    @bt_uk Is there an issue with emails? Everytime I try to log in/check my emails I receive an "unexpected error has occurred" message. This happens on both my phone and laptop?

    @bt_uk Really disappointed in the customer service received this week. Activation should have been over a week ago but still no 𝗪𝗶𝗳𝗶 and no timescales for sorting this out. Despite many promises that your team would call us we still have no idea what is happening.

    So despite the fact @BTCare can't fix my broadband until 10th December, they still want to charge me £96 to cancel. And the mini hub they sent is useful for browsing, but it's not really up to working from home.

    Oh brilliant - finally got through to @bt_uk after an hour of trying. They don't like that I'm pissed off, so have just ended the call. Fantastic customer service right there.

    @btsport I'm trying to login to my account on my tablet & mobile but I keep receiving error messages saying I don't have any BT Sports ID. I have my account by virtue of being ann EE phone customer & have been using the BT Sports app for over 12 months. Can you resolve this issue
