    @bt_uk can’t get on a live chat! We can’t get so Wi-fi signal to the back bedrooms of the house. We’ve had the smart hub for the last 4 years is there an upgrade?

    @skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

    @bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

    @bt_uk eventually get through and you guys tell me I'm wrong about my Internet intermittent issues your agents are rude and then hung up on me. 50 mins on the phone to be hung up on.

    @bt_uk your cancellation process for BT sport is an absolute joke. 5 seconds online to subscribe but you want a phonecall 30 days ahead of time to cancel? Cancelled the direct debit but apparently this doesn't cancel the product. Now having to pay 2 months balance. Garbage

    @kien1974 @BritishTelecom @bt_uk In my experience, most companies have a customer services email address on their websites, or provide an online form. I'll check to see if their DMs are open; but in any event, they could have replied with a request to DM, if they really don't want their customers to email them.

    @btbusinesscare All I want is simple help about what to do with my recently deceased father in laws account? So unhelpful! Been advised to add my name to an online account which my 84year old did not have!! As if this isn't a difficult enough time for my family!!!
