    Global pandemic, everyone trying to pull together to help each other. Banks offering mortgage holidays, Sky offering a pause service to there sports subscription... BT charging 3 months cancellation fees. Can’t wait until everyone just cancel the direct debits #btsport #goingbust

    Massively disappointed with @bt_uk my mam is in tears with how she has been treated by customer services. Had no phone line for weeks due to a fault then charged loads of timeline charges. Transferred through to a number of staff no one in BT has ever heard of a timeline charge??

    @bt_uk still awaiting a phone call update about my order that dates back to October... meant to be up and running last week and no apparent reason why @OpenreachHelp have not sorted the ducting issue. I have to teach my students remotely, a 4g mini hub is not good enough.

    Dammit @bt_uk were looking into a @btsport problem for me. My account looks like it's all working, but it's not.. Payment issue. However, I can't actually pay them, because my account says I owe nothing. Kick off is at 18:00 :(

    What is wrong with your broadband connection @bt_uk ? I’ve been experiencing slow connections and constant random disconnections (yellow flashing light) over the past 2 weeks. It’s getting a bit ridiculous now.

    @bt_uk This is so Bad!! 7 visits since the new-year to try to rectify our broadband. My husband has spent over an hour on gthe phone to you. We are rural, running a business and in lockdown!! Please address this problems Now!Your advert says you will!!! Official complaint coming!
