@bt_uk Is there an issue with emails? Everytime I try to log in/check my emails I receive an "unexpected error has occurred" message. This happens on both my phone and laptop?

@bt_uk my broadband is down because there’s an electrical fault at the cabinet. I have a mini hub but it seems to be throttled. On the same mobile network I get 100 down and about 10 up but on the hub, 5ghz or 2.4ghz I get 20 down and 5 up. Is it throttled?

@bt_uk Unable to report repeated loss of broadband signal as all they do is test the speed and we get no further down the repair line. It’s poor over most of our area.

@bt_uk very frustrating. My broadband connection went live 2 days ago but my Smart Hub 2 still hasn’t arrived and when I called customer service yesterday I couldn’t get a straight answer. It says dispatch delayed on track my order but for how long?!

@bt_uk I need help ASAP. I’ve been trying to connect to the WiFi on my PC for the past hour however it will say in connected to the WiFi but not the internet, when I look for the problem it says DNS Server not responding, I have an important class to attend to in 2 hours!! HELP.
