@bt_uk Is there an issue with emails? Everytime I try to log in/check my emails I receive an "unexpected error has occurred" message. This happens on both my phone and laptop?

@bt_uk Really? You have left my elderly vulnerable relatives without their essential landline for nearly a week! They have no way of communicating with anyone. They have been left at risk, with no access to any support or emergency services in the middle of winter. #BT_uk

@bt_uk can you explain why my in-laws who are both in their late 80’s have had no phone or internet for the past two weeks? BT have been contacted several times with ‘promises’ it will be dealt with, but to date they have no phone service. It’s winter, they need the phone

Since our regretful broadband “upgrade” by @bt_uk over a month ago, one of the many problems has been that we have been unable to use the Apps on BT tv. Really wish I could turn back the clock 😩

@bt_uk Not a fault, a disconnection. Reported 4 times since Saturday. Extremely vulnerable people left without any communication. Open Reach scheduled for FRIDAY. A whole week! No way to treat the elderly, disgusting
