@bt_uk can someone please contact me regarding complaining about firstly, the damage your engineer did when he drilled through our water pipe, and secondly, how it’s being dealt with. My husband would like to speak to someone please and there’s no contacts for this sort of thing

  • stewart_1979 stewart robinson (@stewart_1979) reported

@bt_uk Service down since 1pm in CB23 postcode and still no service The fact you have a monopoly in this area doesn't mean you can provide a poor service

  • RedJolt Derelict Geodesic Dome, MA☭ (@RedJolt) reported

@KeefJudge @bt_uk I hope they know that that’s insane and that they are bad people for that!

  • KeefJudge Keith Judge (@KeefJudge) reported

@IAmCodeNinja @RedJolt @bt_uk It's still my problem if they decide they didn't receive it and charge me.

  • ahj321 ahj321💙standing with 🇺🇦 (@ahj321) reported

@bt_uk Just a quick thank you to the person who has helped me with my Mum’s account. I thought the issue would take ages to resolve, but he’s sorted it over one phone call (sorry I don’t know his name). 💐

  • andysc Andy Stanford-Clark (@andysc) reported

@jtonline @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk yes… well, the engineer this morning did ask “has that light been anything other than red in the last few days”. I laughed, as we’d just been discussing the broken cable he’d spotted as he drove past it. “I had to ask” - no you didn’t!

  • KeefJudge Keith Judge (@KeefJudge) reported

@IAmCodeNinja @RedJolt @bt_uk I'm with Zen now. Not because of any problems with BT, but because I needed a static IP for work, which BT don't do for residential properties. I paid an early contract end fee (cos I couldn't wait) and BT still nagged about their kit.

  • nphackett54 NpH1 (@nphackett54) reported

@bt_uk Please help you are leaving me without broadband for 2 weeks as you have no engineers - desperate customer

  • RedJolt Derelict Geodesic Dome, MA☭ (@RedJolt) reported

@KeefJudge @bt_uk You’re just going to have to accept that I have no useful advice and just feel like shouting about some ******* company I’m afraid

  • IamBrutos Brutos (@IamBrutos) reported

@lorrainemking @bt_uk As someone who works in the tech industry and worked on broadband previously for years always switch when your contract ends. Don’t use loyalty to keep you there especially with broadband. I switched from BT to EE(same network)in April and saved about £10 to £12 per month.
