@bt_uk No disrespect but you don't understand my frustration at all. We are unable to work without a sufficient service! And every time I've been promised a call back this hasn't happened, so I won't hold my breath. As asked numerous times, WHEN DOES THIS BECOME BREACH OF CONRACT?

@samhoulden @bt_uk Unfortunately BT have the monopoly on the phone lines so if you are out in the sticks on dodgy lines they are the only option. Going with a third party provider just adds a middleman and complicates the issue IMHO. 🤔

@bt_uk @BT on 28/11 agreed upgrade of just broadband to add landline AND to RETAIN current phone no.for relative with dementia. Checked online and spotted BT error: change of phone no. BT cancel and refuse to honour deal .Disappointingly poor!

@bt_uk just like clockwork speeds are dropping below 10mbs. More trouble than ever before since upgrading. 5 years of issues and still no resolution. @virginmedia hurry and get into my area.

@bt_uk Spoken to someone on the phone, there is a fault outside my home and they will fix it before the 30th. All well and good but I'm isolating and now have no Internet or phone line. They know this too. Lady on phone was lovely.
