@bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@lorrainemking @bt_uk Go ahead and cancel virgin did the same to me, so I cancelled and signed up with BT. The day before the cancellation came through, they called to offer me £22 a month. From a contract that was set to go up to £50! I am loyal to myself, I stayed with Virgin, *for now*.

@pixelherder @bt_uk Hi Karl, bad experience a few months ago thru BT & my elderly parents - not enough characters to explain but it was v stressful for them, my sister & I. Eventually fixed but BT haven’t realised yet that u can’t make phone calls, be online or watch TV with apologies…good luck!

@bt_uk as disgusting as govt. thought was normal, but they make my download for 20mins take 5 days at 20hrs instead Throttling on purpose. @rishisunak @BorisJohnson need fine+tax all ISP’s. Loss of many working days. They do this for over 12yrs. UK never moves forward, only back.
