Openreach damaged my property, this happened over a month ago and BT palmed me off to Openreach who palmed me off to Keoghs. Sam R (@maz558) reported@bt_uk VERY disappointing with the service from your agents! I phoned as I wanted to take my service with me when I moved. Told I needed to take a new contract - 20% more expensive than current one. Told I would have to wait a week without broadband. Then lied to me!
