@bt_uk Is there an issue with emails? Everytime I try to log in/check my emails I receive an "unexpected error has occurred" message. This happens on both my phone and laptop?

@bt_uk Can you please help accelerate an NHS doctor's broadband connection following a house move? Activation date is given as 7 Jan. No idea why it should take so long when the line is physically connected and phone service is working. Thank you.

Outrageous service from @bt_uk 2nd failed appointment to my 81 year old father. Today you didn't turn up, no phone call or text. I spent over an hour on the phone to you this morning to rearrange. The NHS can role out covid vaccine to the elderly, surely you can turn up!

@mainstandred @btsport if you've updated to iOS14 you'll need to go into Settings on your phone and allow the bt sport app to 'scan for devices'. If you have a CC on same network and you're allowed to cast that should work

@bt_uk We were never offered any sort of refund, only sent bills every month saying the payment was due and now you’re threatening to take her to court for not paying.

@bt_uk the worst service I’ve ever known. I’ve been trying to get my broadband sorted for weeks now. First an engineer never showed up, then the lines damaged and now the crappy dongle you sent me hasn’t even been activated so that I can receive data. Shocking!
