    @BTCare have you been having issues with BT TV at all because the last few days I have been, box not coming on when turned on so having to restart completely which is crap if recording? Not brilliant for the amount paid each month, seem to be on here a bit with issues?

    @bt_uk Can you help, we had a lightening storm earlier today and the Internet is working, however we cannot get Internet on the tele. We have checked all cables, switched off and rebooted boxes and even tried several times to contact BT, but the number just cuts off.

    @bt_uk zero customer services. Reported a fault for 92 yr old vulnerable adult at 8.30 am and none of your promises have been kept.

    @bt_uk Hi, I reported a fault with my broadband this afternoon using the HELP text process. I got a response saying that it looks like a problem with the network, and that a ticket had been created. The ticket states that I have slow connection, but I have no connection at all.

    @bt_uk my very vulnerable 94 year old mums landline is not working , I’m trying to report fault and your fault report site asks for number then says it’s not valid , in fact any number I put in mine , work etc all come back as not valid
