@bt_uk Is there an issue with emails? Everytime I try to log in/check my emails I receive an "unexpected error has occurred" message. This happens on both my phone and laptop?

@btsport @btsportcricket Have you enabled former BT Broadband users to buy the monthly pass yet? Currently they can’t. Ring the call centre? ‘It’s a digital product, we don’t support it’. Disgraceful attempt to force cricket fans into an annual contract. @ofcom are looped in - yet you do nothing. Why?

Days after 6-day power outage, elderly parents informed by @bt_uk their copper landline to be replaced by VOIP this Dec. VOIP needs home elec, copper doesn't. Future long power cuts will leave elderly people completely isolated. Where r the mitigations BT, @Ofcom, @CommonsDCMS?
