was.

  • jamiebullock Jamie Bullock (@jamiebullock) reported

@bt_uk can you explain to me why as an existing customer I can only upgrade to Full Fibre 300, but as a new customer I can get Full Fibre 900?? That hardly seems fair.

  • bliprogers Matt Rogers (@bliprogers) reported

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Day 27!! Now I have home schooling that I won't be able to do. Any ideas how I login in to online lessons for my child? HOW CAN IT TAKE SO LONG TO RESOLVE!!??

  • MJKM MJKM 😊 (@MJKM) reported

@Portal_Queen @bt_uk Yep, this is us. I’m swapping to Sky because the service at BT is atrocious. There is not a day goes by when our connection doesn’t drop out, and it’s often many times a day.

  • IamSaladin08 LaLiLuLeLo (@IamSaladin08) reported

@bt_uk Can’t see how this will help despite the many calls we made and still nothing but sure I’ll DM and listen to another tier 1 help.

  • p0welly Andy Powell (@p0welly) reported

@mikercameron Both @bt_uk and @virginmedia have guest/network sharing which could easily be enabled remotely giving internet access to any kid who lived within a few doors of someone with BT or Virgin Internet.,

  • Greg_Tanner Greg T (@Greg_Tanner) reported

@bt_uk Karen - I've got Sky coming this week to check their equipment again. I've been caught in ping pong for years now as I what the issue. Let's see after their visit. Last crazy issue I heard was the Latest BT Hubs (BT upgraded me) are not compatible with SkyQ boxes. 😳 Crazy.

  • JohnCattermole2 John Cattermole (@JohnCattermole2) reported

@bt_uk I don’t think yous will be able to solve the problem as it’s a human eating the cables and not an animal, but I don’t know if this is the main worse of the issue. If one of ur engineers is a hitman and is able to eliminate the suspect for me that would help

  • Toadhall22 Dr H (@Toadhall22) reported

@bgir @bt_uk I was quoted 3 Mbps in their fine print but told to expect 7 - 11. I get 6-7. Quoting 3 Mbps means they don’t have to act to improve. How 3 Mbps can be considered a fit for purpose service in 2021 astonishes me...
