@bt_uk Is there an issue with emails? Everytime I try to log in/check my emails I receive an "unexpected error has occurred" message. This happens on both my phone and laptop?

Can you please help @Btsport with an issue I have accessing the app via Amazon Firestick? When I try and log in, I cannot enter any uppercase characters. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, even using phone as a remote but nothing works.

@bt_uk been on phone 30 mins with 3 different departments trying to find out if they are still attending my appointment they made 2 weeks ago and no one can tell me. This was meant to be a upgrade. Wish I hadn’t of bothered !! Bad service !
