Simon (@thfcsimonm) reported@bt_uk I’ve tried that twice. It takes 20 minutes to get through and then I’m sat on the phone a further half hour while your operatives ‘ look into it ‘ and then promise the problem will be resolved. Each phone call is over an hour !!!

James Sadler (@JSads1983) reported@bt_uk Thank you, but these were engineers, who wanted to gain access to my home even though I hadn't approved a visit. When asked for ID, they became rude. They left and then attempted to come back later. Again, with no ID or any official looking job sheet.

Nix's (@nickinoonoos) reported@bt_uk why can we not talk to an operator anymore, dyk how, annoying it is, when no one will pick up the call and you have no WIFi for 5 weeks now and all I get told is "there's a network error" Well sort the issue, you are quick to take payment, which I will be claiming back
