@bt_uk Is there an issue with emails? Everytime I try to log in/check my emails I receive an "unexpected error has occurred" message. This happens on both my phone and laptop?

@bt_uk LISA! Every single adviser is telling me this! Never ever happen. Confirm this complaint is still open and a manager has accessed the complaint/account since last time we spoke 1 or 2 weeks ago.

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp 2 weeks ago you came to my house to fit fibre&caused thousands of pounds worth of damage by bursting a pipe under my floor.I'm still waiting for a phonecall back& replies 2 my emails(I've rang over 10 times now!)If I owed you £££s it'd be a different story!

@mrwebreviews @bt_uk Maybe they should give us a 40-45% reduction in the price we're paying if we're only getting a percentage of the service we're paying for... oh wait, I'm sure there is a clause in their T&C's to screw us over!

@bt_uk Hello. I received a letter this morning informing me one of your customers was taking over my phone service. It offers a cancellation of the order - and was told on transfer to the order department that this wasn't possible. Can someone get back to me, please?

Annoyed with @bt_uk who have put back the installation of fibre to Integra Towers until 16th April from today. The fibre has been installed to the property but now weeks before they can apparently connect it. #FAIL
