    @bt_uk She says her router keeps turning orange and keeps losing connection. I checked the link and there are no known issues in her area.

    @btsport why is the Mcgregor v Poirier fight PPV, when your service is already £25 a month? It's not a title fight and there is a big chance that none of the two will fight for the belt in their next fight. Tapper might not even fight again.

    @btsport yea it's so bad that I've decided to stop watching. I do trust that the UFC will be allot better as it always is compared to the British coverage.

    @BT_UK I think I need an engineer out to fix my WiFi connection. It keeps dropping out all day and I can't get any work done. It connects for a minute or two, then the blue light flashes red. Can we arrange when an engineer can come and fix it for me?

    @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach guys my internet speeds are hopeless I'm trying to use my time to live stream on twitch and I cant its too slow your gonna have to help me out I'm paying money to get internet I cant even load web pages on the speeds are above my min speeds but this is dire

    Tonight's stream is cancelled. I can't host a stream the internet is so poor just now I'm working on trying to sort it but I refuse to let it win so if your angry make your voices heard to @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach as they thing sub 8mbps in 2020 is acceptable

    @bt_uk any reason why the NAT Type fails when I’m trying to connect to PlayStation network? I can’t access most of my online games, even Twitch doesn’t load. I also can’t make a party or it fails to create one. Again it’s to do with the NAT type through your network.

    @bt_uk avoid this full fibre provider at all costs! Lies, let downs, extra charges and still poor service.... I should have known better!! disgraceful yet again....

    @bt_uk I was with Vodafone at first and because you own the lines your engineer came out to fix the socket. When I came over to you an engineer called John came out and gave me his number and asked me to liaise directly with him about it. There has been 3 drops this morning

    @bt_uk We called customer services and told you men turned up and left. Now we have to wait another week for your men to turn up and install a new fibre cable because your last men ruined the cable. Then we have wait another 2 weeks for installation. This is NOT on.

    @bt_uk They send me a replacement BT hub despite me using my own Asus mesh. @BT_UK requires hubs for diagnosing their faults. Something I have not seen with other UK providers before, but I decided to co-operate to get the fault fixed. I do not believe this outage will be resolved soon.

    @btbusinesscare just spent 45 minutes trying to get someone to understand what a Hybrid Connect unit is and how it doesn't work. Eventually said they would send a replacement - email says they are sending a 4G assure kit! No one knows what the Hybrid Connect is.

    @bt_uk Why does my Internet drop regularly, only in warmer months? I had the same issue last year. Unresolved. The same again this year and I'm working from home! Your engineers changed my socket and confirmed an external problem but never fixed it. I'm still paying you though!

    @bt_uk There are many questions, but primarily, do you think extortionate cancellation fees are right? Even for a customer that is only reducing the amount of services they use from you, not outright cancelling?
