    @BeckyLouise43 @bt_uk Don't bother Becky I've ordered full fibre on 16/9 /20, then 17/10 both cancelled by BT, The excuse is my 2 story flat is a Single dwelling unit, My Landlord of 23,000 tenants assures me OPENREACH BT are INCOMPETENT!, I have 2 people on the block with Full fibre "CRAP SERVICE"!

    35mins in. Me: Mini hub doesn't work, Don't have bt hotspots that i can go to, we're in a world pandemic if you didn't know...Can't you just turn my internet back on BT: Nah, Takes 14 days and yeah nothing we can do about that then Back on hold we go to the manager. @bt_uk

    8 hours of @bt_uk fitting our new home hub fancy “full fibre” to be told by the engineer that it’s less powerful than the old one! WTF? It was supposed to be an upgrade!

    @H333 @bt_uk Customer Service Zero! 🤬 I’m never rude as I know it’s not the person on the end of the phone who is at fault but I struggled with her, rude and dismissive.
