@bt_uk Is there an issue with emails? Everytime I try to log in/check my emails I receive an "unexpected error has occurred" message. This happens on both my phone and laptop?

@bt_uk Your staff are officially the stupidest people on the planet. Even when you get an official complaint your staff lie and then do not carry out the steps they say they would. Your staff continually lie and now no internet for 2-4 weeks because of a mess you created.

@MemesYumey @bt_uk Emailed the BT shop yesterday morning. Couldn't get the live chat to open all day unfortunately. Just hoping that they haven't cancelled it. I used a different email in the shop account than my main broadband account, hope that didn't cause an issue.
