@btsport absolutely livid at how horrible your service is. I have not been able to watch last night's UFC replay due how shoddy your video player app is. Can't believe how inconsistent it is and how badly it performs. I will be looking for a refund for the weeks it is broken.

@btsport 26 seconds of fast forwarding and it crashes. 26 ******* seconds. The UFC app works fine. SORT YOUR ******* **** OUT. I’d ask for my money back but all I want is to watch the fights. 🖕

@btsport please fix your stream for last night’s UFC on your app! This is the second time on a fight card it’s been unwatchable and just shuts down after a few seconds saying error! I’ve tried multiple devices and even using my data. Paying money for nothing here.
