redginger44 (@redginger44) reported@bt_uk I have raised a complaint and you already wish to close it I can’t access my account and realise I am paying more for BT sport I don’t have the time to make phone calls and clearly I am not valued as a long standing customer I left EE for same reason.

If it's cheaper for you, you can give me a share of your savings. I had no choice over the digital voice downgrade. @openreach will have to trespass to install it. Faye Carter (@FayeLcarter) reported@bt_uk @bt_uk you've now sent me a text to say complaint closed with no way of even finding how to reply to the initial complaint YOU raised. I now have a WiFi extender, upgraded fibre broadband with instructions for a Smart Hub 3. Do I have a smart hub 3? Nope.
