When you sold me this product I was told that In the event of my internet not working then the stay connected guarantee would keep me connected. This is not stay the connected promise I was sold this is the wait 24 hours promise

If I work with internet and I pay my bills in advance and direct debit, than your job is make sure that I will have my connection when I need it! That clearly didn’t happen!
