@bt_uk Is there an issue with emails? Everytime I try to log in/check my emails I receive an "unexpected error has occurred" message. This happens on both my phone and laptop?

@bt_uk we have had sporadic problems on and off with our broadband cutting out, but it seems to settle after a few days. But over the past few nights the phone has started ringing and then cut out. 1471 shows there has been no call and dial tone is very crackly... (1/2)

@bt_uk I’m an @bt_uk customer. I believe ps5’s will be available for Bt customers to buy soon. I’ve registered interest, however each time there was a drop in Dec I never received an email or code. How do I ensure I get a code?
