I can’t access most of my online games, even Twitch doesn’t load. I also can’t make a party or it fails to create one. Again it’s to do with the NAT type through your network.

Openreach damaged my property, this happened over a month ago and BT palmed me off to Openreach who palmed me off to Keoghs. I find it hard to understand why BT fail to see my issue, I was sold WiFi handsets, there are no WiFi handsets, we now have limited range, BT are now suggesting that I am the issue.
