@bt_uk we tried to get onto your “chat” several times. Only to be told everybody was busy. We then called. Somebody who clearly couldn’t be bothered answered. It would seem you’ve done a great job selling but your #afterservice #customerservice so far has been terrible. #BT

Major f*** up by @bt_uk after we were promised an excellent service & smooth transition from Sky. We’re now most likely without internet until the middle of next week at the earliest. I work from home, daughters have to revise for A-level mocks. We need internet for both. 😞😠😠

@bt_uk We just switched to you from Sky because their service was crap. We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

For people who follow me could you like/retweet? @bt_uk are ignoring me as I don’t have many followers and don’t matter to them. I know I’m not the only person who’s had issues with them and I think they shouldn’t be allowed to get away with it.
