  @bt_uk Is there an issue with emails? Everytime I try to log in/check my emails I receive an "unexpected error has occurred" message. This happens on both my phone and laptop?

  @bt_uk It seems that since it moved to HBO Max, this is no longer the case & is now baked into my contract alongside broadband. I don't recall at any time being asked about this & I have always understood it to be a rolling commitment. Please explain this situation and how I can cancel.

  Just cancelled my @bt_uk broadband and TNT sport contracts after a half hour verbal ding **** with one of their team in Belfast questioning my decision making and slagging off my new supplier as 'I've never heard of them'. Stay strong folks.

  @measlewolf @bt_uk Steve @bt_uk are a terrible company, they did the same with my mom & dad,hours of calls & still couldn't rectify what they'd done,they disconnected their phone & then promised they would reconnect it with the same number they'd had for 50 years....1 year ago & they still haven't

  @bt_uk That number doesn’t work for me! Automated and asks for various things except for what I need, which is updates!!!!! 9 days and no news!! What do I do now!? No one will help!!!!

  @bt_uk Last Wednesday, my elderly mother and I phoned BT about the new digital landline service. Everything was arranged for the 28th August. Today, we received a letter from BT saying 'Sorry you're leaving' and a letter from EE who seem to assume we're changing to them. WTF?

  @bt_uk Well so far when speaking to people he's just been fobbed off with 'well it should be happening as we speak so he feels like people aren't actually really trying to help him so he's reluctant to ring again snd is now stuck between 2 phones....

  @bt_uk It’s not an issue of him not being on top of bills and it definitely needs looking into - he’s over £800 in credit yet he’s still having more money taken from him every month. There is no need for any phone provider to be charging such a huge amount for calls etc.
