    @bt_uk Is there an issue with emails? Everytime I try to log in/check my emails I receive an "unexpected error has occurred" message. This happens on both my phone and laptop?

    @bt_uk hi, just had a call from 07857 906161 claiming to be bt and discussing my router replacement due to poor speed! Obviously a scam, but thought i’d let you know in case theres something you can do to stop other people getting calls.

    @bt_uk what a joke. It's been nearly two weeks and I'm still without internet. You keep telling me it's a problem with the line, you say you resolved it and it's still not working. I keep asking for a engineer to come to the house but you keep telling me no. Why can't you fix it

    @bt_uk My landline/Broadband has increased in price by 9% but as a BT pensioner with 30 years service my Pension only increased by 3% based on Aug 2021 CPI.

    @bt_uk It says no known issues, but whenever I try to switch provider, including yourself or upgrade my package with @EE , it says you can offer me 70+mbps but when I get to checkout it goes down to 30 and EE said this was due to this “issue” your fixing.
