@bt_uk Is there an issue with emails? Everytime I try to log in/check my emails I receive an "unexpected error has occurred" message. This happens on both my phone and laptop?

@ryanteck @bt_uk It was actually BT (I did check carefully) and yes I can cancel in cooling off period. But it was the repeated misinformation confirmed 3x over as I kept asking to be sure the price was for everything. 1 item in the cost breakdown was an amount never mentioned at all on the call!

@bt_uk I don't appreciate the tone. It certainly did happen. I sent your colleague my postcode and she gave me an estimated time of 23.45 for the issue to be fixed. You can move this forward by finding out what is affecting hundreds of people in South Cumbria, and giving us an update.

@bt_uk Just had my mobile nunber moved from bt to ee, when i call my wife my old number comes up, if i text her it shows a new number which i assume is assigned to the new sim. Please help. Thanks

@bt_uk warning to everyone. BT can disconnect your broadband for no reason. 24 hrs now. 3 1/2 on the phone and 5th advisor tonight. Blind transfer everytime. Disgraceful service

@Phil_in_London @bt_uk Because you need to sell your soul to get useful information out of BT/Openreach... Current estimated clear time for fault BT50461 is 18/05/2022 23:45 (its a fault with a Wholesale Broadband Connect). There were 9 other issues in the Furness region supposedly cleared overnight
