@bt_uk I don’t have the login information myself, but my brother does. The package we now have says we are on 5-6mbps. We also know the issue in our area hasn’t been fixed, so I have no idea if that is somehow confusing the system or not.

Sick to death of @bt_uk poor service, been in the house since Aug bank holiday numerous calls and still not sorted, 1 engineer came and the speed was slower b4 he left than what it was when he came. Another engineer coming now. Absolute joke #joke #poorservice #3rdworldcompany

@bt_uk Thanks for your response but pushing it back a further week again does not help us. How is this affecting us and not our neighbours if it is such a big external fault? Please advise how we take this further? What is the next step in complaints procedure to get this resolved?

@bt_uk I eventually called another number and the chap managed to answer my query, unlike the first one from the Dundee call centre who just placed me in an never ending queue.

. @bt_uk Just found out that the order we placed for internet installation on the 23rd of October has been delayed until the 3rd of Feb. Not what I wanted to wake up to today given my partner and I work from home and currently have a patchy mobile Hotspot. Another complaint time.
