    @bt_uk Maybe the first thing BT should do is put something out and admit that there is a problem. I can tell you my problem is since 11.30 am as that’s when my Ring cameras have stopped

  • shane_newtons Shane Newton (@shane_newtons) reported

    @bt_uk what's going on with the Internet? None of my Alexa enabled stuff works and I don't seem to be the only person with the problem. Please provide an update

  • Trev1878 Michael (@Trev1878) reported

    @bt_uk @SToumazi Same problem here. Smart Speakers (Alexa) has gone off too.

  • coach_ry1 Ry (@coach_ry1) reported

    @bt_uk Sure did, however, judging by the thousands of tweets you have it would appear as though this issue is somewhat bigger than just me. Is there any way I can get an update at all? Manage some kind of expectation?

  • tatoemonkey Tatoemonkey🏉🏉🏉🏉🏉 (@tatoemonkey) reported

    @bt_uk @greg9rovers Same problem here @bt_uk

  • Damn_It_Robbb Rob (@Damn_It_Robbb) reported

    @bt_uk @ring_uk all Ring devices offline, internet is working fine though. Clearly an issue between Ring and BT, sort it out now.

  • astableford Al (@astableford) reported

    @tedkoppel13 @kernowimmigrant @bt_uk A colleague of mine is also having issues. Working this morning, now not working. Some websites load, but unable to get to anything Autodesk related. Maybe routing issues across the Atlantic?

  • GoonerRobUK Rob Northam (@GoonerRobUK) reported

    @Bt_uk, got a high number of working home users unable to hit certain sites, all of these are on BT broadband, are you experiencing routing issues today?

  • Matty_reid42 Matthew Reid (@Matty_reid42) reported

    @a13xyZZZ @bt_uk Also having an issue over in Northern Ireland. BT broadband, wired connection.

  • djspares DJ Spares (@djspares) reported

    @bt_uk Multiple sites and apps don't work through BT router but work just fine using mobile data - the fault is with BT despite your "customer support / engineers" saying it's not, just look at all the reports.
