Somebody who clearly couldn’t be bothered answered. It would seem you’ve done a great job selling but your #afterservice #customerservice so far has been terrible. #BT

We’re now most likely without internet until the middle of next week at the earliest. I work from home, daughters have to revise for A-level mocks. We need internet for both. 😞😠😠

We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

David Struthers (@StruthersDavid) reported@bt_uk Yea I get that what I was wondering though was if there was any range extenders that BT would recommend that would allow me to get Wi-fi in the garage. My garage is right next to the room that has my router in it and I do get signal at one side of the garage just not the other.

Nikki (@WhatsupNikki) reported@bt_uk The free access to your WiFi network whilst we wait is kaka! We can’t watch TV and use a computer/iPad or phone effectively. The hub switches off every half an hour and we have to take it in turns to use. It’s half term and my children are stuck indoors with no working WiFi.
