Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@btbusinesscare - we have 1GBBT Lease line which has been out since 16.20 today. We cannot report the fault as the lines are permanently engaged and the WhatsApp service isn’t working. Please advice as this should have a 100% SLA uptime.

@bt_uk @Ofcom 63 days since I was initially supposed to have had my broadband connected. Was promised again it would be done today but again let down. How can a company of your size and stature within the market place have so much of a problem connecting some wires

@bt_uk I won't go into it here, but I took on BT for a relative and I'm stuck for the remainder of 2 years with a service that is wholly unsuitable for her. Been complaining for about 9 months and told BT I won't discuss by phone because of my throat cancer.

@bt_uk Well I phoned your help desk yesterday , she was very helpful but I’m just shopping around now and will see what’s best, I’m just shocked that not one network can guarantee at least 30mb, for a home broadband service in the UK in 2021. Very backward.

@EveryCountry @bt_uk They're all bad. Left Sky due to issues, now Virgin media don't even respond when you complain about speed dips & intermittent loss of connection. Been months, & notified they are still processing my complaints about not hearing from my complaints! Plusnet?

@bt_uk we have no working phone line, which means no working Internet. When will this problem be resolved, I believe my neighbours, and others on my street have no phoneline either.
