@bt_uk Is there an issue with emails? Everytime I try to log in/check my emails I receive an "unexpected error has occurred" message. This happens on both my phone and laptop?

Changing from @bt_uk they’ve left me without internet for days, meaning I’ve been unable to work. I phoned them to open a complaint, they promised to call me back, never bothered, then emailed me saying they’ve closed my complaint?? ******* joke honestly! 🤬

@bt_uk 7 hours of phone calls and 3 weeks later we are no further forward. Inept advice & rude staff doesn’t help the situation. This seems to be the only street in Edinburgh where only bt can be used! How unlucky are we?! 😱😪
