    Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

    @bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

    @bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

    @bt_uk I’ve tried that twice. It takes 20 minutes to get through and then I’m sat on the phone a further half hour while your operatives ‘ look into it ‘ and then promise the problem will be resolved. Each phone call is over an hour !!!

    @bt_uk Please can you tell me why your service is so useless? You've forced us to switch over from copper to fibre, but then you haven't made the actual switch and just thought its easier to charge us for both services. Your staff are utterly clueless and inept. #btareuseless

    @bt_uk The login process to my BT account this morning was a bad experience. 20 minutes to log in going round and round with the same security questions.

    @bt_uk no broadband. Phone just direct to visual service which doesn’t work. Broadband test fails. NEED TO WORK

    @btbusinesscare hi just to let you know I've been hanging on trying to get help with new handsets that were meant to be activated 23/12. We are a small tailoring business and our customers are telling us verbally our number isn't working. I've been waiting for more than 35 mins.

    @btbusinesscare @ofcom The real bad thing is even if I wait the usual hour. I will have to do the same thing next week because the issue never gets resolved.
