  @ArsenalStaffs22 @btsportfootball @btsport Yes I know that, doesn't change the fact Premier league sides are still spending big to the point where it doesn't matter if you're elite, you can still spend fortunes. As for Leicester, I'm not sure that was the spending that stopped them,sokw bad decisions at that club recently

  Dear @bt_uk - for 6 weeks I have had a wholly unreliable WiFi signal. So far I have had 2 engineers to the house & 2 to the outside set up. I am using the chat function again to speak with one of your colleagues for what is now the 8th or 9th time. There is no consistency, I have to relay the problem each time & each time they have another trick to try. I am getting nowhere with fixing the problem & just going around in circles.   If you want shocking customer service contact @bt_uk they brag how good their service is. I found it shocking book appointment wait for them then they cancel by text don’t even have the manners to call you.

  Hugely frustrated by @bt_uk ad @BTGroup call centre when trying to renew my broadband. I am told that existing customers can get unlimited landline mins for £12pm but only the new customers price of £18pm is coming up as an option. No one in the call centre knows why. No solution
