    Officially opted out of #digitalvoice. Ignored and landline still taken away. Since 25th March we have no working phone line from the previous telephone point. The 'new digital service' is unusable. Numerous calls / emails from us and no resolution by @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph

    @bt_uk No other issues and on the console when I do the test I hit about 118mbs and around the same on xbox but xbox shows I lose about 1/2% packet loss

    @bt_uk hi, I have FTTP 150mbps down and 30 up but I'm having issues on my ps5/ xsx with packet loss . Any idea on what I can do as I've never had this issue when I was with ee and wireless

    @bt_uk 1 month & still not connected to the broadband. @WeAreOpenreach never sent a completion code so our order timed out & we had to start all over. Was told we’re going to be added to a priority list for tomorrow but been told it’s not happening and new date is 21/4! WTF, BT?!

    @bt_uk Wireless and connected to the 5ghz as its not possible to connect them to the smart hub. I get a decent signal of about 80% but judt random days I'm getting packet loss which makes online games impossible

    @bt_uk I have been trying to get support for a True Key issue, but told by help line that support poor "as no-one uses it" and cut off after 40 minutes. Please can you tell me where to contact to get proper support?
