  @bt_uk Is there an issue with emails? Everytime I try to log in/check my emails I receive an "unexpected error has occurred" message. This happens on both my phone and laptop?

  Generally quick to moan at poor customer service so for a change a positive post about @bt_uk. Called earlier to look at changing tariffs due to increased prices. Lloyd was helpful, cheerful and upgraded me, saving me money as well. #GoodSkliis.

  @bt_uk @MartinSLewis look into asap why you have cut me off internet when I’m in contract, my wife is diabetic & there is now risk of life due to notableto check blood sugar. I am being passed around& no one will help us. Will u only help if she dead or I. Hospital

  @bt_uk your service is shocking. My activation date for my broadband was the 14th December. I'm still without use of the broadband as it didn't activate. Joke

  Love spending 2 hours of my evening waiting for a scheduled call from @bt_uk which never happened. 9 days after my activation date and I feel like I'm stuck in an infinite time loop where every "update" I receive only serves to inform me when I should expect the next update 😞

  @bt_uk why have you cut my family and I off internet causing risk of life due to vulnerable customer when we are in contract fully paid & you were installing full fibre to our house. You are risking my wife’s life by doing this please fix asap & contact me
