@bt_uk Is there an issue with emails? Everytime I try to log in/check my emails I receive an "unexpected error has occurred" message. This happens on both my phone and laptop?

What a pile of **** the @btsport app has been tonight constant live stream crashes with VC034 error. Never had an issue last season on my Samsung TV (yes it’s updated). Sort it out #Shambles

@bt_uk pay for ‘super fast’ fibre which continuously drops out during the day and means my work is affected. Answer from your caller is they can’t do anything since the problem is intermittent. Unacceptable, paying for a service I can’t use in the day!!!!

Hi, I need to cancel my TV/phone as the speed at the new house is not good. @bt_uk "as soon as you cancel you'll lose your phone number" @bt_uk "ooph, it'll take 14 days to swap the number, bit tricky" Also @bt_uk "obvs cancel policy requires that you pay for 30 more days"
