    @bt_uk Is there an issue with emails? Everytime I try to log in/check my emails I receive an "unexpected error has occurred" message. This happens on both my phone and laptop?

    @bt_uk Information sent, any explanation would be useful, we are currently having to take leave/ pass duties to relief colleagues, and BT insist on either emailing or relying on us having to drive to somewhere to get signal to ring to get fobbed off.

    @bt_uk I need to renew my contract but every time I try I'm just seeing a message saying personalised offers aren't available. I've been told to call value team but due to hearing issues this isn't really best option for me. I just want to renew online.

    Your app asks me to use Livechat. I then complete ALL of the details to do so & then get told there are no agents available even to do Livechat. @bt_uk really surpassing themselves in the terrible customer service area here. (Over half an hour on hold now)

    After numerous calls to @bt_uk in regards to slow broadband speeds I was assured that the speeds I was getting, were the best possible. I placed a broadband order with @SkyUK who took over the line and now I’m getting and extra 20mbs for £10 less. BT “capping” customers.
