  • saltyliquorice Dagmar Mackett❄️ (@saltyliquorice) reported from Bewdley, England

@bt_uk we tried to get onto your “chat” several times. Only to be told everybody was busy. We then called. Somebody who clearly couldn’t be bothered answered. It would seem you’ve done a great job selling but your #afterservice #customerservice so far has been terrible. #BT

  • saltyliquorice Dagmar Mackett❄️ (@saltyliquorice) reported from Bewdley, England

    @JoeTomMack1 @bt_uk Seriously? 😳😠 appalling customer service. #shouldhavestayedwithSky

  • saltyliquorice Dagmar Mackett❄️ (@saltyliquorice) reported from Bewdley, England

Major f*** up by @bt_uk after we were promised an excellent service & smooth transition from Sky. We’re now most likely without internet until the middle of next week at the earliest. I work from home, daughters have to revise for A-level mocks. We need internet for both. 😞😠😠

  • saltyliquorice Dagmar Mackett❄️ (@saltyliquorice) reported from Bewdley, England

@bt_uk We just switched to you from Sky because their service was crap. We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

  • bigdan89 Daniel Blundell (@bigdan89) reported

@btsport Will that come with no price increase for customer for 3 years too!!!

  • tonysblabla Antony Scerri (@tonysblabla) reported

@bt_uk ok well i've done that but as i said already reported via phone which went off to do a line test and logged a fault against landline with problem of no send/receive calls BUT my landline is working just fine...anyway rolled the dice, see what it does this time

  • Politicalfoot1 Political Football (@Politicalfoot1) reported

@petermauriceuk @btsport Super League would have broken their cosy monopoly to broadcast games. Super League would have meant club’s broadcasting games direct to customer, cutting out the middleman (Sky and BT)

  • wolvesbradders Phil Bradley (@wolvesbradders) reported

@shewolf1877 @btsport Yep. Should but won’t. Even for home games I’d have to drive or leave after an hour of the game. Awful.

  • ArsenaLouu Løu ⚽ (@ArsenaLouu) reported

@btsport @btsportfootball You're the worst sports broadcaster there's ever been, and that's in a world where Setanta Sports was a thing. Absolute tinpot station with C-tier, bias-loaded, banter-merchant pundits. Sitting through another 4 years of your crap is going to be painful.

  • McMinn321 James McMinn (@McMinn321) reported

@bt_uk Closing in on 4 weeks after installation, and still no fibre. After 7 calls to BT and given multiple promises of completion, or at least “callback” updates - I’m still sat here with nothing. This is a joke. Im not calling anymore, so I’m hoping this will help

  • draper_rob Rob Draper (@draper_rob) reported

Looking at how @SkySports @btsport have embraced social change in last year - support of BLM, opposition to Super League - I believe they have nothing to fear and much to gain by talking to fans ‘Legacy fans’ (horrible term) are integral to their product

  • SimonWilsdon Zulu (@SimonWilsdon) reported

@btsport Does that mean for the next 3 year, we have to put up with the same crap 20 year-old format from the same 2 broadcasters?

  • yeahnotbad Martin (@yeahnotbad) reported

@bt_uk I have only been able to go via BT who now say we have to wait another 2 weeks. Please let me know how to contact your connections team. You can't just keep cancelling our appointments without notice or explanation. It is deplorable service.

  • npbown Nathan Bown (@npbown) reported

@boabbyclub @btsport State of them - ESL was a bad idea with worse execution but the crocodile tears of the majority of commentators is just ridiculous
