@bt_uk @BTGroup I have been waiting nearly 6 weeks for my WiFi to be installed by BT. I am a teacher, trying to teach A-Level students from home using my Mobile Data hotspot thanks to this appalling service.

@bt_uk my 93 year old father’s phone line is down and apparently nobody can come out until Tuesday. He lives alone, 30 miles from family and we’re especially concerned that his alertline alarm isn’t working now. Is there anything you can do to prioritise this please?
