  • bph73 Ben (@bph73) reported

@bt_uk Yeah, BT have increased my monthly bill for broadband because of inflation and their need to invest in their network. But prices for new customers haven't changed, doesn't seem like BT are treating their customers fairly. @TheFCA

@PawelNotts @bt_uk @19904L I can't even get them to install it never mind sustain it. Lies, promises and no action

  • zachary_garber Gregg Hickman (@zachary_garber) reported

@BridgnorthWolf @SkyUK @bt_uk My expectation of good customer service is big & Sky don’t give a **** & it gets worse the longer you stay with them. If I thought it would get even worse, I would’ve cancelled. They did nothing about reducing broadband speeds. They are already higher with our new provider.

@bt_uk I have received message through my last tweet, text messages and spoken to an assistant. They are unable to help as she doesn’t fit your criteria for support. My Mum is still 75 with dementia, living alone and no landline. She has no ability to use a mobile.

  • FriedMarsBar CountDuckula (@FriedMarsBar) reported

@virginmedia @bt_uk can you help me out? Virgin have charged me a late payment fee, their fault and also won't let me access their 'social tariff' as I receive legacy benefits...sick of them.

  • bph73 Ben (@bph73) reported

@bt_uk what's the email address of your complaint department? Can't find it on the "contact us" section of your website

  • FeelitWorking aka James Bond (@FeelitWorking) reported

@bt_uk I used to have an old 1960s line that went from pole to front corner of house, down the side, through the wall and in to a cupboard in the hall. I want a new install in the same place, but can't check before ordering. Neighbours said they were not given any option on fitting.
