@bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@bt_uk I want to renew my BT TV contract but the online system has failed me twice. Yesterday I was on phone for an hour, before being told to ring again today! I have now been waiting 50 mins for someone to answer the phone. Customer service is laughable!!

@bt_uk Trying to terminate one of my lines. I have been on hold for 20 minutes. All I am hearing is music and a message that repeats every minute or so saying "Thank you for holding, we are very busy at the moment. Your call will be answered as soon as possible".

@rahim94 @btsport It's not their fault. They get the feed from WRC and in a mountain rally like Monte Carlo things like this may unfortunately happen due to problems with the signal.
