Major f*** up by @bt_uk after we were promised an excellent service & smooth transition from Sky. We’re now most likely without internet until the middle of next week at the earliest. I work from home, daughters have to revise for A-level mocks. We need internet for both. 😞😠😠

@bt_uk we tried to get onto your “chat” several times. Only to be told everybody was busy. We then called. Somebody who clearly couldn’t be bothered answered. It would seem you’ve done a great job selling but your #afterservice #customerservice so far has been terrible. #BT

@bt_uk We just switched to you from Sky because their service was crap. We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

@bt_uk I’d really like to know why you’re offering deals for new signups which are less than half I pay when you’ve offered nothing to a customer of six years. Surely you’d offer something of value. It’s nearly 70 a month with no frills, that doesn’t seem like much like a sevice

@lagowski @TherionWare @bt_uk Managing expectations is what they do all the time, by telling you what they’re trying might not work. What’s lost is going the extra mile to meet or exceed customer expectations - it’s now about doing the minimum they can get away with and still be able to charge you.

@bt_uk No reply yet. Emailed them yesterday and again twice today. Also called customer service who could not see any other way to speak to them other than emailing. The complaints team have replied stating they will take up to two days to get back to me

@bt_uk Mmm. As ours was never actually sorted by BT, broadband disconnected by BT and then 2 weeks later our phone line and then emails, 7 weeks later stull nit sorted so had to go to Sky and so far much better

And to top it all, @bt_uk have failed to again failed to fix my broadband by the promised time. Only the 6th failure and they still want me to pay the bill, despite being completely cut off from phone and internet. Been out since 2022-12-17 04:52
