@bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@bt_uk no phone line and internet for 5 month, multiple engineers saying the same thing over and over. Please refund the full 5 months! Not a happy customer! What an utter disgrace. Been waiting over 2 hours for a call back, that should have been only 15 minutes 🤬

@bt_uk The website link says that super fast broadband is available and I’m still waiting to find out how I can get FTTP? I don’t wan to sign up for a terribly slow connection for 24 months if there is a better alternative. Thanks.

@bt_uk I was on a payment plan paying the amount agreed and you cut me off then due to the internet issues I've been having i was told no engineers would be coming to the property so not only have I got no service but I now have had engineers come unplanned sort it out bt

If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

@bt_uk Hello @bt_uk Can I replace my Halo1 broadband & landline with 4G broadband & landline, due to slow connection & fibre access delayed for 18months or longer, for the same price, perhaps with EE 100GB or 200GB limit.

@bt_uk Says no known issues but we've had a flashing red broadband icon all day. Occasionally the router will go to steady blue or green but then back to flashing red. Heard rumours of issues locally but nothing confirmed.

@bt_uk Well I have only been paying for by sport so I can watch MotoGP but over the last year every time I go to watch it the mini connectors break !!! I have had many many pairs sent even a engineer popes round and stated all is ok and a week later 🥱😩 not working again have been told

@btbusinesscare can you please explain why after speaking to one of your colleagues on 21 Dec, who confirmed we would have NO LOSS of service while our copper broadband connection is being upgraded to fibre, we discovered today that we have NO broadband? Completely unacceptable.
