  @bt_uk We just switched to you from Sky because their service was crap. We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

  @bt_uk we tried to get onto your “chat” several times. Only to be told everybody was busy. We then called. Somebody who clearly couldn’t be bothered answered. It would seem you’ve done a great job selling but your #afterservice #customerservice so far has been terrible. #BT

  @bt_uk But thats not good enough really is it? If I want to leave BT and BT have decided you cant do that online, then why should I waste my time and money sitting on hold? Monstrous service by a company that doesn't seem to care for its customers.

  @bt_uk I tried to cancel my service yesterday. I'm still trying today. The only way is by phone I have been waiting for 30 minutes listening to crappy music. Let me leave, please!!!!! I have put your router in a drawer. Help!!!!

  @bt_uk no phone or broadband since 26/08. Was told fix would be by 1800 on 02/09. Now told 09/09, no explanation, shocking customer service
