@bt_uk Is there an issue with emails? Everytime I try to log in/check my emails I receive an "unexpected error has occurred" message. This happens on both my phone and laptop?

@bt_uk ever since we have had broadband fitted with you we have had constant issues with the phone crackling and dropping out connection. Set up wires left everywhere then a price hike for the privilege. Can’t ever phone as line so bad! They are NEW phones so it’s not them.

@bt_uk This is ridiculous. I have had nothing but problems and issues since I purchased the plan. Changed it from what is on hub to something I will remember however I don’t understand now why it’s kicking me off my own WiFi and stating incorrect. Now it’s dancing blue and green...

Why am I paying - premium @bt_uk for WiFi... I can’t even enjoy in bed. Renting a small one bed flat. The gaff isn’t big at all. The signal should be able to reach! You seriously forcing me to part with more cash to get basic coverage is ridiculous and outrageous!

@bt_uk signed up for BTsport for £15 per month on the 19th September, why am I being charged £19. I was told by your customer service the price wouldn’t go up since I signed up after the 1st of September ( yes I have the conversation saved) this is mis selling.
