Even recalling any part of this mess will make me lose my temper and I’ve already spent hours. My monthly bills have gone from £125 to over £500. Why? BT has no answer.

Just as well i rang @bt_uk at 5pm to find out. Since I was warned that I would be charged £50 if I was not in im expecting some comp!

Adam Darke (@adarkelimited) reported@bt_uk you’ll be hard pushed to find a worse company than these guys in the UK. Appalling customer service, terrible turnaround times for installing, hopeless comms, mistakes everywhere and you always end up carrying the stress and cost. Go with anyone else.
