    @tomball2 @tescomobile @bt_uk Sorry to hear this Tom. We went through this recently. There’s such a mixed bag of processes. The trouble is the worst experiences overshadow all the good ones. Hope you get this all resolved.

    @virginmedia your customer service via whatsapp is laughable, fill in all the information to then get called the wrong name? Can safely say the router, service and customer help was better with @bt_uk
