@mrjakehumphrey @btsport I had a dreadful experience cancelling my BT TV contract earlier this year. I was entitled to as the BT email said i could cancel due to the latest price hike. yet a horrible advisor put me on hold for 40 mins “to check that” and then stitched me up trying to….

@bt_uk I want to cancel Britbox. Tried online said I had to contact you. Went via chat and told that as I was a VIP I had to call you … doesn’t sound like very VIP service to me. Free deal runs out 21.6 and I’ve never watched so no need to renew. Can you do without me calling.

@bt_uk In that case, I am no longer responsible for paying for a service I do not receive. Since this is now impacting my work, I'll be swapping provider to someone reliable. Now blocked all outgoing transactions to BT from my bank just to be safe.

@bt_uk So I'm expected to now pay for additional data to cover a faulty service that I'm not receiving? And yes, my entire local area is out yet BT says its all separate issues and nothing is wrong. Looks like I'll be terminating the contract and going over to virgin instead.
