@bt_uk Is there an issue with emails? Everytime I try to log in/check my emails I receive an "unexpected error has occurred" message. This happens on both my phone and laptop?

@iansouthey @MotoGP @virginmedia I agree, I’ve got btsport via Virginmedia at home but just wanted something for on the road. Now I can have all of that being a virginmedia customer… just wish I hadn’t wasted money on MotoGP app 🙄

@bt_uk Yes please, turn the acs on whatever that is. Why was it off in the first place? As for the alibi TV, rather than me having to go and do more research, you can see can see what boxes I have, simple question, can I watch alibi on them? Your support line says no

@bt_uk we're on the top home package and have been for years how do businesses cope with this problem - how much extra is a business package if it has some sort of guarantee there are many people working from home (not because they want to) experiencing this what do we do exactly ?

Dont know if i can express my opinion anymore than i have. But the lack of @Bundesliga_EN coverage on @SkySports here in the UK is scandalous. 1 or 2 games a week compared to what @btsport used to provide. And they also provided the Bundesliga 2 games. P!ss poor effort, Sky!!!

@bt_uk No error code. I've reinstalled, I've deleted and reinstalled and still says it's not compatible. Every other app is fine, just yours that's the problem.

@bt_uk thanks. is this dealing with BT problems that are fixed or user problems which aren't fixed? My d/l speed is usually good though that changes slightly (20-30% in the day but I don't download much so it's no big deal, a speed test observation) Why are upload speeds so variable?
