    Yet another broadband fault @bt_uk - This is beyond the joke now, between sky and bt, no one can fix it. Can someone just provide me with a decent service. It's not like I'm in the middle of nowhere, I'm in Runcorn ffs. Sooner full fibre is installed the better.

    2/2 @sky Repeated calls made. Called again tonight explained the issues again for the third time and promised a call back in 72 hours and that’s after an escalation. I’m sure @bt_uk or @virginmedia would love a very loyal customer.
