@bt_uk Is there an issue with emails? Everytime I try to log in/check my emails I receive an "unexpected error has occurred" message. This happens on both my phone and laptop?

I agree. Commentary keeps breaking up in #Lyon @WestHam game. Picture fine. Perhaps @BTCare @BT need to invest in some new outside broadcast equipment. Been a problem only with #BTSport recently on my TV.

@bt_uk Plus we are tired of calling bt to try and get this sorted which we have to call again on the 19th, so we will cancel, a multi million pound company should be able to sort this out, I’ve been with you for years, plenty of offers out there

@VodafoneUK Thanks James. Your anti-fraud team are supposed to be calling back within five working days. TBH I don’t have complete confidence (the initial call back was to up-sell me broadband!). Also, not sure how it’ll rectify situation for @bt_uk customer - concerned she might be cut off.

@bt_uk We were meant to have had a visit this morning, no one appeared. There's meant to have been a problem with link between @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp. Another wasted morning. Not impressed with the weeks this has taken to still be not fixed.

@Athommo1961 @bt_uk Having similar problems, been on going since 7th of this month, was suppose have been sorted and new order place yesterday, no confirmation, so contacted again, now saying no order placed 😡was actually done on phone and Dan? said he'd sorted it all
