I can't host a stream the internet is so poor just now I'm working on trying to sort it but I refuse to let it win so if your angry make your voices heard to @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach as they thing sub 8mbps in 2020 is acceptable

If I work with internet and I pay my bills in advance and direct debit, than your job is make sure that I will have my connection when I need it! That clearly didn’t happen!

Conrad Braam🤖 (@zaphodikus) reported@christovskia @bt_uk Last time I had to get help from BT the operator was a nice lady from South Africa, it was a calming effect hearing a familiar accent. She booked a visit and a tech fixed a long running issue few days later. Have often spent 40 minutes on phone to troubleshoot issues. BT rocks.
