Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

I keep being batted between @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp. Moving home engineer didn’t arrive yesterday; tree cut cable from post to home; reported damage to @WeAreOpenreach won’t repair unless BT sends repair ticket; BT can’t until line is live…what do I do!?!

Any chance you can help and 83-year-old lady customer of yours, living on her own with broadband connection issues. Upload speeds of less than 5mb, and streaming issues. @bt_uk not answering calls and when one answered, cut off with no call back @MartinSLewis
