Martin Findlay (@martingfindlay) reported from Aberdeen, Scotland@premiersportsuk Disappointed you weren’t able to sign me up for a subscription due to technical error on website and high call volumes on phone. Your loss, and appalling @ScottishFA that @SkySports and @btsport subscriptions aren’t enough. Sort this. Hope #AbeRan is a crap game

NathanAlexanderSkene (@nathanskene) reported from Aberdeen, Scotland@bt_uk any reason why the NAT Type fails when I’m trying to connect to PlayStation network? I can’t access most of my online games, even Twitch doesn’t load. I also can’t make a party or it fails to create one. Again it’s to do with the NAT type through your network.

-
Heitor "High1ander" (@heitorniemeyer) reported from Aberdeen, Scotland@bt_uk The problem is not the quantity of drops! The problem is the issues this caused! -
Giles Shaxted (@gilesshaxted) reported@bt_uk I appreciate the response. After three phone calls from your loyalty team or whatever they called themselves. I ended up switching to sky. You should genuinely treat your loyal customers better than the new ones. It's not okay.
-
Bartman6669 (@bartman6669) reported@bt_uk MUST DO BETTER. Charging my mother whose husband is terminally ill £75 a month for broadband. Called them and they stated best they can do is £52 when offering NEW customers £29. 40 years a customer and they don’t care about her. @telegraph @TheSun
-
Sue Alexander (@EphemeralArc) reported@bt_uk Last Wednesday, my elderly mother and I phoned BT about the new digital landline service. Everything was arranged for the 28th August. Today, we received a letter from BT saying 'Sorry you're leaving' and a letter from EE who seem to assume we're changing to them. WTF?
-
Phillip Thompson (@Phillip16484278) reported@bt_uk I’ve been a BT customer for many years. It would appear you value new customers rather than retaining new ones. There’s a monthly difference of £5. Rather lose a customer I would think that you would match the price. Apparently not. Crazy business model.
-
Dustfuch (@Dustfuch1) reported@bt_uk please tell your call handlers to stop the hard sell once youve asked to leave. 4 times i had to tell them to stop trying to sell me things, and they still kept me on hold and transferred me to a "manager" to let me cancel. Frustrating isnt strong enough
-
northern monkey (@StephenR27465) reported@bt_uk After spending 5 minutes on your automated system I’ve given up, let’s hope someone sues you and may be your service will improve.
-
Karla (@SaffyBun) reported@bt_uk Hello, I can only find phone numbers to contact customer services. I cannot call, I need written communication. How can I contact someone in writing about TV? It's ridiculous how difficult it's become to manage my account online now.
-
Amit (@Amit72191182463) reported@btbusinesscare I have a BT business connection for the last 2years where my contract was ending on 6th August, 2026. I called to terminate the contract but I have been asked to pay until 16th August. Also, you charged a £18 disconnection fee. Why do I need to pay after contract?
-
Sir Rob the skiving. #LBFB (@scruffiness) reported@BTBusiness @btbusinesscare , Our broadband is out, I can’t raise a fault through your website, and I can’t find a phone number to ring. Why do you think this service is worth over a £100pcm?!
-
Alex (@valdowine) reported@bt_uk we’ve been without broadband in Bramley, Guildford for 4 days now and customer service says it’s OpenReach “plans” to restore service by 31st of August? This is unacceptable.
