@bt_uk could u please fix the broadband problem around #Aberdeen? We are used to intermittent service, but a total black out for more than 6 hours seems brutal. Fix it now.

@btsport Why oh why have you spoilt your otherwise excellent coverage of the UEFA Champions League final stages by inflicting the quite dreadful lack of insight from Steve Macmanan on us. He is awful 🤡
-
Badr Haskouri (@BadrHaskouri) reported from Aberdeen, Scotland
@btsport why is the Mcgregor v Poirier fight PPV, when your service is already £25 a month? It's not a title fight and there is a big chance that none of the two will fight for the belt in their next fight. Tapper might not even fight again.
-
Heitor "High1ander" (@heitorniemeyer) reported from Aberdeen, Scotland
@bt_uk The problem is not the quantity of drops! The problem is the issues this caused! If I work with internet and I pay my bills in advance and direct debit, than your job is make sure that I will have my connection when I need it! That clearly didn’t happen!
-
Andy Sim (@AndySimmyaj) reported from Oldmeldrum, Scotland
@btsport instead of silencing crowd noise think I might silence **** commentary
-
Steve McCarthy (@The_Mahe) reported from Kintore, Scotland
Global pandemic, everyone trying to pull together to help each other. Banks offering mortgage holidays, Sky offering a pause service to there sports subscription... BT charging 3 months cancellation fees. Can’t wait until everyone just cancel the direct debits #btsport #goingbust

@btsport yea it's so bad that I've decided to stop watching. I do trust that the UFC will be allot better as it always is compared to the British coverage.
-
kieran eric thomson (@k13r4n_thomson) reported from Aberdeen, Scotland
Tonight's stream is cancelled. I can't host a stream the internet is so poor just now I'm working on trying to sort it but I refuse to let it win so if your angry make your voices heard to @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach as they thing sub 8mbps in 2020 is acceptable

Another great Premier league game missed because @btsport app tells me I don't have a subscription. How many times do I need to go through contacting this shit company whilst paying £32 a month for the privilege. Worst sports channel ever
-
lynne (@lynnehelen72) reported from Newmacher, Scotland
So when you don't get the service you expect from @bt_uk they will charge you £400 to leave. Why not make sure your products work then we wouldn't have to be bribed into staying with faulty equipment 😒
-
Heitor "High1ander" (@heitorniemeyer) reported from Aberdeen, Scotland
@bt_uk I refuse to accept your answer because you are literally saying “we don’t give a shit to your problem! **** you and have a nice day while paying for our crap service!” This is far away from what I understand as Customer Service!

Hollins Eco-Anarchist Collective💙🌻 (@meer_salt) reported
@MumbrianSpinner @bt_uk BT was the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Just awful. I’m with Talk Talk now and they are immeasurably better.
-
David Wildish (@David_Wildish) reported
@virginmedia Buffering, low speeds & signal from the router when the internet speed is 💯 is to do with the terrible outdated router you supply, whilst touting as top tech. It’s a fact that the basic @bt_uk router had more antenna & can handle basic domestic traffic.
-
Fuji (@Fuji720x) reported
@LukeConnerton @virginmedia @bt_uk Right now I'm getting like 1 gig download & 60 up or something but the speeds aren't the problem it's more latency and how unstable it is for streaming / gaming.
-
David Wildish (@David_Wildish) reported
@virginmedia @bt_uk PS I didn’t quote any guarantees of speed - you keep doing that in some odd sense of self protection, I’d just expect a service to work at some level. I don’t even get that!
-
Lauren Lewis (@mrslaurenhlewis) reported
@bt_uk No TV or internet since the 25th November for my parents. Being pushed from pillar to post, no one holding account for this. When are they going to get the service they are STILL paying for? This happened to me too last year and will no longer be a BT customer. Response?
-
Dissposablehero (@dissposablehero) reported
@MarkbrumLFC @bt_uk Randomly started working again a few days later. Suspect it was an issue with the channel on thier end rather than an issue at my end.
-
Scott Dixon (@scott_expert) reported
Firms cannot charge you late fees for returning faulty goods or for returning faulty goods at all. @bt_uk - I am looking at you when I say this! Happy to help you familiarise your staff with training on the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if necessary. #consumerrights #RipOffBritain
-
Ade (@Eagle_Chaser) reported
@Fat_Jacques @MumbrianSpinner @bt_uk It is an ageing router to be fair. I'm also being overcharged, just haven't psyched myself up to phone them to cancel and move.
-
Lintstein 🇺🇦🎣⚽️🔥🏢🎎🚴♂️🇺🇦🦕 (@staffsref) reported
@MumbrianSpinner @bt_uk We have no issue with speed of BT (supposedly 50Mb/s) but service keeps dropping out. I can get 77Mb/s with Sky and 125+ with Virgin but we only really use it for TV streaming & social media etc
-
Becky (@beckyc_84) reported
@bt_uk Absolute joke! If this were true you’d be helping reconnect me after YOU wrongly disconnected our broadband over Christmas. We now have no internet, phone line, phone service or any way to contact the outside world and keep in touch with my elderly and at risk…
