    @bt_uk That's all well and good but im mis-advised from contact with you on the 5th and 7th which lead to the confusion originally and hence further mis-advise yesterday. Please can this be reviewed as part of the complaint and a manager get back to me ASAP please? No faith in BT now.

    @bt_uk Like I said customer service have been spoken to and an engineer is due out Saturday. I'm just trying to get to the bottom of why you're supplying substandard equipment that's obviously not fit for purpose and therefore delivering a poor quality service when you charge so much?

    @bt_uk I am at my wits end. Broadband should have been installed in May, with delays to July. You have given me the router but not connected it despite 10 broken engineer appointments. I have wasted so much time on the phone and waiting in… get in touch and resolve this asap!!

    @bt_uk can you look into the area to see why my Internet is cutting out its happened 4 times within half hour now. My ara is Accrington BB5 6RT. If this carries on I will leave the Internet service in Januray as I have already cancelled my TV sub with you. Your shocking!

    @bt_uk for the 4th time since getting you service and BT box it stopped working. The service is horrendous, guess you'll do a reset again deleting all the records that won't work then send an engineer out to do a 2 minute fix. This isn't acceptable

    @bt_uk My wife's been on the phone to you yesterday evening. Once again an engineer is coming out. It seems obvious your box isn't up to much and as your failing to deliver the service we're paying for what's going to happen? For example where do we stand exiting the contract early FOC?

    @bt_uk Scott mate it’s getting worse. We should have 30mbps min. It was running at 12mb at the beginning of our convo. It is now running at 6mb. help
