@bt_uk desperately needing help with my order! Ordered BT broadband through EE in November, openreach couldn’t instal and multiple calls later I’m stuck with a barely working mobile data plan that’s costing me more than the full fibre I signed up for - I cannot get proper service

@bt_uk Hi there, I checked before messaging you guys and it says there are no problems in the area which I thought was weird, I've tried leaving the router unplugged for 30 seconds multiple times but nothing seems to be working

@bt_uk I believe so, the phone isn’t accepting incoming calls and our Wi-Fi provider says they think that’s the issue too

BT @bt_uk sent a letter stating they would be putting up their charges by around £5 a month! Even more money for a poorer and poorer service. The internet cuts off altogether at least twice a day now, albeit only for 5-10 mins. Far slower than it used to be too. Not good enough!

@bt_uk Hi, been without my subscription TV channels for a few days now, tried re-tuning and updating the box- nothing worked. Is there an external issue? The on-screen link goes blank, my online account shows no fault with billing. Paying for nothing at the moment.
