@bt_uk We just switched to you from Sky because their service was crap. We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

  • saltyliquorice Dagmar Mackett❄️ (@saltyliquorice) reported from Bewdley, England

Major f*** up by @bt_uk after we were promised an excellent service & smooth transition from Sky. We’re now most likely without internet until the middle of next week at the earliest. I work from home, daughters have to revise for A-level mocks. We need internet for both. 😞😠😠

  • saltyliquorice Dagmar Mackett❄️ (@saltyliquorice) reported from Bewdley, England

    @JoeTomMack1 @bt_uk Seriously? 😳😠 appalling customer service. #shouldhavestayedwithSky

  • saltyliquorice Dagmar Mackett❄️ (@saltyliquorice) reported from Bewdley, England

@bt_uk we tried to get onto your “chat” several times. Only to be told everybody was busy. We then called. Somebody who clearly couldn’t be bothered answered. It would seem you’ve done a great job selling but your #afterservice #customerservice so far has been terrible. #BT

@bt_uk your BT community webkit login is not working is there a problem? Won't log in and just returns an error

@bt_uk are there any problems with broadband in the Barrow-in-Furness area please? My router is flashing purple everything is plugged in properly. I've reset but still same problem

  • sheffters Sheffters (@sheffters) reported

@bt_uk Well yes, if only, just once there’s FTTC if you can just string the cables then FTTP can’t be such a massive thing as building a new network. No road digging etc so logistics must be far simpler.

  • Neil_Kennedy_2 Neil Kennedy (@Neil_Kennedy_2) reported

@bt_uk I’ve been onto the loyalty team!! £30 a month for Fibre 2 broadband to a new customer (with no upfront costs) and £55 per month to a loyal customer of 25 years.

  • boodie71 gregb (@boodie71) reported

@bt_uk I have a problem with my BT ID and I’m getting nowhere on the telephone. Can it be completely deleted and start again with a different email address?

  • RHP_UK RHP Group (@RHP_UK) reported

@bt_uk Hi there. A member of our Customer Service Team has been trying to call all week in relation to remove an old BT phone booth that's on one of our estates but they've been able to get through. Please could we request a call back for them or know your recommended next steps?

  • streetswept Blank (@streetswept) reported

Also, @SkyTV, it keeps recording random things we never asked it to, and deleting @BTSport items I haven't watched. Only @BTSport stuff though.

  • Neil_Kennedy_2 Neil Kennedy (@Neil_Kennedy_2) reported

Just off a call with @bt_uk trying to renew my broadband deal. The deal they offered me is £600 more expensive over 2 years than it is for a new customer. As a loyal customer for over 25 year I’m completely disgusted with them. Bye BT!!

  • MedicareCos Medicare Cosmetics (@MedicareCos) reported

@bt_uk This has gone on for months since May last year … today our internet and land line was disconnected to my business… the advisor offered me a new number … I have had the number 10 years it’s on all my business literature,i have never not paid my bills the come out DD each month

  • nattynats1 lovelife21 (@nattynats1) reported

@bt_uk I will be cancelling my service with you. This is so out of order

  • AndyHopwood6 Andy Hopwood (@AndyHopwood6) reported

@bt_uk It seemed a bit like a scam because his first line of sales pitch was to complain about BT for not sending out letters, he then wanted my the etc so he could send the complaint to the right department at BT. Obviously I didn't give him details and he left.
