@bt_uk We just switched to you from Sky because their service was crap. We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

@bt_uk we tried to get onto your “chat” several times. Only to be told everybody was busy. We then called. Somebody who clearly couldn’t be bothered answered. It would seem you’ve done a great job selling but your #afterservice #customerservice so far has been terrible. #BT

@bt_uk @BTCare Have dad BT landline for over 50 years Have had BT Broadband for over 10 years U swapped to Norton Security - stopped long standing program working have Trusted it but Norton keeps removing it Cannot get help from BT or Norton Sky looks tempting HELP !!!

@bt_uk I just have and spoke to BT via Twitter and was given the wrong advice. Called you last week and thought the matter was closed. Received new home phone from you today. Seems BT has made the change but expects customer to do all the work.

@bt_uk @Ofcom Back here again…day 9. All I’ve received are empty promises. No one answers the phone, left waiting for an update for days. Took a day off work today for an engineer to come but then receive a text to say it’s not required, an extra 5 days is needed to fix it…

@bt_uk My internet connection is very poor (at best), unusable (at worse). If I open smart hub page and try to get help it directs me to sign in, which I cannot as my internet has stopped. What do you suggest?

@bt_uk Managed to get through to the chat service. Rohit Kumar arranged an engineer to visit on Tuesday as he wasn’t able to repair the connection remotely.

@bt_uk The issues are never listed there. 2ndly I cant check fibre to premises as they do not need a phone line. There are plenty of ppl on our local FB group complaining about it Upload speeds are OK D/L are a problem
