    @alisonleary1 @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Most broadband is through Openreach/BT Wholesale, I ended up leaving them after a 3 month outage but ended up returning. If you can get real cable then that is an alternative, but effectively it is a duopoly.

    @bt_uk hi. Last few days we find we barely get a signal on BBC1 HD through to 5HD. All the BT HD sport channels are fine, all the standard definition channels are fine. Any ideas? Thanks.

    @bt_uk I’m connected with the cable lan to my PS4 and it says no network same with my phone despite I can connect with Wi-Fi but without internet

    @bt_uk Hi, I’ve paid for a 5-day hotspot but every so often, it stops recognising my password. This is an emergency as I have urgent work to do. Let me reassure you that the password is right - it’s just that every few logins, BT stops recognising it. What can I do? Desperate.

    @bt_uk the worst service I’ve ever known. I’ve been trying to get my broadband sorted for weeks now. First an engineer never showed up, then the lines damaged and now the crappy dongle you sent me hasn’t even been activated so that I can receive data. Shocking!

    @bt_uk hi got a tv engineer booked this morning but had a text to say the equipment won’t be here till after 1pm.....I’ve tried to call you but not prepared to be on hold for half an hour....yet feel bad for your engineer can he be redirected for this afternoon?

    @bt_uk No. Sick and tired of this. Never works. Your engineers are crap. Your customer service teams read the same scripts EVERY time we have a problem. This is a REGULAR occurrence and you lot have never helped.
