If I work with internet and I pay my bills in advance and direct debit, than your job is make sure that I will have my connection when I need it! That clearly didn’t happen!

When you sold me this product I was told that In the event of my internet not working then the stay connected guarantee would keep me connected. I can’t access most of my online games, even Twitch doesn’t load. I also can’t make a party or it fails to create one. Again it’s to do with the NAT type through your network.
