    @Stoneysnapper @stoneygran Trying to cancel @btsport using their online system is impossible. I tried yesterday and it just sends me round in loops!

    So when you don't get the service you expect from @bt_uk they will charge you £400 to leave. Why not make sure your products work then we wouldn't have to be bribed into staying with faulty equipment 😒

    @bt_uk The problem is not the quantity of drops! The problem is the issues this caused! If I work with internet and I pay my bills in advance and direct debit, than your job is make sure that I will have my connection when I need it! That clearly didn’t happen!

    @bt_uk You've locked partner out of her email account, and cannot get right contact on phone to address. 3 hours and four different services, none providing help on this.

    @btsport I've been waiting 9 days for an engineer to get back to me to explain why my UFC stream was so bad after I paid £25 for it.

    @btsport yea it's so bad that I've decided to stop watching. I do trust that the UFC will be allot better as it always is compared to the British coverage.

    Tonight's stream is cancelled. I can't host a stream the internet is so poor just now I'm working on trying to sort it but I refuse to let it win so if your angry make your voices heard to @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach as they thing sub 8mbps in 2020 is acceptable

    @bt_uk I refuse to accept your answer because you are literally saying “we don’t give a shit to your problem! **** you and have a nice day while paying for our crap service!” This is far away from what I understand as Customer Service!

    Global pandemic, everyone trying to pull together to help each other. Banks offering mortgage holidays, Sky offering a pause service to there sports subscription... BT charging 3 months cancellation fees. Can’t wait until everyone just cancel the direct debits #btsport #goingbust

    @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach guys my internet speeds are hopeless I'm trying to use my time to live stream on twitch and I cant its too slow your gonna have to help me out I'm paying money to get internet I cant even load web pages on the speeds are above my min speeds but this is dire

    @bt_uk could u please fix the broadband problem around #Aberdeen? We are used to intermittent service, but a total black out for more than 6 hours seems brutal. Fix it now.

    @bt_uk Been trying to complain for ages there never seems to be anything on the app that helps, it all Pre set questions. I have the halo with an extra hub and I still have to go upstairs or outside to get a signal. It cuts out 5 or 6 times a day but they’ll tell you your signals ok 🤬

    @bt_uk Funny really, this inability to stream on your Samsung TV app for more than 2 secs without buffering was why I cancelled my sub immediately and asked for a refund. Your support system ignored me.

    @bt_uk When the new hub arrived, there was only my phone connected and it still had issues. PC plugged in, issues. Everything goes down at once, wifi and lan

    Upgraded to the new @bt_uk superfast fibre 2 Internet. From fibre 1. Get slower speeds, pixilated picture and buffering all free of charge. Would highly recommend if you want crap Internet
