@bt_uk Is there an issue with emails? Everytime I try to log in/check my emails I receive an "unexpected error has occurred" message. This happens on both my phone and laptop?

@bt_uk are saying my routers faulty. @Onestream_UK are saying it’s BT resetting the dns at 7-9pm at night. Can I have an honest answer to why my internet is resetting at its busiest time every night please? I can’t see anyone else having the same problems.

@bt_uk I need my line tested and I need an update on my broadband, there isn’t enough hours in the day to wait for an answer! Still on hold but now will have to hang up again and try tomorrow- crazy!!

@bt_uk Finally, after 97 days my elderly father’s broadband is back online! Please can you contact me to discuss compensation for this woeful service. So pleased it is fixed, so annoyed it took so long.

@bt_uk Yes I finally got through after holding for 30 minutes. Its ridiculous to force customers to do this when it would be perfectly simple to do it online like all other things one CAN do online. This is simply a £££ mechanism to make it very difficult to reduce or terminate services
