Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

@bt_uk Still having major issues with bt tv just keeps switching itself off mid programme it’s been happening for months but has recently got worse switched itself me off tonight and wouldn’t switch back on for 15 mins
