So when you don't get the service you expect from @bt_uk they will charge you £400 to leave. Why not make sure your products work then we wouldn't have to be bribed into staying with faulty equipment 😒

@bt_uk The problem is not the quantity of drops! The problem is the issues this caused! If I work with internet and I pay my bills in advance and direct debit, than your job is make sure that I will have my connection when I need it! That clearly didn’t happen!

@bt_uk Very misleading product I’m paying for. When you sold me this product I was told that In the event of my internet not working then the stay connected guarantee would keep me connected. This is not stay the connected promise I was sold this is the wait 24 hours promise

@bt_uk @bt_uk the gentleman in question did ring a few weeks ago but was told whilst he is in a contract you can’t help him, If he chooses to cancel or defaults any payments full costs are still due… so basically tough… which is not what a 77year old widowed pensioner needs to hear

Impossible things to do number 1. Speak to a human at @bt_uk. Therefore if they do charge me a fee for not returning the broken kit that was delivered back to them 19 days ago they can expect to refund me, pay interest and pay extra for my time, chargable at a mere £30 per hour
