@bt_uk Is there an issue with emails? Everytime I try to log in/check my emails I receive an "unexpected error has occurred" message. This happens on both my phone and laptop?

@bt_uk Call number 6 was made today and I've been promised a call back tomorrow (Friday) at 4.45pm to sort it out. Hopefully this time the promise won't be broken and I can finally get the issue resolved.

@bt_uk right 2 days without internet using ee 5g-4g for hotspot. Why am I having broadband issues and also somehow my password has changed even though I didn’t change it!
