@bt_uk Is there an issue with emails? Everytime I try to log in/check my emails I receive an "unexpected error has occurred" message. This happens on both my phone and laptop?

I hate having to do this but it is a joke that @bt_uk @BTGroup cannot connect my broadband for 4 months! FOUR MONTHS! Twitter seems to be the only way I can get a response. I’ve been with them for years but this is the worst experience of any company I’ve ever had.

@bt_uk Sorry, are you actually saying that to contact someone about a Wifi issue I have to make a phone call? Is this not the 21st Century? This clearly isn't the actual case so I'd appreciate you getting in touch with someone who can provide an answer.

@bt_uk hi engineer finally installed broadband however ive been told now you can't bring my old phone number over which was promised. I need that number. Please help
