@bt_uk Is there an issue with emails? Everytime I try to log in/check my emails I receive an "unexpected error has occurred" message. This happens on both my phone and laptop?

@bt_uk My deal & service received is falsely described, that’s an offence in itself. Brace yourselves BT, this could very well be be up in court & shame on @Ofcom for allowing it all this time. How many more customers are being duped like me?

@bt_uk Got battery back up. But no help on digital voice as BT phones don’t support repeaters. Engineer was lovely but knew nothing about my situation or lack of DECT signal. So no digital phones working in this house no support in power cut. Back to SQ 1

@bt_uk when you’re contacted following the death of a loved one to end contracts & staff insist on speaking to deceased then you’re either grossly incompetent or uncaring or both. You really are a terrible company.

@bt_uk I don’t recommend @bt_uk I have wait 2 weeks for the activation broadband, It was supposed to be on 10th Monday and today they said that I have to wait till 14th Friday to fix the problem. It’s crazy to wait all this time. I have called them every day. So bad 3 weeks of waiting

@bt_uk failed appointment no equipment arrived resulting in disabled lady living alone with no means of communication! BT think it is acceptable to leave this situation for 14 days! Takes BT customer compliant so to call back in 3 days! When no phone line is available!

@lado106 That is the only reason you don't see annoying ads on BBC. Why we never protest for skysports and BTSports wey dey use ads finish person even after paying so much. I really don't have anything against BBC, my annoyance is for @SkySports and @btsport
