Hey @Ofcom how is it that @bt_uk are aloud to use this number for their customer service : 08456006156 Charged £3.70 for a 7 min call. I see others charged £20 and £30. Absolute ripoff.

Hi @bt_uk, my internet has been off since Monday, you said an engineer was going to visit - they didn't. I've lodged a complaint and you said you'd ring me (twice now) - you haven't. We've had 2 engineers out this year and we're on our 2nd hub - not really good enough is it?

@bt_uk before you offered me any goodwill i asked for this, 1 to speak to a manager, 2 complaint to be escalated and 3 for you to raise the case with open reach yourselves. you couldn't do it then why should i trust you can do it now with how you have been putting it.

@bt_uk if you really mean and care to help your customer, do all 3 things without removing any goodwill. or since i believe after going through all that i have i deserve that goodwill and more. i should expect a negative response, let me get ready to be dissapointed again.

@btbusinesscare Order BT 2223VR7WP. Complaint IMP -106901311. Telephone calls email texts and still no idea from 18 March if or when we will get the Broadband ordered. By any standards we have been treated abysmally. Are you still in Business as a Broadband supplier ?

Catastrophic failure of @bt_uk again. No internet for 9 days, how can a business run like this? I have emailed #philipjansen but clearly @bt_uk don't value their customers at all. I have lost money from my business, but luckily the daily £8 compensation will help. Absolute joke.
