Hey @btsport your TV service on SD is a disgrace. Not paying extra for what should be normal HD. Not renewed my contract and now you send me an early termination bill.. 2 things: I will not renew ‘ever’ and I’ll be moving my Broadband at end of contract. #rubbish

@bt_uk Yes, a few times, they say there is no issue but they definitely have a bandwidth issue in my area, I get 60mb/s in quiet hrs, lucky to get 2 during working hours!

Well @BTCare @bt_uk 'superfast broadband' - not at all impressed with the speeds again today at 52.90 download speed (screenshot taken!) I may bring down the speed of my monthly payments if this continues ;)

@bt_uk What contingency plans are in place for this? Wouldn't it be terrible if she fell and wasn't able to make anyone aware for hours due to this fault! I'm sure you are also committed to safeguarding as well as providing impeccable service?!
