    Please can you sort out the issues with the WiFi and YouView box @bt_uk I’ve. It been able tousle my TV since Tuesday. I’ve rebooted the box 4 times and keep getting error code YVM302. The WiFi isn’t great either. #BTTV #IDontNeedThis

    @bt_uk I placed an order for Broadband & Digital Voice yesterday, only to find that the order has been partially cancelled in the order tracking page. I'm worried the existing broadband connection with BT will be disconnected as it's only saying the phone service will continue.

    @bt_uk It’s taken over 1 month still with no service as the engineer told us today that they cannot activate the port on the street. Very unhappy with your service I shall be looking for new internet providers as this is unacceptable
