It connects for a minute or two, then the blue light flashes red. Can we arrange when an engineer can come and fix it for me?

I can’t access most of my online games, even Twitch doesn’t load. I also can’t make a party or it fails to create one. Again it’s to do with the NAT type through your network.

When you sold me this product I was told that In the event of my internet not working then the stay connected guarantee would keep me connected.
