@bt_uk we tried to get onto your “chat” several times. Only to be told everybody was busy. We then called. Somebody who clearly couldn’t be bothered answered. It would seem you’ve done a great job selling but your #afterservice #customerservice so far has been terrible. #BT

@bt_uk We just switched to you from Sky because their service was crap. We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

@bt_uk hi BT, for whatever reason my wi-fi disc has been flashing red all evening with my wifi connection dropping out from it. My main wifi router is fine all lit and everything. Can you offer any advice on a fix?

@Gazzaross1 @btsport I’m watching this as I want to see what we’re up against & cos their getting beat. I’m basically on here the night eating diner then bed ,so watching replays of the goals & all I can hear is IRA this **** the Queen that. But if we say ****** or Pope we’re held to task. Shambles.

@bt_uk part3 ..it just keeps dropping out and I have to put the password into my devices to reconnect, it is very annoying. Still as long as you get your £66 pound every month why should you worry about a long standing customer. Not very happy Graham Bell
