  @BT_UK I think I need an engineer out to fix my WiFi connection. It keeps dropping out all day and I can't get any work done. It connects for a minute or two, then the blue light flashes red. Can we arrange when an engineer can come and fix it for me?

  @bt_uk any reason why the NAT Type fails when I’m trying to connect to PlayStation network? I can’t access most of my online games, even Twitch doesn’t load. I also can’t make a party or it fails to create one. Again it’s to do with the NAT type through your network.

  @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach guys my internet speeds are hopeless I'm trying to use my time to live stream on twitch and I cant its too slow your gonna have to help me out I'm paying money to get internet I cant even load web pages on the speeds are above my min speeds but this is dire

  @bt_uk Is there an issue with emails? Everytime I try to log in/check my emails I receive an "unexpected error has occurred" message. This happens on both my phone and laptop?

  @btsport why is the Mcgregor v Poirier fight PPV, when your service is already £25 a month? It's not a title fight and there is a big chance that none of the two will fight for the belt in their next fight. Tapper might not even fight again.

  Tonight's stream is cancelled. I can't host a stream the internet is so poor just now I'm working on trying to sort it but I refuse to let it win so if your angry make your voices heard to @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach as they thing sub 8mbps in 2020 is acceptable

  @bt_uk WORST WIFI provider 3 month of problems, everytime they send an engineer who says wait and see!!! they are beyond unreliable. Virgin was so much better and consisitent . BT are a complete joke and more expensive !!!!

  My elderly parents have been left with no phone for a minimum of 18 days. @bt_uk admit they are at fault but can't get their phone working until 10th April. Seriously?! What happens if they fall or need help? Where's the customer care?

  @bt_uk completely useless service with the ufc broadcasting again. Not only have you failed to provide the main event , you’ve made it so everyone has to see the result of a fight before clicking the video. The fight happened over 8 hours ago, how have you not fixed this issue?

  Absolute atrocious that @bt_uk customer service is soo poor. I was promised a manager call and it’s taken me to remind them to look at my complaint 13 days later. I was promised today a manager call & I get a email (7:15pm) we’re looking into my complaint, no you’re not!

  @bt_uk I get that issues happen but this is a paid-for service where people haven’t received what they were told they would get if they paid. Also, why is there no mention of, or apology for, this mistake on the actual app - why can we only find out on Twitter?

  @bt_uk @TRS0211 It’s not a one off issue the Jon jones fight a few week ago didn’t work for hours, ufc is literally the only reason I pay for bt and it keeps messing up, strangely no issues last week when it was ppv so an extra £20 on top of my subscription
