    @bt_uk Is there an issue with emails? Everytime I try to log in/check my emails I receive an "unexpected error has occurred" message. This happens on both my phone and laptop?

    @bt_uk When a customer cancels a service it is considered good practice to actually cancel that service, rather than bill them for that service causing them even more financial distress. You've already had 2 years of payments for a service we can't use because your tv box broke.

    @bt_uk Absolutely embarrassing the state of this wifi. Absolutely 0 transparency whatsoever. The wifi goes down (presumably) for alot of people and your response is to say 'it's fine, there's no issues whatsoever'

    @bt_uk what is happening with the outage in Wokingham??? What's caused it and the estimate for fixing has been increased by 24hrs! Off since 3pm and now not expected fixing till 6pm tomorrow?

    Looking for #broadband options in #UK ? Don’t fall in the same trap I did with @bt_uk . Not only has the service been extremely slow (especially on upload speeds) and inconsistent but they make it very near impossible to rectify and back out of contract! @WhichUK @UKConsumerRight

    @bt_uk Hello mate Your WiFi is very bad and it is costing me 14 wins in champs. I go in the game and then get disconnected and if I'm losing at the time I lose. If I'm winning I get nothing. Bullshit system from @EAHelp but I get why it's like that Cheers Scfc_finlay

    @bt_uk My father has had the most appalling customer service. After 3 weeks of speaking with 12 advisors, being put on hold for long periods of time to be cut off! All because his BT sports won't connect. BT is there anyone you employ who can actually do there jobs&sort this?

    @bt_uk Why do we have to pay for 100mb 1gb down £60 yet cityfibre and a few others is 1gb up 1gb down and costs from £30?
