    So annoying when your given a date for broadband installation sat in all morning and no one has been in touch to explain it’s been delayed for 3 weeks and then it will be reviewed still in confirmed date so now have no network as it has cancelled my current network 😡 @bt_uk

    @bt_uk hi, I’ve had an ongoing issue with a home move since last week. Apparently it’s being dealt with - this morning I’ve just received an email asking if I want the move cancelled. I don’t. I’m in the property. I’ve been messaging about this for some days now.

    @bt_uk With the greatest respect due, Aisling. There’s always a fault. ‘We’re experiencing problems in the area’ is a monthly thing then I just get £15 off my bill at the end of the month. Why I even bother @‘ing you guys in the first place when the issue never gets fixed, I don’t know.

    @bt_uk Please can you pay your shareholders less and employ more customer services representatives. 2nd time my mum’s engineer cancelled with no communication. Elderly lady left with no landline or broadband. And me hanging on the line again!

    14th April - hub arrives. Plug it in, still flashes either orange or purple. At this point, I still have some sort of weird faith that has a paying customer @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp will fix it. Spoiler alert; no they won’t.

    17th April - you guessed it..engineer visit is showing on website as ‘completed’. No-one showed up, no one called me. Cue another 30 min conversation with @bt_uk customer service
