@bt_uk we’ve had problems with the internet since 3:30pm today. Tried reconnecting/resetting. Apparently won’t be fixed until the 8th June. Any work being done around the Salisbury area which might be the cause??

@btbusinesscare Residential ….. and I’d be most grateful for a customer complaints email address from yourself .. so I can voice my views that occurred when a BT representative changed our package without our consent thus extending contract period with increased charges

@WildmonkeyUk @bt_uk BT have been increasing costs every year to invest in "future technologies". I live about 200 metres away from the main exchange of my town and get the same result. I literally could run a cat cable in. BT get your **** together.....

@bt_uk Your company name is on their vehicles, and you have a duty to ensure that their standards are up to scratch. I consider this matter reported, and will not get lost down an online portal reporting wormhole. Over to you.
