@CareHarmony @btbusinesscare Awful how our elderly customers can’t get in touch with us and worry so much that we have closed down . This job has been a mess from word go . What a nightmare and we are losing so much business .

@bt_uk we have had sporadic problems on and off with our broadband cutting out, but it seems to settle after a few days. But over the past few nights the phone has started ringing and then cut out. 1471 shows there has been no call and dial tone is very crackly... (1/2)
