    @bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

    @bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

    Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

    @steeleyp_ @btsport @bt_uk Just to say that I have access now because I'm using my Dad's BT account. Really just wanted to highlight how difficult it is for non-UK based people to use the service. It just really shouldn't be that difficult. And you should be able to buy it with a foreign credit card!

    @bt_uk Hi Ian, Thanks I’ve posted it in a local group and everyone has the same issue apparently it has been reported and being dealt with. Some people mention they’ve had mini hubs sent out to cover them for the downtime but can’t see any info for this? Thanks

    @bt_uk Router keeps flashing orange and going down multiple times every hour all day. When I try to reset it gets stuck on purple instead. An engineer was meant to come this week but never did (at least I didn’t get a text). In need of serious help please!

    Well it’s now been 3 months since my @bt_uk internet was meant to be activated. Apparently I have a letter en route telling me how I can contact the Ombudsman to step in. Do we think this means the 48 hours needed to sort out the issue actually means 48 hours now?

    @bt_uk currently in isolation and my internet is constantly dropping out! My laptop and tv in particular will suddenly drop and not find the WiFi, yet my phone is connected!! So ****!!!!

    @tideswellman @BTCare I had Youview for about six months. Ditched it and never looked back. Used Freesat and Freeview since + Firestick for catchup services. All free and fine.

    @bt_uk What isn't the issue 12 hour internet cut outs and just short cut outs been like this for weeks and when we're called you they said it was a fault with our wires which is a load of rubbish. We will be switching as we are sick or your crap customer service as well as your lies
