    @btsport why is the Mcgregor v Poirier fight PPV, when your service is already £25 a month? It's not a title fight and there is a big chance that none of the two will fight for the belt in their next fight. Tapper might not even fight again.

    So when you don't get the service you expect from @bt_uk they will charge you £400 to leave. Why not make sure your products work then we wouldn't have to be bribed into staying with faulty equipment 😒

    @bt_uk Is there an issue with emails? Everytime I try to log in/check my emails I receive an "unexpected error has occurred" message. This happens on both my phone and laptop?

    Global pandemic, everyone trying to pull together to help each other. Banks offering mortgage holidays, Sky offering a pause service to there sports subscription... BT charging 3 months cancellation fees. Can’t wait until everyone just cancel the direct debits #btsport #goingbust

    @bt_uk Very misleading product I’m paying for. When you sold me this product I was told that In the event of my internet not working then the stay connected guarantee would keep me connected. This is not stay the connected promise I was sold this is the wait 24 hours promise

    @bt_uk that was as unprofessional as anything I've ever witnessed that football presentation tonight. Absolutely shocking. As a Customer, I expect objective coverage discussing things like Matt Hummel's, he's no Charlie Mulgrew is he? etc Get it sorted for the next round. 🥊

    @BT_UK I think I need an engineer out to fix my WiFi connection. It keeps dropping out all day and I can't get any work done. It connects for a minute or two, then the blue light flashes red. Can we arrange when an engineer can come and fix it for me?

    outstanding work from @WeAreOpenreach when installing neighbours fibre they cut our broadband, just cut the cable, Even though it clearly goes into a different house, and @bt_uk / @EE said, best we can do to get it back is Tuesday. The levels of customer service are at a new low

    @bt_uk you are actually useless phones are down in our area when we rung you to tell you you were already aware but can't do anything or update you because the team are off until Thursday what sort of bullshit is that you only got one team to deal with issues

    @bt_uk Yes please, read my messages and tell me what I can do. Engineer never showed up with no information to tell me they had not picked the job up. Just as well i rang @bt_uk at 5pm to find out. Since I was warned that I would be charged £50 if I was not in im expecting some comp!
