@bt_uk Is there an issue with emails? Everytime I try to log in/check my emails I receive an "unexpected error has occurred" message. This happens on both my phone and laptop?

@lollujo @bt_uk I’m not sure if it will be of any use as it’s an expensive fix but in our house we were dropping connection everywhere so what we ordered were these things called DECOS. You’ve probably already seen them, they work really well, we have one deco placed on each floor of the house

@bt_uk useless customer service, phone line dead 8 days ago, twice been promised an engineer would resolve it and twice it didn’t happen, online chat telling us the engineer is working on the fault at the exchange whilst I’m sat looking at the box void of said engineer!!!

@bt_uk So my broadband problem that was “not showing as an issue” yesterday has now left myeloma without internet since yesterday. Same for all my estate. Not good enough especially for those of us working from home for companies supporting the NHS!!!

@bt_uk just want to share a positive note. Internet been dropping out since Friday. Major incident in our area. Called BT and got through within 5minutes. Got a mini hub on it way today and received great customer services by Rob. Well don’t BT in these challenging times.

@lollujo @bt_uk Kev we use a company called italk. We have the fibre optic broadband which £30 a month and we have never had a problem with it, it may be something worth looking into

@virginmedia 1. Complete outage of connection 2.Continuously having to reboot my system 3. Connection keeps breaking Can’t really say you’re the best network provider tbh if continuous people keep having the same issues. @skytv @bt_uk you guys get these issues ?
