@bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

  • Toyhorn_ Toyhorn🎺 (@Toyhorn_) reported from Old Sarum, England

Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

  • Toyhorn_ Toyhorn🎺 (@Toyhorn_) reported from Old Sarum, England

@ComXcomics @bt_uk Because you're technically minded they're probably hoping you just give up or cancel as they can't say stuff you'll fall for.

  • ToonManic Ian Pearson (@ToonManic) reported from Amesbury, England

@bt_uk should bring back @BTCare. They used to reply and would deal with any issues.

@btsport I want a full refund for my monthly pass. I tried calling, no answer for over 40 minutes. I tried making a complaint on the website and the site won't allow me to do more than 4 words before it tells me to keep it a min of 250 characters. £25 a month. Ufc 280 should be-

Ever since you signed that new deal with UFC the service and stability has gone down hill sort it out @btsport @btsportufc

  • TheGeeMan007 TheGeeMan (@TheGeeMan007) reported

@Hells4Heroes @bt_uk internet companies have been known to throttle back the speeds after a while They give you what they advertise then throttle back hence the slow speeds I did see somewhere you can buy these amplifier things that use wide band so it’s harder for them to throttle back apparently

  • GGZiiSocial GGZii (@GGZiiSocial) reported

@EskiyaSC @bt_uk Basically it appears paying for Fibre to my house gives me way worst speeds than a mobile phone contract. If I could guarantee the connection would be as stable as wired, I'd just switch to this full time

  • eva81695623 Ryan Evans (@eva81695623) reported

@bt_uk - Noticed a few openreach engineers on my road in Coventry messing around with cables and haven't had internet since Friday. Is this an issue you are aware of and how do I escalate this?

  • RobertS66021134 Leeds United memorabilia collector (@RobertS66021134) reported from Garforth, England

@Hells4Heroes @bt_uk I’m with BT Helen.. & my Wifi was terrible at the time, they sent me out a new up to date router & boosters for free.. they can test the speed remotely for your Mum. I have worked in telecoms previously & they’re the best provider.

  • EskiyaSC Murat Karaaslan (@EskiyaSC) reported

@GGZiiSocial @bt_uk Whoa wtf man, so you've been downthrottled on purpose then? I don't get it man these hub speeds would help you out greatly

  • tenisontheway L (@tenisontheway) reported

@ksumnole___ @btsport @ufc I’m not even in the UK bruv. Seems like a global issue.

  • Jay82345719 Justin (@Jay82345719) reported

@btsport I've paid for this ppv and you keep cutting the sound on interviews and corner instructions. By definition I'm over 18 and have bought the ppv....could you treat us like adults as this is not an ofcom requirement. As ever you're ripping off your customers.
