@bt_uk we tried to get onto your “chat” several times. Only to be told everybody was busy. We then called. Somebody who clearly couldn’t be bothered answered. It would seem you’ve done a great job selling but your #afterservice #customerservice so far has been terrible. #BT

@bt_uk We just switched to you from Sky because their service was crap. We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

@bt_uk I don't know where I stand at all at the moment. I got an Email yesterday saying I need to renew my contract. I have already done it, and have emails confirming it. Spent 45 minutes trying to message, to query it, gave up. Awful service.

@bt_uk Yet again phone has been disconnnected. It is now one calander month my phone line has been out of service. I cannot believe in 2022 it takes a month to repair or re-connect my telephone , total incompetance

@bt_uk @bt_uk So is the reason I have been unable to get through to you ystdy after waiting in phone queues for over 4hrs is because you’re so busy helping the elderly? I’ve started trying again today. Same story. I pay £66/mth for this appalling level of customer service. Never again.

@bt_uk can you explain why, as a current customer, the upgrades/offers you can offer me are over £50 a month however if I was a new customer in the area I would get it free until 2023 and then only pay £30.99 a month. Make it make sense please?? Why can I not access this offer?

@bt_uk As I'm not a new customer and I'm under contract I can't get my deal any cheaper, excellent customer service and my prices will go up in march again. Avoid this company, much better about

@hibernoanglais @bt_uk @Hyperoptic I see nothing but negative posts around Hyperoptic and their service, despite offering a really attractive package. Their service area is also tiny. Worth some research.

@Hyperoptic never thought I'd be left without internet in London, so thanks for that, will be switching to @bt_uk asap. You will also be compensating me for my @ThreeUK bill because I have no choice but to hotspot my phone in the meantime.
