    @bt_uk Is there an issue with emails? Everytime I try to log in/check my emails I receive an "unexpected error has occurred" message. This happens on both my phone and laptop?

    @bt_uk Hi again. On your status checker it says the problem has been fixed. The broadband came back on for one hour but now again is not working. Also my neighbours broadband (who is with you too) is not working.

    @btsport why do we pay for HD on your subscription when only BTsport1 & 2 have the quality.... BTsport3 and the rest are ****!!!!

    @virginmedia @bt_uk hi guys, a few of the landline phone lines are not working in my Mums street in Cheltenham so far her and two neighbours have no dialling tone, who would this be reported to please? My Mum is with Virgin but the other neighbours aren’t, thanks.

    @bt_uk Absolutely shocked and disgusted by your lack of customer care. I ordered super fast fibre broadband Nov 20, and had engineer out 22 Dec 20, Couldnt install, Came back 22 Jan 2021, fibre brought to door, couldnt install because of covid restrictions. 1/2

    And @bt_uk didn't call me back that is 4 times this week. 35 days without internet, no solution in sight. From what I can work out the original fibre order which failed was never cancelled. Every subsequent order was a regrade on a line that didn't exist. THEY DID THIS 5 TIMES!
