@bt_uk We have BT broadband and it is hopeless- weak signal, drops out all the time, slow, can not take more than one item being connected to it. Rubbish.

@bt_uk Thank you John, I took your advice and got a text back. Your website now says there's a fault in Hastings which was reported at a very similar time. Is this a related issue? Just hoping my issue wasn't lost in the ether

@bt_uk I work on the BT network and know the nearest FTTC is 7 miles away in cable length (not as the crow flies) clearly to upgrade these customers, a new cab or cable is required. It’s out dated at approximately 50yrs old!

@bt_uk Hi, Openreach came & finished setting up the white box in the cupboard (new build property) so showing 2 green lights which when i rang BT up said I would need to get phone/broadband! But when i put postcode in online it telling me i dont have broadband option still! Help!

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Question: How long does it take to fix a Major Service Outage in Windsor reported on 4 January 2021? Answer: no one knows. I and several other businesses on my street have had no business landline this year with no end in sight. What on Earth is going on?

@bt_uk A week on and still no broadband for working at home customer service absolutely useless like your broadband! You promise speeds of 100+ mines 5 on a good day! SORT IT! Had enough now

@btbusinesscare I have been waiting for months to have a very problem resolved but nothing has been done. Moreover, although a payment plan has been made, BT is adding a £40 late fee payments every month. So, no I have no patience left.
