Emailed the ELC team on Friday about the issues, someone called first thing this morning and had escalated things with @WeAreOpenreach to have an engineer out this afternoon…. And surprise surprise, OpenReach failed to turn up again (3rd failure)
-
𝓛𝓸𝓻𝓮𝓵𝓵𝓪 (@SultryNephalem) reported@bt_uk I wouldn't be leaving if you had sorted my tech issues over the last 2 years. I find it very coincidental that I am switching and I have my problems turned up to 11! And my cancellation fee is MORE than I was quoted the day I was looking at leaving!
-

Pam Medlock (@PamMedlock) reported@bt_uk It won’t! I have spoken to at least 6 different people for hours to sort the problem. I was told to buy a new phone which I was assured BT would pay for if it didn’t fix the problem. It didn’t and you won’t pay. 😫
-
Steve George (@Baggieboy1888) reported@bt_uk paying refunds with a cheque. In 2026. Obviously their hope / expectation is that with ever fewer bank branches the recipient will deem it too much of a hassle to pay it in. Even for those that do they are earning interest until the cheque is cleared. Poor show.
-
Ramnish Kalsi (@ramnishkalsi) reported@bt_uk you have one of the worst set top boxes ever. Keeps glitching and restarts on its own. I was told it was WiFi issue but connecting via Ethernet plugs that you provided hasn’t fixed it. I am in a contract - what ar my options ? I don’t want to go to the ombudsman (yet).
-
