We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

Somebody who clearly couldn’t be bothered answered. It would seem you’ve done a great job selling but your #afterservice #customerservice so far has been terrible. #BT

We’re now most likely without internet until the middle of next week at the earliest. I work from home, daughters have to revise for A-level mocks. We need internet for both. 😞😠😠

I spent hours on the phone with them, the reset password email never arrived. When they sent me a temporary one time password it didn't work. Etc.

Management have been ignoring our emails and constant calls since 5th February and have 'closed' our complaint file even though we are calling on a weekly basis to complain about the unsteady slow broadband!
