@bt_uk We just switched to you from Sky because their service was crap. We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

@bt_uk we tried to get onto your “chat” several times. Only to be told everybody was busy. We then called. Somebody who clearly couldn’t be bothered answered. It would seem you’ve done a great job selling but your #afterservice #customerservice so far has been terrible. #BT

Major f*** up by @bt_uk after we were promised an excellent service & smooth transition from Sky. We’re now most likely without internet until the middle of next week at the earliest. I work from home, daughters have to revise for A-level mocks. We need internet for both. 😞😠😠

We were wasting hours talking to the two parts of the business (who don't seem to talk to each other, use different systems and don't share info) - a terrible waste of our time, stressful and frustrating. @bt_uk I was waiting to see if everything was installed correctly, get this email confirming installation today only to be told that there’s nobody coming to install fibre today. I asked to escalate my complaint and was basically told I can’t. Yet your own process clearly says it can

@CLAIREJSTEWART @EE @BTCare It’s been so ridiculously isolating. And Porter has been very unwell today so I set his camera monitor up and found I can’t connect my end as no signal! So I’m checking every 10 mins risking waking him. I think that’s Wi-fi too 😔

@bt_uk if anyone is thinking to get BT as their Wi-fi supplier- please do not. Their service is bad, since November 2020- I am waiting for connection. Excuse: the engineer is off sick- they don’t have anyone around. The path is blocked and by mistake they send wrong people.#BT

@btbusinesscare @btbusiness absolutely appalling service today. 6 calls, cut off 6 times, 3 web chats, W callbacks and 2 transfers and 2 more cutoffs and I’m still no further forward. And it’s been 14 days since placing my order and it’s not moved forward any! Complete joke!
