  Are you ******* kidding me. I moved to @bt_uk less than a month ago to get an ay from the constant outages from virgin media but they've been even worse. 4 broadband outages tonight alone. One month into a 24 month contract this **** is unacceptable.

  @Tonysmini @OpenreachHelp The provider has updated me 8 weeks running with a simple no news response. No updates as to where in the process we are. I have zero faith left in the service @bt_uk provides and doubt the paperwork for clearance through cadence was ever filled out.

  Massive thank you to Liam ( sorry, I don’t take surname) @bt_uk customer service who not only helped solved a problem with my emails yesterday but contacted me again this morning to check everything was working ok. 👏👏
