When you sold me this product I was told that In the event of my internet not working then the stay connected guarantee would keep me connected. They've set a password a dozen times, and they can log into their BT emails on a browser without any issues, but trying to log into the BT app flags an incorrect password error. Is their any guidance for this?

I don't recall at any time being asked about this & I have always understood it to be a rolling commitment. Please explain this situation and how I can cancel.
