@bt_uk we tried to get onto your “chat” several times. Only to be told everybody was busy. We then called. Somebody who clearly couldn’t be bothered answered. It would seem you’ve done a great job selling but your #afterservice #customerservice so far has been terrible. #BT

@bt_uk We just switched to you from Sky because their service was crap. We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

Major f*** up by @bt_uk after we were promised an excellent service & smooth transition from Sky. We’re now most likely without internet until the middle of next week at the earliest. I work from home, daughters have to revise for A-level mocks. We need internet for both. 😞😠😠

@bt_uk Your BTSport app is the worst app eveeerrrrrrrrrr. Every time we try log on to watch football it says the password is incorrect...and we have to change the password everytime!!!! 😩😩😩😩

@bt_uk what are you doing. You have messed up our home move and left us with an unreliable home hub for over a week now. 7 hours plus wasted on phone calls. Promised the earth delivered absolutely nothing. Your service is not fit for purpose.

@bt_uk Diagnostic came back but because I'm a sky customer I have to contact them? Despite BT owning the infrastructure that they use? Bit mad really isn't it? Especially seeing as the problem happens when the BT engineers doing the work 🤔
