Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

Wow. Just Wow. @BTCare actually deliberately cut me off and refused to speak to me as I was "not a manager". Truly horrible "customer serivce" dealing with an account that's been in place for well over 40 years. @BTCare ? No you don't.

Hi @bt_uk, been talking to your billing team since the December lockdown BT is our only supplier forcing us, a small hospitality and gaming biz to pay for all closed months or the service is cut. We’re doing our best @Platform_EXP but a bit of support would be appreciated

@bt_uk Hugely disappointed with BT, new neighbours moved in they disconnected our line, charged us £280, lost phone number, still no phone, engineer out today still no broadband and then they hang up after being on hold! What a ******* shambles
