Anyone would think you didn’t want to know, or help, with a customer issue?

I have 2 other set top boxes of better quality without contract and this is the only one with contract but of poor quality.

I've just tried to ring the Restaurant and the line is still constantly engaged. Ring the number yourself Come on BT go the extra mile. Support local businesses.
