We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. Meanwhile husband cannot work efficiently and we are wracking up data charges. Not the service I expected.

Even the lady that raised the complaint expressed her doubt at me being able to get it resolved without me giving this info. 1/2
