    Major f*** up by @bt_uk after we were promised an excellent service & smooth transition from Sky. We’re now most likely without internet until the middle of next week at the earliest. I work from home, daughters have to revise for A-level mocks. We need internet for both. 😞😠😠

    @bt_uk We just switched to you from Sky because their service was crap. We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

    @bt_uk we tried to get onto your “chat” several times. Only to be told everybody was busy. We then called. Somebody who clearly couldn’t be bothered answered. It would seem you’ve done a great job selling but your #afterservice #customerservice so far has been terrible. #BT

    @bt_uk That post proves my point. Digital Voice requires a BT hub. Nowhere in the community page does it mention an adapter that would replace this requirement? The Hub 2 for residential use offers no Bridge mode so can't be reliably used as a modem. Contradicting what support insists.

    @MarcSDuffy @bt_uk Can you not go back & say you can’t pay as it will cause inflation to rise & the priority is to get inflation down? Works for the government 👍

    @MarcSDuffy @fnafilms @bt_uk Virgin, but they said they’re putting my bill up by nearly £20 a month in April. I’m thinking of getting one of those new customer offers with Sky

    @bt_uk internet goes down at least 5x a day. 1995 called me today to laugh at my speeds. What is going on with you lot?

    @bt_uk hi can anyone help my broadband is continuously losing connection for a few seconds several times a day. Very frustrating and annoying. Was fine before fibre lines were laid in my area recently!

    @bt_uk Still monitoring the broadband connection. Superfast broadband was running at around 1-2 Mb/sec, now improved to 35-40 but still a little unstable.

    @bt_uk Not sure they are confused, both saying they are identical, and couldn't explain the price difference? It appears to get the price down, they offer you a discount, but then switch you to Fibre one, saying it is the same as Fibre 2. It's not good and seems very underhand.

    @MarcSDuffy @bt_uk I’m BT too and its terrible. Last night my mam came round and i updated her laptop, and as a result I couldnt watch the match on mine. Street behind us is currently getting fibre so I’m hoping we’re next.

    @bt_uk Been having this issue for years but....The last 2 to 3 days my broadband connection has been dropping every 5 minutes, all day. Any idea why?
