@MarkWil56852709 @TiceRichard @GaryLineker Because it’s only bbc sports pundits, speaking out against a right-wing Tory government, and the language used, that are being censored? Also: Gary worked for btsport until 2021, because he’s a freelancer. They never had a problem with him.

@bt_uk No. You've had enough chances. Your service is rubbish, your hardware isn't fit for purpose. Contract or no contract we've arranged for another provider to come and install. You can stick your product where the sun won't shine.

  • MadCornishBiker Allan (@MadCornishBiker) reported

@bt_uk 🧵/ The strangest going is that it appears to be less a case of nothing working, than connection being delayed or even halted. When I oognon I get the message "please sign in to the Internet. When I do, a browser screen loads and displays the message "you do not have 👉

@bt_uk 2/2 and every complaint is conveniently blamed on @OpenreachHelp. I don’t pay my bill to them, I pay it to BT. @WeAreOpenreach won’t invest in rural broadband but BT happily take the money anyway.

  • andy_rostron Andy Rostron 🥃☸️💚🇪🇺 (@andy_rostron) reported

@bt_uk No point Paddy. I’ve had this debate for the last 15 years where BT have consistently reduced the guaranteed minimum speed from a depressing 5mbps to a woeful 0.5mbps and I’m supposed to grateful for paying £50pm for a practically useless service. 1/2

@NoPartyJustUSA @WBCBaseball @btsport That sucks! When will these buffoons get it that the more they show on tv the more fans they'll have? I just don't get it at all

  • yahyapatel yahyatuts (@yahyapatel) reported

@thecarolemalone He did not say it on a #BBC network. Would it be OK for him to say it on @btsport

  • SZeitblom Neil Schofield-Hughes 🔶 🇪🇺 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇺🇦 (@SZeitblom) reported

@bt_uk I have been having persistent outages and - after your technician reset my hub remotely- it has now crashed altogether. I now have an engineer booked for next week. But I am apparently still expected to pay for the service I’m not getting and for using my phone as a 1/2

  • Lord_Swindon Lord Swindon (@Lord_Swindon) reported

@bt_uk As of last Wednesday I have no broadband at all. The website still shows the above notice of issues since December 13th, and the 150 telephone message has had "There is a problem at your local exchange... hope to repair in two hours" since Wednesday. [more]

@MadCornishBiker @bt_uk Hi Allen, as a longstanding BT customer I signed up to upgrade to full fibre on 23 Jan. I was told typically installation would be in 5 days. All this time later and nothing has been done apart from sending me the router and charging me double what they should per month.
