So I’ve just received an e mail from @bt_uk telling me they are sending an engineer - very nice, but why? The e mail tells me to ring 151 so I do - on my BT landline - to be told “this number cannot be contacted, contact your service provider” - which is BT ! #IsThisaJoke #BT

Hello @BTCare, second time in a month without broadband. Engineer doesn’t seem to have fixed the problem and now we cannot work. Can you look into this ASAP? We’re paying premium for BT but no great service so far.

@bt_uk I terminated my service on 23rd December. Now today you send me an email saying my final bill is ready and to log into my account to see it. Well… you close my account so how exactly can I do that? Please send me the bill by email as a PDF.
