@bt_uk Is there an issue with emails? Everytime I try to log in/check my emails I receive an "unexpected error has occurred" message. This happens on both my phone and laptop?

@bt_uk It has not been delayed. It is a series of failures by BT and your service provider #openreach I was promised a call back today that never came. By all accounts it was the 16th! That is not what I was told during my 90mins call on Saturday.

Hey @bt_uk your disc for complete WiFi is recommending the room the hub is already in as the only suitable location…. Everywhere else is POOR.

@btbusinesscare Thanks but unfortunately we have lost all patience. We can’t handover the commercial property until the line is in. We will go to OFCOM as BT are the customer facing arm for Openreach.
