    @bt_uk Is there an issue with emails? Everytime I try to log in/check my emails I receive an "unexpected error has occurred" message. This happens on both my phone and laptop?

    @bt_uk it's bad enough that existing customers are disadvantaged with price increases, but I have to say what disappoints me more is poor customer service. 24 days and counting since I emailed my complaint and not even an acknowledgement to date

    @btsport I cant be the only one who has so many issues with connection trying to watch a rugby game. Code VC526 comes up 5 or 6 times. Tried complaining through web but can’t find anywhere! WiFi connection on all other streaming platforms is great. Please get in touch!

    @bt_uk Why have I got a letter telling me my bills have gone up nearly 15%, if the new customer offer is currently 15% off? I’m paying £82 a month - And if I configure the same package online right now, it’s £45 Inflation can’t only be for existing customers can it?

    @bt_uk I raised a complaint. Took part in online chat today. Not resolved. Agent said they would forward to their manager. I asked for confirmation they will do this. They said yes. Tonight i get email they’ve closed my case. So glad my standards of treating people are better than BTs

    @bt_uk pretty fed up with you lot - you mistakenly removed my landline which took down my internet. I tried to stop you removing landline but you said couldn’t instigate 2 jobs in 1 day Then said phone back update next day Then internet back within 24 hrs Then by 25th Incompetence
