Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

@bt_uk @Tidey_ I spoke to the Help Desk yesterday but unfortunately the suggestions given (resetting camera etc) weren’t successful. The issue appears to be the app as the ‘parent unit’ (ie baby monitor) is receiving a live feed from the camera but this doesn’t translate onto the mobile app.

@blueneil61 @bt_uk All the players should have been supported throughout, but the media always drag them down. That is until we get knocked out, I was highlighting this. They seem to wait until **** happens then shower them all in love and support. The media are 2 faced scum.
