@bt_uk Is there an issue with emails? Everytime I try to log in/check my emails I receive an "unexpected error has occurred" message. This happens on both my phone and laptop?

@btbusinesscare Your own telephone staff said there were problems with the site. All I was trying to do was access our details to change our direct debit. I phoned the helpline and was told there was a problem and to try again in a few days. Still not working last night.
