    @bt_uk my internet has been down since 9.08am and you’re giving a fix time of 14.08pm so 5 hours that I’m unable to work and I also won’t be paid as I cannot do my job without wifi and as an agency worker if I can’t work I don’t get paid

    Hello @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach how can it take 3 weeks , to not resolve a broadband dropping issue in a Manchester property. Our broadband is off.. and seemingly no-one know why.

    Thank You so Much Sian- BT_UK Team for helping me restore my internet connection i have been @bt_uk since 2013 never had an issue only sometimes but thats fixed within mins today i had the issue after so many years sian helped me fix it within 35 mins thank you again

    @bt_uk Hi , we have moved over to you from sky & our broadband will be connected on 28th March. I've created a BT login but I can't access my email as I want my email address to be a BT one. I've tried several times but no luck.

    @bt_uk disappointed you've disconnected my 98 year old relative and left her without a phone service until Monday. Because of confusion her bill was paid on Friday. £17! But you'd already disconnected her.Spent too long with logistics to be told it will be Monday. Disgraceful.

    @bt_uk we have had no internet for 4 days. Engineer came say did temp fix and then engineer for road broke connection on Tuesday. No engineer has turned up today even though I spoke to BT yesterday twice who confirmed they would come. No dongle…Most of street without internet 😡

    @bt_uk Still not working. Signing up for the £32pm full broadband and not getting past the 'set up your bt id' screen, after the DD info. Tried safari, Firefox and a new install Chrome too. When I type in my email id, do I need to tick 'I will need a bt email'?

    @abbyaug @bt_uk It isn’t good enough but sadly all too symptomatic of a national trend that places boardroom bonuses, shareholder dividends, and “efficiency savings” (cuts) ahead of employing sufficient frontline staff to provide high quality customer service.

    @bt_uk Dear Mr Jansen, we emailed you yesterday because we are at a loss, we don’t know what to do. We were open for 3 weeks so far with NO INTERNET AND LANDLINE FOR 14 DAYS and the problem is still ongoing.

    It's taken hours to try to communicate what actually should have been an easy issue to resolve. No willingness by @bt_uk to accommodate disability. I've asked repeatedly for someone who can help, but nobody will & they hung up with impatience on my Relay UK attempt. 9/x

    @btbusinesscare As this happened some years ago there is no need to look into it further. You did cancel the bill eventually so I did not have to pay it but it was a stressful time.
