@bt_uk We just switched to you from Sky because their service was crap. We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

@bt_uk we tried to get onto your “chat” several times. Only to be told everybody was busy. We then called. Somebody who clearly couldn’t be bothered answered. It would seem you’ve done a great job selling but your #afterservice #customerservice so far has been terrible. #BT

@bt_uk I renewed today and was not offered this . Been a loyal customer for over 30 years. Spent 25 minutes waiting to talk to someone too. So please don't say to ring again.

@bt_uk was on to tech support as bt sport not working. Told me to turn off router, which cut the call. Will they ring back?? Or am I on hold again

@bt_uk Connection is atrocious, numerous engineer visits, told it’s a different but external issue/fault each time. Last engineer recommended a hybrid hub; whilst he was here, BT reduced our ‘guaranteed speed’ to 1mb from 3mb with no warning or discussion.

@bt_uk Help! I’m with @virginmedia and they are unbelievably poor in terms of customer service. The only redeeming quality is a 100Mbps service. I’d leave for anything >80Mbps. #virginmediaisdodgy
